Objective To explore the clinicopathologic features,histological classification,prognosis and diag- nosis of ganglioneuroblasroma (GNB).Methods Histopathologic appearance,immunohistiehemical stainings were observed and analyzed in three cases of GNB.The associated literature were reviewed.Results The characteristics of GNB was detected that there was gangliocytes in component of differentiated neuroblastic tumour ceils.Immunohisti- chemical staining showed the tumor cells were positive for NF,NSE and CgA,and negative for S-100 protein,LCA, CD99 and Syn.Conclusions GNB is an uncommon tumour with poor outcome which composed of gangliocytes and neuroblastoma.To make a histological classification according to age,the ratio of neuroblastic tumour component and the differation of GNB will be very useful in clinical therapy and prognostic evaluation.

Objective To learn the influence of density of LPS and LPS + PDTC on the concentration of IL -1? of endometrial cells. Method We used LPS and LPS + PDTC to intervene normal and endometriosis patients, and obtain cultivate supernatant,then detected the concentration density of IL - 1?with ELISA. Result The of IL - 1? had no statistical signifiance in normal endometrial cells, but there was notable change in eutopic and ectopic endometrial cells. Conclusion Activating and refrainning NF -?B through LPS and PDTC, then decteting the change of the ancentration of IL - 1?, understanding the relation between NF -?B and endometriosis are all important in pathogenesis.

Objective:To study the effects of early dietary compositions on body weight, body fat content, free thyroid hormoneT4(FT4)and carnitine palmityl transferase-Ⅰ(CPT-Ⅰ) gene expression in rats. Method:Male Wistar rats weaned on 24 d were randomly divided into A, B,C,D groups and were fed carbohydrate (basic), high protein, high unsaturated fatty acid and high saturated fatty acid diet respectively. After 3w, all rats were assigned to basic diet for 2w, and then rats from A group were randomly divided into groups A1 and A2. A1 was fed on basic diet continuously. Groups A2 ,B,C,D were assigned to high-fat diet for 6w. Body weight, body fat, blood glucose and FT4 ,and CPT-ⅠmRNA were observed in eight rats of every group. Objective To evaluate the effect of probucol on endothelium-dependent vasodilatation(i,e.flow- mediated dilation,FMD) function of the old patients with isolated systolic hypertension.Methods In this single- blind study,a total of 64 old pariems with isolated systolic hypertension were randomized to receive conventional an- tihypertensive therapy and probucol (0.5g twice daily,group A,n=33) or receive conventional antihyperrensive therapy(group B,n=31) for 12 weeks.The levels of blood lipid were measured and vascular endothelial function was assessed in the brachial artery by high-resolution ultrasound technique in form of endothelium-dependent vasodi- latation before and after treatment.Results After 12-week treatment,the levels of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in group A were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(all P0.05).Flow-mediated dilatation parameters in both groups were obviously improved compared with those before treatment( P

The concept of "three-yin and three-yang" in Shanghan Lun (Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases), a classic written by Zhang Zhongjing in Han Dynasty, has been always the focus of dispute in successive dynasties. The essence of "three-yin and three-yang" has not been fully revealed up till now. Through studying the six divisions of day and night, the six diseases, the combination of syndromes, the complicated diseases, the complete recovery time and the space division of "three-yin and three-yang", the authors draw a conclusion that the "three-yin and three-yang" in Shanghan Lun is a concept of time-sequence, which is associated with the location of disease in space. So it is suggested that the "six diseases" in Shanghan Lun is a categorization for exogenous febrile diseases, and this categorization reveals a sort of inner relationship between the emergence, development, transformation of the febrile diseases and the time.

Objective:To study the cognitive characteristics of older women about the ethical issues and stipula-tion of test-tube baby technology. Methods:A survey was undertaken with 203 female patients, who were ran-domly selected from three hospitals in Xi′an accepted test-tube baby technology. The basic characteristics and ethical cognition regarding embryos, offspring, and informed consent were included in the questionnaire. Results:Female over 40 had a statistical significant higher score on the cognition of offspring (12. 48 ± 3. 08) and informed consent (13. 27 ± 2. 31) related ethical issues comparing to other age group (P<0. 05). Age, educational status, monthly income were statistically positive related to the scores of the Ethical Cognitive Scale ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclu-sion:Older women paid more attention to medical risks and policy rules to test-tube baby. And they had a strong aspiration to obtain a child through surrogacy. For older women with low education, low-income, the ethical cog-nition was not ideal, hospitals should pay attention to the use of modern multimedia to help patients better under-stand related ethical issues in test-tube baby.

Objective To summarize the treatment experience of extensive burn merging smoke inhalation acute lung injury(SIALI)in 32 early stage cases,and to provide a reference for the further improvement of success rate in early stage. Methods A total of 32 cases of extensive burn merging SIALI resulting from mine explosion that received clinical treatment and triage from November to December in 2014 were enrolled for the study. In addition,the experience of triage and prognosis(after injured in a month)to guide therapy was analyzed. Results Two of the 32 patients died from respiratory failure in shock period,after shock period(3 days after injured),19 bad sufferers were cured in the local hospital,and the oth?er 11 cases in stable condition were triaged to the nearby hospital. 1 month follow?up results showed that:patients who received therapy in local hospi?tal,one died from MODS in 3 weeks,one died from kidney failure in 4 weeks. The other 28 patients were alive. Conclusion For these patients who suffering from extensive burn merging SIALI received therapy in early stage,we should not only schedule positive anti?shock,tracheotomy,antibiot?ics,escharectomy and nutritional support or other treatments,but also face to the challenge of lacking medical resources from too more patients. Thus,we suggest to triage the wounded to nearby hospital after anti?shock treatment,so as to improve the success rate in early stage.

Objective:To evaluate therapeutic effect of olmesartan on patients with mild to moderate essential hyper-tension (EH) and its influence on cardiovascular risk factors .Methods:A total of 150 mild/moderate EH patients were enrolled using opened ,non-control and multi-center method .According to random number table ,they were randomly and equally divided into olmesartan group (received olmesartan 20~40 mg/d) and losartan group (re-ceived losartan 50~100 mg/d) .Changes of systolic blood pressure (SBP) ,diastolic blood pressure (DBP) , levels of risk indexes of cardiovascular diseases ,such as high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) ,urinary albumin/creati-nine ,homocysteine (Hcy) and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) were observed in two groups before and after treatment .Results:After eight-month treatment , compared with before treatment , all indexes significantly im-proved in both groups;compared with losartan group ,there were significant reductions in SBP [ (145 ± 12) mmHg vs .(132 ± 9) mmHg] and DBP [ (90 ± 7) mmHg vs .(80 ± 5) mmHg] , P<0.01 all;and significant reductions in levels of hsCRP [ (0.54 ± 0.09) mg/L vs .(0.34 ± 0.09) mg/L] ,urinary albumin/creatinine [ (26.5 ± 19.4) mg/g vs .(23.1 ± 18.3) mg/g] ,Hcy [ (13.2 ± 4.8)μmol/L vs .(10.3 ± 4.2)μmol/L] and IMT [ (0.83 ± 0.29) mm vs . (0.74 ± 0.28) mm] in olmesartan group , P< 0.05 all .Conclusion:Besides intensively lowering blood pressure olmesartan can also significantly decrease cardiovascular risk factors in patients with mild to moderate hypertension .
