Objective:To evaluate the effect of health science popularization in child caregivers by using social media of WeChat and Weibo in China in 2020.Methods:A questionnaire was designed based on the knowledge of children health from January to March 2020, and the public were invited to participate in the survey by visiting the official accounts of WeChat and Weibo of China CDC to analyze the awareness of health related knowledge and the change of daily behaviors in the child caregivers. Results:In the 1 325 child caregivers included in this survey, the awareness rate of chronic disease reexamine was lowest (74.94%), and the awareness rate of quality-oriented education was highest (99.55%). In the 7 questions in the questionnaire, the correct answer rate of the question about the reexamine of chronic disease was <75.00% (below the standard), the correct answer rate to other six questions were all ≥75.00% (above the standard). Logistic regression analysis showed that the education levels of senior high school or technical secondary school, junior college, bachelor's degree, master's degree or above, being worker, business/service personnel, teacher and company employee were the influencing factors for the awareness of the chronic disease related knowledge in child caregivers (all P<0.05). The daily behaviors of child caregivers after acquiring health knowledge were significantly improved (all P<0.001). Conclusions:In the season with high incidence of respiratory diseases, the use of new media platforms, such as WeChat and Weibo, to conduct health education had a good performance, resulting in higher rate of knowledge about healthy parenting and a significant improvement in daily behaviors in child caregivers. The results showed that the health education about the reexamine of chronic diseases in children should be focused on child caregivers with low education level, especially workers, business/service personnel.

Objective:To compare the positioning errors in tracing the body surface markers between radiotherapy placement with or without using the laser positioning coordination system in post-breast conservative surgery patients, and to verify the clinical value of the laser positioning coordination system. Methods:A total of 45 post-breast-conservative surgery patients who underwent radiotherapy in Department of Radiation Oncology of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2022 to September 2023 were prospectively collected. In the experimental group 1 ( n=15), the initial version of the laser positioning coordination system was employed to trace the body surface markers. In the experimental group 2 ( n=15), the upgraded version of the laser positioning coordination system was adopted to draw the body surface markers. In the control group ( n=15), the body surface markers were traced with conventional approach. All patients were treated with spiral tomotherapy (TOMO), and the error values in the left and right directions ( X), head and foot directions ( Y), ventral and dorsal directions ( Z), and rotation angles (ROLL) before each radiotherapy were recorded. The differences in the positioning errors among the three groups were analyzed by t-test. Results:The positioning errors in the X, Y, Z directions and ROLL in the experimental group 1 were (3.10±2.43) mm, (4.36±3.45) mm, (2.29±2.49) mm and 0.95°±0.88°, and (2.88±2.28) mm, (3.58±2.95) mm, (2.40±2.54) mm, and 0.70°±0.70° in the experimental group 2, and (4.32±3.48) mm, (5.49±4.74) mm, (2.61±3.38) mm and 1.22°±1.16° in the control group, respectively. Statistical significance was observed in the differences of positioning errors in the X, Y directions and ROLL between the experimental group 1 and control group ( t=4.32, 2.89, 2.78, P < 0.001, =0.004, =0.006), respectively. Statistical significance was detected in the differences of positioning errors in the X, Y directions and ROLL between the experimental group 2 and control group ( t=5.20, 5.14, 5.82, all P<0.001). Statistical significance was noted in the differences of positioning errors in the Y direction and ROLL between the experimental group 1 and 2 ( t=2.58, 3.41, P=0.010, 0.001). Conclusion:The laser positioning coordination system-assisted tracing the body surface marking line can significantly reduce the positioning errors in the X and Y directions and ROLL, and the upgraded version of the laser positioning coordination system can further reduce the positioning errors in the Y direction and ROLL compared with the initial version, which is of high clinical application value.

Chinese Journal of Pathology 2020;49(2):149-155
Objective:
To investigate the clinicopathological features, immunophenotypes, genetics and prognosis of T-lymphocyte lymphoma/myeloid sarcoma combined with Langerhans cell histiocytyosis (coexistence of T-LBL/MS and LCH).
Methods:
Clinical and pathological data of the 6 patients with coexistence of T-LBL/MS and LCH were analyzed, who were diagnosed at the Foshan Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and the Friendship Hospital of Capital Medical University, from December 2013 to April 2019. The hematoxylin and eosin stain, immunohitochemistry (EnVision) and in situ hybridization were used. Related literatures were reviewed.
Results:
Four patients were T-LBL combined with LCH, 1 was T-LBL/MS combined with LCH, and 1 was MS combined with LCH. There were 2 male and 4 female patients, with age ranged from 5 to 77 years old (median, 59 years old). Three patients represented with only multiple lymph node swelling. The other 3 displayed both multiple lymph node swelling, and skin/liver or spleen lesions. Lymph node structure was destroyed in 5 cases, while 3 cases had several residual atrophic follicles. Histologically, there were two types of tumor cells: one type of the abnormal lymphoid-cells exhibited small to medium-sized blast cells, typically showing a nested distribution, and these cells were mainly identified in residual follicles and paracortical areas; the other type of histiocytoid cells had a large cell size and abundant pale or dichromatic cytoplasm. Their nuclei were irregularly shaped, showing folded appearance and nuclear grooves. These cells were mainly present in marginal sinus, medullary sinus and interstitial area between follicles. Eosinophil infiltration in the background was not evident in any of the cases. The lymphoid-cells of medium size showed TdT+/CD99+/CD7+, with variable expression of CD34/MPO/CD2/CD3. Ki-67 index was mostly 30%-50%. However, the histiocytoid cells showed phenotype of CD1a+/S-100+/Langerin+/-, while CD163/CD68 were positive in some degree. These cells did not express any T or B cell markers. The Ki-67 index mostly ranged between 10%-20%. None of the cases had Epstin-Barr viral infection. Among the 6 patients, 4 patients were followed up (6-63 months, median time, 18.5 months), of whom 1 patient died of the disease and 3 patients were alive at the end of follow-up.
Conclusions
T-LBL/MS combined with LCH is a rare mixed type of immature hematopoietic disease, and mainly occurs in lymph node and skin. The clinical course is overall aggressive. Therefore, it is helpful to recognize and identify the two pathologic components in the same tissue for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
