Sensitivity of tumor cells to taxol will descend when the expression:of TSP1 is downregulated,and TSP1 downregulation is mediated by a new gene of taxol-resistance gene 1, the discovery provids a new trend to solve taxol resistance.

[Objective] To observe the effects of Niaoduling Granule (NG) on renal function in rats with chronic renal failure (CRF) and its relationship with renal transforming growth factor (TGF) ?1. [Methods] CRF rat models were established by 5/6 subtotal nephrectomy and then the model rats were randomized into model group (Group B), NG group (Group C) and placebo control group (Group D) and other 8 rats served as mimic operation group (Group A) . Biochemical indexes, metabolic parameters and pathological features in kidney were examined and expression of renal transforming growth factor (TGF) ?1 was determined by immunohistochemical assay. [Results] Renal hypofunction, disorder of electrolyte, decrease of hemoglobin and CRF features were found in Group B. Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shiwei Wendan Decoction on coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and stasis-phlegm type. Methods Sixty patients of stable angina pectoris which belonged to the type of qi deficiency and stasis-phlegm were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group,and each group has 30 cases. The treatment group was given Shiwei Wendan Decoction and the control group was given Tongxinluo Capsule for 4 week,one course. The changes of symptoms integral,ECG,clinical efficacy,blood-fat and CRP of the two groups were observed after the treatment. Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of occupational exposure to human immunodeficiency vi-rus (HIV) in Chongqing to provide the scientific basis for avoiding and reducing the HIV occupational exposures in the future . Methods All archival data of the exposed individuals came to our hospital for seeking post-exposure consultation and treatment during 2009-2012 were performed the classification and arrangement for conducting the descriptive analysis on the distribution characteristics of the age ,gender ,occupation ,working region ,exposure mode and severity of exposure .Results During this period , there were 135 cases of occupational exposure ,which ocurred in the medical institutions outside the main urban area (74 .18% ) , dominated by the nurses (57 .04% ) and doctors(33 .33% ) .21-30 years old (51 .85% ) and 31 -40 years old(33 .33% ) were the age groups with more occurrence of occupational exposure .The exposure routes were dominated by the sharp instrument injury (92 .59% ) and the exposure degree was mainly the secondary exposure ( 69 .63% ) .Conclusion The prevalence situation of HIV occupational exposure in Chongqing is stable in the total trend .The medical and health institutions outside main urban area should perfect the management system ,strengthen training ,put the standard prophylaxis principles to practice for reducing the occurrence of occupational exposure .

Objective To study the clinic manifest-rations, mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertention (PAH) in systemic lupus erythamatosus (SLE). Methods The clinic symptoms, laboratory tests. Doppler tests of patients who were diagnosed with PAH and SLE during last five years were analyze retrospectively. Results Anti-RNP antibody's prevalence rate was high. The presence of pulmonary arterial perssure (PAP) was not related to SLE disease active index (SLEDAI). Those who had PAP higher than 45 mm Hg were prone to have Raynaud's phenomenon PAH had no association to auto-antibodies and other systemic lesions. There were no differences in clinic features, auto-antibodies and other examinations between those with kidney injure and without kidney injure. Conclusion PAH may develop insidiously in SLE, so early diagnosis and prompt treatment of PAH can improve the prognosis.

Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV) refers to the groups of potentially life-threatening autoimmune disease.Antithyroid drug is one of the causes.Usually the involved organs are skin,kidney,and (or) lung.Early diagnosis and treatment of AAV is essential.Timely cessation of antithyroid drugs is the first step.If necessary,glucocorticoids and (or) immunosuppressive agents should be used to delay the progression of the disease.

Objective Our retrospective study was aimed to analyze the clinical significance of microsurgical clipping and intravascular embolization in patients with intracranial aneurysm (IA).Methods Clinical data of 86 patients with IA received treatment at our hospital from February 2010 to November 2014 was retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment method, IE group (intravascular embolization,43 cases)and MC group (microsurgical clipping,43 cases).The general information,treatment effect, hospitalization expenses and time and the rate of complication of the patients between two groups were compared.Results There was no sta-tistical difference in general information between two groups (P >0.05).The cure rate of patients in IE group was obviously better than that in MC group (P <0.01).The hospitalization expenses in IE group was lower than that in MC group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in MC group,all the differences had statistical significance (P <0.01).The rate of complication in IE group was obviously lower than that in MC group (P <0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect of intravascular embolization was significantly better than microsurgical clipping,which is worth promoting in clinic.

Objective To observe and evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of PPH plus partial internal anal sphincterotomy for severe mixed hemorrhoids .Methods Choose 103 patients who were diagnosed with severe mixed hemorrhoids from May 2008 to May 2010 .Then divided these patients into the experimental group of 52 patients and the control group of 51 patients ,randomly . The patients of experimental group were treated by PPH plus partial internal anal sphincterotomy ,and the patients of control group were treated by the simple PPH operation .Have a postoperative followed up for 24 months to check and compare the long-term ef-ficacy and safety of two groups .Results The incidence of prolapse recurrence ,anus pain and hemafecia in experimental group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0 .05) ,there was no significance of the anal incontinence and anal stenosis in two groups(P>0 .05) .Conclusion The therapy of the PPH plus partial internal anal sphincterotomy for severe mixed hemorrhoids can significantly reduce the recurrence ,and improve the long-time efficacy ,but not to increase additional risk .

Objective Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were transfected by Smad7 and labeled with green fluores-cent mark.BMMSCs were implanted into rabbit glaucoma operational model and observed surviving condition.Methods Through BP and LR reaction,Smad7 with green fluorescent mark was inserted into human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells by bacterio-phage,filtered positive colony and picked out cell line.15 New Zealand white rabbits were enforced trabeculectomy with BMMSC, then following up cell survival condition.Results Smad7 expressed stable in human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells with sat-isfactory green fluorescent mark.BMMSC survived in rabbit trabecula with stable green fluorescent and effective ocular press.Con-clusion Smad7 with green fluorescent mark could be inserted into human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells stably,and has ef-fective results in rabbit model.
