Chinese Journal of Nursing 2017;52(3):342-345
This article summarized nursing care and management of a child with hypereosinophilic syndrome presenting five foot wounds.Nursing key points included:wound care, pain management and comprehensive interventions.Debriding and selection of dressing were based on the wound bed and acceptance of the patient;medication and psychological intervention were applied to reduce pain;the patient and his family members were encouraged to be involved in the management of wound management.Patient adherence was improved and pain was greatly reduced. After dressing change for 21 times in 93d,five foot wounds were all healed.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2003;0(05):-
Objective To develop an advanced two-cuff technique orthotopic liver transplantation model in rats. Methods On the basis of the previous two-cuff-technique, some hypercoagulable blood was released from the recipient's PV and IVC before the cuffed donor PV and IVC were inserted into the lumen of the recipient's PV and IVC. The anastomosis of recipient's SVC was between the donor's diaphragm venaccaval hiatus and recipient's SVC. Results Every anastomosis was effective. The operative successful rate and one-week survival rate were 96.7?% and 90.0?% respectively. Conclusion This model could be used as an effective measure for the study of liver transplantation in rats.

Objective To analyze the pressure source and effect of comprehensive intervention in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods 200 diabetes patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group. Comprehensive intervention was introduced into the observation group and the control group underwent routine treatment. The pressure source was investigated after intervention by questionnaires and the results were compared. Results Fearing of serious complications bocame the most common cause of pressure. The scores of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were lower and the biochemical index was also better in the observation group than those in the control group as well as those before intervention in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The depression, anxiety status and biochemical index in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were effectively controled by corresponding and comprehensive intervention measures according to the sequence order of pressure source.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2009;18(2):118-119
Objective To explore relativity between serum cortisol and post-stroke depression in old patients with stroke. Methods Serum cortisols of 41 stroke patients were examined two weeks after stroke, and they were all assessed through Hamilton Depression Scale and then happening rates of post-stroke depression observed in both normal cortisol group and enhanced cortisol group were tested through χ2 test. Meanwhile relativity between serum cortisol level and post-stroke depression were analysised. Results Happening rates of post-stroke depression had an evidently difference between both normal cortisol group and enhanced cortisol group(χ2=4.11;P <0.05). Mark of normal cortisol group was 15.29±7.28, enhanced cortisol group was 25.85±10.81, both groups had an evidently difference( P <0.01). Serum cortisols were not obviously relative to depression degree in normal cortisol group( r =0.295;P =0.194) while they were obviously relative in enhanced cortisol group( r =0.702;P =0.001). Conclusion Enhanced cortisol could forecast higher possibility of depression after the old post-stroke, and detecting cortisol could offer theory foundation for prevention and cure of post-stroke depression.

Objective To explore the effect of erythropoietin(EPO) on Bcl-xl expression in hippocampal CA1 subregion and cognizing function in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(IR).Methods Male SD rats were randomly separated into sham-operated group,IR group and EPO group, and the IR models were made.At 3 h before IR models made,rHu-EPO and saline were injected into rat lateral ventricles in EPO group and IR group, respectively, with help of stereotaxic coordinates.Bcl-xl protein expression of Hippocampal CA1 subregion was detected by immunohistochemistry at 24 h after operation. The learning and memory abilities were examined by electricity maze at 4 weeks after operation. Results Compared to sham-operated group,Bcl-xl protein expression in EPO group and IR group were obviously decreased, but EPO group was significantly increased than IR group(all P

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
In most universities the usage of digital information resources are not ideal. One reason is that primary audience groups of libraries——college students rarely use these resources. So we propose some measures and proposals for university libraries to provide the service of digital information resources for university students.

0. 05) . Conclusion Despite immersing in seawater and in freshwater worsen the ALI after open chest trauma, the ALI induced by seawater-immersion is severer than that caused by freshwater-immersion. It is attributed to higher plasma osmotic pressure and abundance of salts after seawater immersion, which increasing the pulmonary penetration index and aggravating the inflammatory response.

The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2017;33(7):664-667
Objective To discuss the protective effect of doxofylline on radical surgery for esophageal cancer. Methods Under elective general anesthesia, 60 cases, 35 males and 25 females, aged 45-70 years, BMI 20-30 kg/m2, ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ, FEV1%>50%, underwent radical surgery for esophageal cancer at middle and distal parts.Random number table was employed to divide these patients into two groups: doxofylline group (group D) and control group (group C) with 30 cases in each. After a routing intravenous induction in the two groups, mechanical ventilation was conducted after bronchial intubation with double channel catheter on the right side. The intravenous injection of doxofylline 4 mg/kg in group D was administrated 30 min after bronchial intubation with double channel catheter.Equal normal saline was instilled to the patients in group C.Blood samples were taken from radial artery to detect the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10, MDA and SOD at four time points: 10 min (T0) before the one-lung ventilation, 60 min after OLV (T1), after two-lung ventilation (T2) and the end of the operation (T3).Meanwhile, the blood and breath at these time points were tested. The occurrence of OLV, blood loss volumes, fluid input quantities, urine volumes, postoperative hyoxemia and pulmonary inflammation were observed. Results Compared with T0, the activity of SOD in serum and PaO2 in the two groups at T1-T3 decreased (P<0.05).The concentrations of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 and MDA increased significantly (P<0.05).Compared with group C, the activity of SOD activities and PaO2 in group D at T1-T3 increased while concentrations of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 and MDA decreased significantly (P<0.05).The occurrence rates of postoperative hyoxemia and pulmonary inflammation in group D were obviously lower than those in group C (P<0.05).Conclusion Doxofylline can suppress patients' inflammatory response and oxidative stress response after OLV and reduce the incidence rates of postoperative hyoxemia and pulmonary inflammation as well as alleviate lung injury triggered by radical surgery for esophageal cancer.
