Objective To investigate feasibility, efficacy and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy to treat ureteral calculi. Methods Clinical data of 162 patients with ureteral calculi treated by holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy in our hospital from June 2006 to October 2009 were reviewed retrospectively. Stone-broken rate,lithagogue rate and complication were observed. Results The overall rate of successful fragmentation for all levels of ureteral calculi in a single procedure achieved 96. 30% (156/162). The success rates of fragmentation for the upper and mid-lower segment of ureteral calculi was 86.11% (31/36)and 99.21% (125/126),respectively. In 156 patients, the postoperative follow-up of 2- 4 weeks revealed that the stone free rate was 98.08 % (153/156). The mean operative time was (36 ± 11 )mains ( ranged from 15 to 90) and hospital stay ranged from 1 to 10 days. Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy is feasible,high effective and safe for the treatment of ureteral calculi, especially for those with middle or lower levels ureteral calculi.

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 24 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia hospitalization patients were selected and made full analysis of their medical records.Results 24 acute patients successfully cured through Azithromycin with good clinical curative effect,beginning with symptoms of fevering,coughing,wheezing,and small blisters in lungs,accompanied by external pulmonary manifestations such as diarrhea,myocardial injury and positive results of serum Mb-IgM test.Conclusion Azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia could quickly retum temperature,and reduc hospitalized time.

Objective: To explore the brain damage effects of lysophasphatidyl choline(LPC) in rats with pancreatitis and explore the pathogenesis of pancreatic encephalopathy(PE).Methods: SD rats were divided into test group,control group one and control group two at random.Acute edematous pancreatits rat model was induced following Aho HJ method for test group and control group one,then test group rats were venously applied with LPC and control group one was injected saline through tail vein.Control group two was treated with venous injection LPC through the rat tails without operation.Horseradish peroxidase(HRP) was used as a tracer to detemine if the blood-brain barrier(BBB)was open 7～10 days after successive application of LPC.The extravasated tracer was showed by diaminobenzidine(DAB).Rat brain tissue sections were examined by ponceau stain and Luxol Fast Blue stain to determine whether the rat brains were demyelination at the same time.Results: The BBB permeability of the test groupLTU rats increased greatly and obvious demyelination was observed in test group rat brains while both control groups had basically intact BBB and scarce demyelination was observed in both control groups.A statistical difference existed between the test group and control groups.Conclusion:LPC definitely open the BBB of the rat pancreatitis and demyelinates the brain of pancreatitis rats thus LPC plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PE.

Taking Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, a survey of seven-year program students in-formation quality is made.Based on the survey result, it discusses the content, teaching method and approach reform of Traditional Chi-nese medicine literature and information retrieval course for seven-year program students, so as to make better contribution to improving the information literacy of the seven-year program students.

Objective To analyze the kinds and diug resistance of bacterial.Methods 1 200 cases were detected who used the antimicrobial drugs.The drug use and drug resistance were investigated.Results 612 bacterias were isolated from the 1 200 patients,the rate was 51.0％.The top five pathogens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,fungi,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas alcaligenes etc..The Cefoperazone/sulbactam and imipenem against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae had better antibacterial activity,and the cefazolin,cotrimoxazole and chloramphenicol antibacterial activity were relatively low.Conclusion The clinical use and drug resistance in different regions are unique,it should pay attention to the pathogenic examination and drug susceptibility testing,early and timely antimicrobial therapy.

