Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 24 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia hospitalization patients were selected and made full analysis of their medical records.Results 24 acute patients successfully cured through Azithromycin with good clinical curative effect,beginning with symptoms of fevering,coughing,wheezing,and small blisters in lungs,accompanied by external pulmonary manifestations such as diarrhea,myocardial injury and positive results of serum Mb-IgM test.Conclusion Azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia could quickly retum temperature,and reduc hospitalized time.
3.Clinical observation of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroecopy for ureteral calculi: 162 cases report

Objective To investigate feasibility, efficacy and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy to treat ureteral calculi. Methods Clinical data of 162 patients with ureteral calculi treated by holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy in our hospital from June 2006 to October 2009 were reviewed retrospectively. Stone-broken rate,lithagogue rate and complication were observed. Results The overall rate of successful fragmentation for all levels of ureteral calculi in a single procedure achieved 96. 30% (156/162). The success rates of fragmentation for the upper and mid-lower segment of ureteral calculi was 86.11% (31/36)and 99.21% (125/126),respectively. In 156 patients, the postoperative follow-up of 2- 4 weeks revealed that the stone free rate was 98.08 % (153/156). The mean operative time was (36 ± 11 )mains ( ranged from 15 to 90) and hospital stay ranged from 1 to 10 days. Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy is feasible,high effective and safe for the treatment of ureteral calculi, especially for those with middle or lower levels ureteral calculi.
4.Examination of Rb、P53、C-myc and HPV genes in tissue of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and their significance

The genes of P53,retinoblastoma (Rb),C-myc and human papilloma virus (HPV) were determined by PCR method in specimens of 33 patients with laryngeal carcinoma and 4 normal laryngeal tissues as a control group.There were 23 males and 10 females,ranging in age from 40 to 11 years old.Results showed that the mutation rate of P53 and Rb gene were 69.69%(23/33) and 48.48%(16/33),respectively;c\|myc gene amplification rate and HPV insertion rate were 58.62% (17/29) and 72.72%(24/33),respectively.There were significant difference(P<0.05)in comparison between positive and negative expression above these genes.The expression rate were 50.00%(12/24),45.83%(11/24)and 66.67%(16/24)of C-myc,Rb and P53 genes respectively in 24 cases who were HPV positive of laryngeal carcinoma.The positive rates were 73.68%(14/19),63.16%(12/19),57.89%(11/19)and 84.21%(16/19) of HPV,C-myc,Rb and P53,respectively in 19 cases who have heavy smoking (20/day,20 years smoking history).Above results suggested that there were closed relationship in the C-myc gene activation and P53,Rb genes inactivation with smoking and HPV infection.It was believed that carcinogen factors on laryngeal carcinoma was the result of factors,genes and stages interaction.
5.A research on the brain damage of lysophosphatidyl choline in rats with pancreatitis

Objective: To explore the brain damage effects of lysophasphatidyl choline(LPC) in rats with pancreatitis and explore the pathogenesis of pancreatic encephalopathy(PE).Methods: SD rats were divided into test group,control group one and control group two at random.Acute edematous pancreatits rat model was induced following Aho HJ method for test group and control group one,then test group rats were venously applied with LPC and control group one was injected saline through tail vein.Control group two was treated with venous injection LPC through the rat tails without operation.Horseradish peroxidase(HRP) was used as a tracer to detemine if the blood-brain barrier(BBB)was open 7~10 days after successive application of LPC.The extravasated tracer was showed by diaminobenzidine(DAB).Rat brain tissue sections were examined by ponceau stain and Luxol Fast Blue stain to determine whether the rat brains were demyelination at the same time.Results: The BBB permeability of the test groupLTU rats increased greatly and obvious demyelination was observed in test group rat brains while both control groups had basically intact BBB and scarce demyelination was observed in both control groups.A statistical difference existed between the test group and control groups.Conclusion:LPC definitely open the BBB of the rat pancreatitis and demyelinates the brain of pancreatitis rats thus LPC plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PE.

7.The management strategies for newborn screening in Chongqing Yongchuan district

Objective To summarize the data of newborn screening in Yongchuan district of Chongqing to promote its quali‐ty ,and to provide some measurements to enhance the management of newborn screening in this area .Methods According to the management system and technical standards of newborn screening (2010 Edition) ,newborn screening in Yongchuan district was im‐plemented .Screening rate ,coverage rate of newborn screening in maternity hospital ,recall rate of suspiciously affected newborns and rate of treatment of patients were analyzed from 2013-2014 .Results The screening rate ,coverage rate of newborn screening in maternity hospital ,recall rate of suspiciously affected newborns were increased by 77 .32% ,88 .57% and 17 .44% ,respectively , during these 10 years .All patients were treated appropriately (100% ) .Congenital hypothyroidism and phenylketonuria were screened .Since 2010 ,glucose‐6‐phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency and congenital adrenal hyperplasia were added to the newborn screening test panel .Conclusion Strengthen the management ,establish administrative department ,faculty training ,health education and government financial supports are contributed to improving the quality of newborn screening .
8.The antibiotics clinical use and drug resistance survey analysis in our hospital

Objective To analyze the kinds and diug resistance of bacterial.Methods 1 200 cases were detected who used the antimicrobial drugs.The drug use and drug resistance were investigated.Results 612 bacterias were isolated from the 1 200 patients,the rate was 51.0%.The top five pathogens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,fungi,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas alcaligenes etc..The Cefoperazone/sulbactam and imipenem against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae had better antibacterial activity,and the cefazolin,cotrimoxazole and chloramphenicol antibacterial activity were relatively low.Conclusion The clinical use and drug resistance in different regions are unique,it should pay attention to the pathogenic examination and drug susceptibility testing,early and timely antimicrobial therapy.
9.Rho-ROCK signaling pathway in inhibition of axonal regeneration in the central nervous system

The regeneration of neurons are very weak after the central nervous system is injured,the lack of growth factors in the internal environment and the existence of various inhibitors in the microenvironment are main reasons. Rho-ROCK signaling pathway mediates inhibitory signals to prevent regeneration of nerve cells in the central nervous system. In this paper,the advances in the research on biological property and regulation and interventions of Rho-ROCK signaling pathway are reviewed.
10.Observation of Effect of Nicardipine Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Renal Hypertension

Objective:To observe the curative effect and security of nicardipine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet on renal hypertension.Method:65 renal hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the nicardipine group were treated with nicardipine 80 mg q8h,while the patients in the therapy group were treated with nicardipine 40mg qd and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet 47.5-95mg qd for 8 weeks.Their blood pressure,heart rate,hepatic function,renal function,blood glucose and lipid were observed and recorded before and after the treatment.Result:The total efficiency was 74.4%in the controlled group and 88.5%in the therapy group,respectively. There were no obvious changes or obvious adverse reactions in their heart rate,hepatic function,renal function,blood glucose and lipid after the treatment.Conclusion:Nicardipine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet is efficient and safe but more efficient than nicardipine alone in the treatment of renal hypertension.
