China Pharmacy 2005;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE: To observe the synergetic effect of Xuebijing injection and Cefoperazone Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium for the treatment of patients with sepsis.METHODS: Patients with sepsis were randomly assigned to receive Cefoperazone Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium 3 g bid alone by iv drip(Control Group,75 cases) or in combination with Xuebijing injection(100 mL bid,79 cases) for 7 days.RESULTS: The total efficective rate after 7-day treatment had significant difference between two groups(86.67% in control group versus 94.94% in treatment group,(P
2.Apolipoprotein E genetic polymorphism and plasma lipids
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
A rapid thin flat gel isoelectric focusing method followed by ultrasensitive silver staining was developed for the determination of apo E phenotypes. Using this method, apo E phenotypes and allele frequencies in 63 normal individuals, 70 patients with hyperlipidemia and 11 patients with familial hypereholesterolemia (FH) in Nanjing were examined. TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, VLDL-C, VLDL-TG in these cases were also measured. The relative frequency of the ?4 allele is significantly lower while the relative frequency of the ?3 allele is higher in this group than in the Caucasian group. Plasma TG, VLDL-TG, VLDL-C and VLDL-C/VLDL-TG are higher in the apo E3/2 phenotype, and lower in the apo E4/3 phenotype, wherea splasma TC, LDL-C levels are lower in the apo-E3/2 and higher in the apo E4/3 phenotype. It implies that the ?2 allele has the action of increasing TG-rich lipoprotein particles and reducing ch-rich lipoproteins in plasma, while the ?4 allele has an effect opposite to that of the ?2 allele. The highest prevalence of the ?4 allele was associated with type Ⅱb hyperlipoproteinemia (HLP), while that of the ?2 allele was associated with type Ⅲ-HLP. The frequency of ?2, ?4 are higher in FH patients as compared with normal subjects.

Objective To explore the effect of kangfuxin liquid topical treatment on open wound of postoperative perianal abscess.Methods200 cases of patients with open wound abscess surgery in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the experimental group were treated by kangfuxin liquid. The relevant therapeutic indicators and clinical healing time between two groups were compared.ResultsThe effective rate of the treatment group was 93.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.0%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The granulation growth period of the experimental group was (5.14±1.41) days, and the average healing time was (15.21±2.49) days.Which were significantly shorter than those of the control group[(7.45±1.32) days, (21.16±2.69) days], and the differences were Statistical differences (P<0.05).ConclusionTo improve the treatment effect to a great extent open wound infection of kangfuxin liquid in treatment of perianal abscess after surgery, shorten the healing time, improve the patient's symptoms, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
In the past 11 years ,the human genome research has made a great progress. This will bring about another revolution in the life sciences development and challenges of a series of social ethical principles. So it is necessary to abide by the basic point of social ethical principles and build up developmental system between human genome science and social ethical principles. It is favourable to coordinate their relations and bring about the healthful development of human genome science and bring benefits to mankind.

[Objective] To explore the best method for sequelae neuralgia of herpes zoster.[Method] Randomly divide the said patients into groups treated with external application of Chinese drugs and sky moxibustion, make observation and comparison between them.[Result] Both got high late curative effect, however most patients in the sky moxibustion group were cured without recurrence, the pain relieving rate was high once being cured, the reduce of pain index was apparent after treatment, which was of statistical meaning compared with drug application group.[Conclusion] The sky moxibustion method combines drugs and moxibustion well and has marked advantages in treating herpes zoster, worth of promotion and application.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(10):-
Many snake venoms contain complex mixtures of pharmacologically important molecules, some of which show potential therapeutic value in the treatment of cancer and other human disorders. In this review, we mainly reports the effects of snake venom active components, such as disintegrins and lectins in paralyzing cancer cells, blocking on cell migration, interaction with integrins, inhibition of tumor dissemination and angiogenesis. The advanced researches on the snake venom's apoptosis-inducing components on tumors are also introduced. [

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2017;24(4):205-208
Objective:To investigate the effects of enteral nutrition support in inoperable advanced gastric cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods:This was a prospective randomized study.A total of 62 patients with advanced gastric cancer were firsted evaluated according to the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) scale, and were randomly divided into two groups. All patients received oxaliplatin combined with tegefur gimeracil oteraci.Patients in the control group (n =30) received chemotherapy along with nutrition consultation, and patients in the treatment group (n =32) were provided enteral nutrition-additionally.NRS 2002 assessment was conducted before and after chemotherapy,The body weight,BMI,serum albumin, and the efficacy and toxicity were collected during the study. Results:Patients in the treatment group had significantly higher serum albumin levels, body weight and BMI than those of the control group (P < 0.05).No differences were found as for the efficacy and toxicity of chemotherapy between two groups. Conclusion:Enteral nutrition support therapy can improve the nutrition status of gastric cancer patients who received chemotherapy and reduce the risk of malnutrition.

Objective To study the expression of clock genes in Parkinson's disease(PD) and also the molecular clock machinery of PD.Methods Seventeen PD patients(nine men, eight women)and sixteen agematched controls(nine men, seven women) were investigated in this study.Bload samples were collected over a 12h span at 21:00,00:00,06:00 and 09:00.Using a real-time PCR assay, the peripheral molecular clock was examined by measuring Bmall and Bmal2 expression in total leukocytes during the dark span(from 21:00 to 09:00)in PD patients and age-matched healthy controls. Results At PD,the relative abundance of Bmall was significantly lower at 21:00,00:00 and 06:00(21:00:(22.17±4.09)vs(51.14±8.31),P=0.003,00:00:(30.30±5.45)vs(100.00±24.71),P=0.008,06:00:(19.02±3.33)vs(65.61±14.11),P=0.002).The relative Bmal2 levels in PD patients were significantly less abundant than controls at 21:00 and 00:00(21:00:(48.09±7.40)vs(84.96±9.34),P=0.005;00:00:((65.85±7.88)vs(100.00±11.78),P=0.025).Conclusion These results suggest that a peripheral molecular clock is altered in PD patients. In addition, the relative abundance of Bmall and Bmal2 was significantly lower in PD patients versus control subjects, which can provide a molecular basis to help monitor disease progression and response to investigational drugs.
