Objective:To evaluate the effects of intermittent change the angle of operating table on the skin in pressure areas of patients in prone position. Methods:A total of 150 hospitalized patients for elective surgical treatment in Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into control group, 15° test group and 30° test group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine intraoperative pressure ulcer prevention measures, the 15° test group on the control group, the itinerant nurses adjusted the angle of the operating table according to the left 15°-supine-right 15° every half hour, and the 30° test group on the control group, the itinerant nurses adjusted the angle of the operating table according to the left 30°-supine-right 30° every half hour. The incidence of surgically related pressure ulcers and doctors' satisfaction with the surgical position of the three groups of patients were evaluated. Results:Pressure ulcers occurred in 8 patients of the control group, the incidence of pressure ulcers was 16%. Pressure ulcer occurred in 0 patient of the 15° test group, the incidence of pressure ulcers was 0. Pressure ulcers occurred in 2 cases in the 30° test group, the incidence of pressure ulcers was 4%. The difference was statistically significant ( χ2 value was 10.120, P<0.05). Further comparison showed that the incidence of pressure ulcers was statistically significant between the control group and the 15° test group ( P<0.016 7), while the incidence of pressure ulcers was not statistically significant between the control group and the 30° test group, between the 15° test group and the 30° test group ( P>0.016 7). The results of the postoperative doctors' satisfaction with the surgical body position were (27.880 ± 1.637), (27.520 ± 1.693), (26.920 ± 1.947) points in the control group, the 15° test group and the 30° test group, there was a statistically significant difference among the three groups ( F value was 3.779, P<0.05). Further comparison showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the score of surgical position satisfaction between the control group and the 15° test group, between the 15° test group and the 30° test group ( P>0.05). The satisfaction score of surgeons in the control group was higher than that in the 30° test group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusions:Intermittent adjustment of surgical position can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and improve the quality of nursing in the operating room without affecting the convenience of the surgeon. The optimal effect was achieved by adjusting the angle of the operating bed according to the left-leaning 15°-supine-right-leaning 15°at an interval of 30 minutes.

Spectrophotometric seawater pH measurement system is an urgent need of device due to its quick speed and high precision. Based on spectrophotometric method and flow injection analysis technique, an automated system for pH measurement of seawater was developed by integrating pump and valve flow path, LED light source, flow cell and spectrophotometer. This measurement system effectively avoided bubbles. The indicator of concentration gradient in the seawater sample was used to correct for the pH perturbation caused by the indicator, thus the operation of system was simple and convenient. with this system, only 1. 5 min was needed for a sample measurement with a precision of 0. 0013 pH units and an offset of 0. 0059 pH units. This system could be used for the rapid determination of pH of seawater collected by laboratory or research ship with high precision pH values.

Aim To investigate whether human umbili-cal cord mesenchymal stem cells(hUC-MSCs)exposed to inflammatory conditions could release large amounts of exosomes to induce regulatory T cells(Treg).Meth-ods hUC-MSCs were isolated by enzyme digestion method.(In vitro)interferonγ(IFN-γ)was added in-to hUC-MSCs to mimic inflammatory microenviron-ments,then exosomes were extracted from the superna-tant of normal conditional medium or IFN-γpretreated hUC-MSCs.Both sources of exosomes,Nor-hUC-exo and IFN-γ-stimulated hUC-exo, were identified by Nanoparticle Trafficking Analysis (NTA )and Western blot for the exosome-enriched protein CD63 .Next,hu-man peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs ) stimulated with PHA were respectively co-cultured with hUC-MSCs,IFN-γ-pretreated-hUC-MSCs,hUC-MSCs exosomes or IFN-γ-stimulated-hUC-MSCs exosomes for 5 days to assess the exosomes-T cells communication. The proliferation rate of PBMCs and frequency of CD4 +/CD25 +/Foxp3 + Treg were measured by flow cytometry. Results The isolated cells from human um-bilical cord tissue, which were positive for CD73, CD44,CD29,CD90 and HLA-ABC,but were nega-tive for CD31 and CD34,were mesenchymal stem cells indeed. After IFN-γtreatment,hUC-MSCs secreted nu-merous exosomes(P<0.05 ).Morerover, there was a significantly higher level of CD63 ,but no difference in diameter between Nor-hUC-exo and IFN-γ-stimulated hUC-exo.IFN-γ-stimulated hUC-exo had a superior a-bility compared with Nor-hUC-exo to suppress the pro-liferation of PHA stimulated PBMCs due to their upreg-ulation of the percentage of Treg (1 1.53 ±0.88% vs 6.60 ±0.56%,P <0.01 ).Conclusion hUC-MSCs could promote the expression of Treg to modulate im-munosuppression through exosomes, especially for IFN-γ-licenced exosomes, which might carry much immu-notherapeutic potential.

Objective:To investigate the effect of sakubatril/valsartan on left ventricular systolic dyssynchrony in young patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).Methods:Forty-nine patients with left ventricular systolic asynchronism DCM from July 2017 to July 2018 in Guangdong Medical University Affiliated Hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with sakubatra valsartan and the control group was treated with lotensin for 12 months. Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESd) and ejection fraction (EF) were measured by two-dimensional color Doppler echocardiography. The left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV), ejection fraction (EF) and systolic dyssynchrony index (SDI) of 16 segments were measured by three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound. Plasma NT-proBNP was tested before and after treatment. Results:After treated for 12 months, three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography showed the LVEDV in the experimental group decreased significantly: (180.5 ± 42.7) ml vs. (160.5 ± 45.6) ml, P<0.05. The left ventricular systolic asynchronism (SDI) of 16 segments in the experimental group significantly improved, and the value of left ventricular SDI significantly decreased compared with that of the control group: (8.2 ± 3.6)% vs. (10.8 ± 4.1)%, P<0.05. Plasma NT-proBNP decreased more significantly in the experimental group compared with that in the control group: (105.54 ± 13.25) ng/L vs. (137.27 ± 14.36) ng/L, P<0.05. Conclusions:Sakubatril/valsartan can effectively improve left ventricular systolic dyssynchrony in young patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
