Thrombospondin-1 is known as its anti-angjogenic and proapoptotic activities in oncogenesis. In current research, it has a intimate relationship with taxol resistance. Sensitivity of tumor cells to taxol will descend when the expression:of TSP1 is downregulated,and TSP1 downregulation is mediated by a new gene of taxol-resistance gene 1, the discovery provids a new trend to solve taxol resistance.
2.An Experimental Study of Niaoduling Granule for Chronic Renal Failure

[Objective] To observe the effects of Niaoduling Granule (NG) on renal function in rats with chronic renal failure (CRF) and its relationship with renal transforming growth factor (TGF) ?1. [Methods] CRF rat models were established by 5/6 subtotal nephrectomy and then the model rats were randomized into model group (Group B), NG group (Group C) and placebo control group (Group D) and other 8 rats served as mimic operation group (Group A) . Biochemical indexes, metabolic parameters and pathological features in kidney were examined and expression of renal transforming growth factor (TGF) ?1 was determined by immunohistochemical assay. [Results] Renal hypofunction, disorder of electrolyte, decrease of hemoglobin and CRF features were found in Group B. Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shiwei Wendan Decoction on coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and stasis-phlegm type. Methods Sixty patients of stable angina pectoris which belonged to the type of qi deficiency and stasis-phlegm were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group,and each group has 30 cases. 6.Clinical analysis of pulmonary arterial hypertention in systemic lupus erythamatosus

Objective To study the clinic manifest-rations, mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertention (PAH) in systemic lupus erythamatosus (SLE). Methods The clinic symptoms, laboratory tests. Doppler tests of patients who were diagnosed with PAH and SLE during last five years were analyze retrospectively. Results Anti-RNP antibody's prevalence rate was high. The presence of pulmonary arterial perssure (PAP) was not related to SLE disease active index (SLEDAI). Those who had PAP higher than 45 mm Hg were prone to have Raynaud's phenomenon PAH had no association to auto-antibodies and other systemic lesions. There were no differences in clinic features, auto-antibodies and other examinations between those with kidney injure and without kidney injure. Conclusion PAH may develop insidiously in SLE, so early diagnosis and prompt treatment of PAH can improve the prognosis.
7.Simultaneous determination of captopril and hydrochlorothiazide by time-resolved chemiluminescence with artificial neural network calibration

The combined use of chemometrics and chemiluminescence(CL)measurements,with the aid of the stopped-flow mixing technique,developed a simple time-resolved CL method for the simultaneous determination of captopril(CPL)and hydrochlorothiazide(HCT).The stopped-flow technique in a continuous-flow system was employed in this work in order to emphasize the kinetic differences between the two analytes in cerium(IV)-rhodamine 6G CL system.After the flow was stopped,an initial rise of CL signal was observed for HCT standards,while a direct decay of CL signal was obtained for CPL standards.The mixed CL signal was monitored and recorded on the whole process of continuous-flow/stopped-flow,and the obtained data were processed by the chemometric approach of artificial neural network.The relative prediction error(RPE)of CPL and HCT was 5.9% and 8.7%,respectively.The recoveries of CPL and HCT in tablets were found to fall in the range between 95% and 106%.The proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of CPL and HCT in a compound pharmaceutical formulation.
8.The clinical effect of debridement in the treatment of Kashin-Beck disease under an ankle arthroscopy

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of debridement in the treatment of Kashin-Beck disease under an ankle arthroscopy.Methods Totally 40 patients with ankle Kashin-Beck disease who had underwent surgery in the Fifth Hospital of Daqing from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were treated with cleaning treatment under arthroscopy,evaluated via the visual analogue scale method,and compared pain before and 6,12 month after the treatment.Walking function and ankle motion of the patients were evaluated via an ankle-scoring system,and the quality of life of patients was investigated before and after the treatment through a questionnaire survey.Results The visual analogue scale of before and 6,12 months after the treatment was (6.2 ± 1.0),(2.3 ± 1.2) and (1.6 ± 0.4) scores,respectively;ankle foot score (53.3 ± 6.8),(86.6 ± 5.1) and (88.7 ± 6.2) scores,respectively;ankle activity score (15.9 ± 4.1),(36.9 ± 4.9) and (41.8 ± 6.4) scores,respectively;and life quality score (53.1 ± 4.0),(75.4 ± 6.6) and (88.7 ± 10.5) scores,respectively.The differences between groups were statistically significant (F =2.1,2.6,2.3,2.5,P < 0.05).Visual analogue scale of 6 and 12 months after the treatment was significantly lower than that before the treatment,ankle foot score and ankle activity score and life quality score were significantly higher than those before the treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion The debridement under an ankle arthroscopy can effectively reduce the pain of patients with Kashin-Beck disease,and improve the walking function of the patients obviously,significantly improve the patients' life quality,and the method should be widely applied in clinical treatment.

Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV) refers to the groups of potentially life-threatening autoimmune disease.Antithyroid drug is one of the causes.Usually the involved organs are skin,kidney,and (or) lung.Early diagnosis and treatment of AAV is essential.Timely cessation of antithyroid drugs is the first step.If necessary,glucocorticoids and (or) immunosuppressive agents should be used to delay the progression of the disease.
