Journal of Chinese Physician 2009;11(7):901-903
Objective To investigate the relationship among Survivin, PTEN and the occurrence, development, soakage and prog-nesis of gastric cancer. Methods The in-situ hybrization technique, immunochemistry and TUNEL method were used to detect the expres-sion of survivin mRNA, PTEN protein and apoptotic cell. Results The positive rate of survivin expression in gastric cancer was obvious higher than that in para-cancer tissue(P <0.01). Moreover, survivin expression rate in advanced clinical stage and low differentiation gastric cancer degree.was higher, compared with para-cancer tissue (P <0.01, P <0.05). The positive rate of PTEN expression in gas-tric cancer was obvious lower than that in pars-cancer tissue (P <0.01). The positive rate of PTEN expression in advanced clinical stage and low differentiation degree of tissue in gastric cancer was lower (P < 0.01). Furthermore, survivin and apoptesis indexes manifested negative relationship in gastric cancer(r =-0.861, P < 0.01), While PTEN and apoptosis indexes manifested positive relationship (r = 0.832, P < 0.01). Conclusions Survivin could be used as a novel marker to detect gastric cancer. PTEN gene lost function, which maybe promote the origin, growth, soakage and metastasis of gastric cancer.

Objective To evaluate the inhibitory effect of endostatin on bladder tumor and to investigate the possible mechanism of the inhibition. Methods (1)By means of MTT method, the effects of endostatin on ECV304 and EJ cells proliferation were studied.(2)Ten nude mice were subcutaneously implanted with EJ bladder tumor cells (1?10 7/ml). After the tumor volume exceeded 100~200 mm 3,the mice were randomized into two groups. One group received recombinant human endostatin (2 mg?kg -1 ?d -1 ) whereas the other group received PBS as control. All the treatment lasted 21 days.(3) After that, the mice were sacrificed and then MMPs and TIMPs mRNA expression were measured in implanted tumor by RT PCR and Western blot method. Results (1)Endostatin inhibits ECV304 proliferation stimulated with bFGF (5 ng/ml).In addition,we report for the first time that endostatin also inhibits EJ cells proliferation.(2)The mean tumor weight of endostatin treated group (0.70?0.16 g) was significantly lower than that of control group (1.14?0.21)g, P

Journal of Medical Informatics 2015;(8):64-67
The paper introduces the research significance of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM) literature information retrieval based on cognition analysis, by analyzing cognition of literature information demands of TCM students in different majors of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it studies from three perspectives:literature information retrieval demand, retrieval thinking and development direction of TCM literature information retrieval system. It also points out that study on thinking and practice of literature information retriev-al based on cognition analysis is the effective approach to enhance information literacy and improve the comprehensive quality.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(09):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of anastomate in treatment of rectal lesion. Methods The anastomate was used to resect space occupying lesion which was 5~12cm from anal. Then thwe operation procedure, operation time, recurrence complications and correlated problems were summarized. Results The average operation time was 34 minutes. Exceot for one case of anastomtic bleeding and one case of recurrence 14 months post operation.there were No other complications. Conclusions Stapling-resecting the rectal lesion was feasible, but some problems were solved from the design of anastomate.

International Journal of Surgery 2014;41(2):83-86,封3
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of sacral nerve dysfunction syndrome. Methods Accepted 44 cases of sacral nerve disorder syndrome from Oct.2010 to Oct.2012 in the Department General Surgery of Xiangyang Central Hospital, the diagnosis and treatment of sacral nerve dysfunction syndrome were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 44 patients in this group were founded been with lumbar protrusion of the intervertebral disc, the incidence of waist 4-5 or/and sacral 1 intervertebral disc herniation was 100%.Twentyone patients were complicated with vertebral degenerative changes,6 cases with spinal arachnoid cyst.metastatic cancer without treatment in 1 case was exception,13 cases were boarded during sleeping,12 cases were given dehydration treatment with mannitol,15 cases were given therapy of sacral canal nerve block,3 cases were treated by operation. All of these treatment were proved effective. Conclusion Some certain curative effect was obtained through the local physical therapy, systemic dehydration treatment, local nerve block treatment and opertion treatment.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2012;11(8):582-586
Objective To investigate the glycemic fluctuation and endothelial function in patients of coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods Fifty eight patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in the study, including 40 cases complicated with T2DM (group A) and 18 cases without T2DM (group B).All subjects underwent continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS) and high-resolution ultrasound detection on brachial artery for endothelium-dependent flowmediated dilatation (FMD).According to the results of CGMS,patients with 3 times of standard deviation of blood glucose (SDBG) less than a mean blood glucose in group A were classified as low glucose excursion group (group A1 ),others were classified as high glucose excursion group (group A2 ).The association of glucose fluctuation with FMD in group A was analyzed. Results Compared to group B,the levels of mean amplitude of glycemic excursions (MAGE),the largest amplitude of glycemic excursions (LAGE) and mean postprandial glucose excursion (MPPGE) were elevated and the levels of FMD were lower in group A1 and A2 (P <0.05).Compared to group A1 the levels of MAGE,LAGE,MPPGE and absolute means of daily differences were significantly higher [(5.4 ±0.9) vs.(3.7±0.4),(6.3 ± 1.8) vs.(4.6 ±0.8),(4.7±1.0) vs.(3.5±1.2),(2.45 ±0.75) vs.(1.81 ±0.66)mmol/L,respectively]and the FMD levels were lower [ (3.2 ± 1.0) vs.(5.2 ± 1.2) % ]in group A2 ( all P < 0.05 ).All CGMS parameters were significantly correlated with FMD in group A2 (P < 0.05 ).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that MAGE,systolic blood pressure were the independent impact factors of FMD.Conclusions Patients of coronary heart disease complicated with T2DM have prominent glycemic fluctuation and decreased FMD and the glycemic fluctuation may be associated with the impairment of FMD.