Objective To observe ophthalmoscopic image characteristics of central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC).Methods Twenty-one eyes of the 18 patients diagnosed with CSC were enrolled in this study.The patients included 12 males (14 eyes) and six females (seven eyes).The patients ages ranged from 26 to 47 years,with a mean age of (39.1±5.4) years.There were nine patients (11 eyes) with acute CSC,seven patients (seven eyes) with chronic CSC,and two patients (three eyes) with recurrent CSC.All the patients were examined using color fundus photography including infrared (IR),autofluorescence (AF),near infrared ray-auto-fluorescence (NIR-AF),fluorescein angiography (FA) and indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) photography.The ophthalmoscopic image characteristics of CSC were comparared.Results The circular serous retinal detachments of 21 eyes were depicted in color images of the ocular fundus,which in the IR showed the hypo-fluorescence.Ten eyes displayed mottled hyperfluorescent spots associated with serous retinal detachments corresponding to the leakage points.The serous retinal detachments of 15 eyes in the AF images showed hypo-fluorescence,six eyes showed hyperfluorescence.Fourteen eyes presented with hypo-or hyper-fluorescent spots corresponding to the leakage points,seven eyes presented without abnormal fluorescence corresponding to the leakage points.In addition,three eyes with acute CSC showed many scattered hyper-fluorescent spots,which showed hypo-fluorescence in the ICGA.The serous retinal detachment of 15 eyes exhibited hypo-fluorescence in the NIR-AF images,six eyes showed hyper-fluorescence.Fourteen eyes presented with hypo-or hyper-fluorescent spots corresponding to the leakage points,seven eyes presented without abnormal fluorescence corresponding to the leakage points.Twenty-one eyes in FA identified the leakage.Eight eyes showed regional choroidal delayed filling,13 eyes exhibited regional choriocapillary dilatation during 1 5 minutes after injection of ICGA.During 1-5 minutes after injection of ICGA,six eyes showed more lesions than FA,three eyes showed obvious patchy hypo-fluorescence whereas the FA were normal.Conclusions CSC has its own characteristic fundus images in the IR,FA and NIR-A.FA is still the photographic method of choice,but ICGA can reveal lesions of the choroid in CSC.IR,FA and NIR-AF are not as good as FA and ICGA for detecting of leakage points.

Objective:To observe the curative effect and security of nicardipine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet on renal hypertension.Method:65 renal hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the nicardipine group were treated with nicardipine 80 mg q8h,while the patients in the therapy group were treated with nicardipine 40mg qd and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet 47.5-95mg qd for 8 weeks.Their blood pressure,heart rate,hepatic function,renal function,blood glucose and lipid were observed and recorded before and after the treatment.Result:The total efficiency was 74.4%in the controlled group and 88.5%in the therapy group,respectively. There were no obvious changes or obvious adverse reactions in their heart rate,hepatic function,renal function,blood glucose and lipid after the treatment.Conclusion:Nicardipine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet is efficient and safe but more efficient than nicardipine alone in the treatment of renal hypertension.

Objective Analysis the treatment and management of thirty-six out-patients of asthma,in order to share the new experience in the implementation of the strategy.Methods Janaury 2007 36 newly diagnosed or diagnosed bronchial asthma patients in Department of Respiratory Medicine,the first affiliated hospital of China Medical University inhaled budesonide/formoterol dry powder inhalation treatment.Clinical symptoms,rescue medication,lung function and assessment questionnaire score of Asthma Control Test(ACT),Asthma Control Questionnaire(ACQ)were investigated during six months.Results After 6 months' thearopy,the majority of patients showed significant improvement.symptoms and signs got Marked improvement,indicators related to lung function increased in different degrees than before,ACQ score showed a downward trend,with the ease and alleviate symptoms of drug use reduction agreement,ACT score and an upward trend that the condition persistly revived.Conclusion When doctors institut eindividual treatment programme to patients with asthma,they should help patients learn to self-management,so as to make for the condition continued revived and long-term controlled.

Objective To investigate the effects of methylmercury on outward potassium currents in isolated outer hair cells of guinea pig cochlea.Methods The whole-cell patch clamp technique was used.Calcium sensitive outword potassium currents were recorded when the concentrations of mercurial were 1/1000 LD_(50),1/100 LD_(50) and 1/10 LD_(50).Results After methylmercury poisoning,amplitudes of the outword potassium currents I_(K(Ca)) were(1.48?0.28),(1.36?0.16) and(1.22?0.13)nA.Compared with control group,the amplitudes in three methylmercury poisoning groups were decreased by 8%,16% and 25%(P
