A rapid thin flat gel isoelectric focusing method followed by ultrasensitive silver staining was developed for the determination of apo E phenotypes. Using this method, apo E phenotypes and allele frequencies in 63 normal individuals, 70 patients with hyperlipidemia and 11 patients with familial hypereholesterolemia (FH) in Nanjing were examined. TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, VLDL-C, VLDL-TG in these cases were also measured. The relative frequency of the ?4 allele is significantly lower while the relative frequency of the ?3 allele is higher in this group than in the Caucasian group. Plasma TG, VLDL-TG, VLDL-C and VLDL-C/VLDL-TG are higher in the apo E3/2 phenotype, and lower in the apo E4/3 phenotype, wherea splasma TC, LDL-C levels are lower in the apo-E3/2 and higher in the apo E4/3 phenotype. It implies that the ?2 allele has the action of increasing TG-rich lipoprotein particles and reducing ch-rich lipoproteins in plasma, while the ?4 allele has an effect opposite to that of the ?2 allele. The highest prevalence of the ?4 allele was associated with type Ⅱb hyperlipoproteinemia (HLP), while that of the ?2 allele was associated with type Ⅲ-HLP. The frequency of ?2, ?4 are higher in FH patients as compared with normal subjects.

Objective:To investigate the effects of enteral nutrition support in inoperable advanced gastric cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods:This was a prospective randomized study.A total of 62 patients with advanced gastric cancer were firsted evaluated according to the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) scale,and were randomly divided into two groups.All patients received oxaliplatin combined with tegefur gimeracil oteraci.Patients in the control group (n =30) received chemotherapy along with nutrition consultation,and patients in the treatment group (n =32) were provided enteral nutrition-additionally.NRS 2002 assessment was conducted before and after chemotherapy,The body weight,BMI,serum albumin,and the efficacy and toxicity were collected during the study.Results:Patients in the treatment group had significantly higher serum albumin levels,body weight and BMI than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).No differences were found as for the efficacy and toxicity of chemotherapy between two groups.Conclusion:Enteral nutrition support therapy can improve the nutrition status of gastric cancer patients who received chemotherapy and reduce the risk of malnutrition.

Objective To explore the effect of kangfuxin liquid topical treatment on open wound of postoperative perianal abscess.Methods200 cases of patients with open wound abscess surgery in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment, the experimental group were treated by kangfuxin liquid.The relevant therapeutic indicators and clinical healing time between two groups were compared.ResultsThe effective rate of the treatment group was 93.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.0%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The granulation growth period of the experimental group was (5.14±1.41) days, and the average healing time was (15.21±2.49) days.Which were significantly shorter than those of the control group[(7.45±1.32) days, (21.16±2.69) days], and the differences were Statistical differences (P<0.05).ConclusionTo improve the treatment effect to a great extent open wound infection of kangfuxin liquid in treatment of perianal abscess after surgery, shorten the healing time, improve the patient's symptoms, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

[Objective] To explore the best method for sequelae neuralgia of herpes zoster.[Method] Randomly divide the said patients into groups treated with external application of Chinese drugs and sky moxibustion,make observation and comparison between them.[Result] Both got high late curative effect,however most patients in the sky moxibustion group were cured without recurrence,the pain relieving rate was high once being cured,the reduce of pain index was apparent after treatment,which was of statistical meaning compared with drug application group.[Conclusion] The sky moxibustion method combines drugs and moxibustion well and has marked advantages in treating herpes zoster,worth of promotion and application.

Objective To investigate the distribution of traditional Chinese medical syndromes and clinical characteristics of influenza in South of Five Ridges.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 162 cases of influenza patients admitted from outpatient department,emergency department and inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from 2014 to 2016.The distribution of clinical manifestations and syndrome types of the included influenza patients was analyzed.Results The average age of the included influenza patients was 35.76 ± 11.4 years old.The clinical syndromes were mainly characterized by fever,aversion to cold and chills,fatigue and weakness.And damp-accumulation manifestations of heaviness in the body,poor appetite,dry mouth without willing to drink,nausea and vomiting were also predominant.The main syndrome types were wind-heat attacking defense phase syndrome,wind-cold fettering exterior syndrome,heat-toxin attacking lung syndrome,heat-toxin accumulating lung syndrome,and damp syndrome.Of the syndrome types,wind-heat attacking defense phase syndrome and heat-toxin attacking lung syndrome were the leading types,accounting for 77.79％ and interweaving with damp syndrome and heat-damp syndrome.Conclusion The syndromes of influenza patients in South of Five Ridges are usually complicated by damp syndrome or damp-heat syndrome,and the predominant syndrome type is wind-heat interweaved with damp syndrome,which is correlated with the climate being damp and hot in South of Five Ridges.
