To solve the calibration transmission problem in near-infrared ( NIR) spectroscopy, a novel model transfer method, Simple Linear Regression Direct Standard-ization ( SLRDS ) , has been presented. To investigate the validity of the proposed method, a real corn sample NIR dataset was tested and the direct standardization ( DS ) method and piecewise direct standardization ( PDS ) method were involved as a comparison. Our results indicated that SLRDS can correct compressed NIR data differences among instruments and enable the user to share corn sample PLS calibration model among three instruments, at the same time it has higher prediction accuracy, fewer parameters and simpler model than DS and PDS.

Objective To explore the protective effect of vitamin E on the rabbit bladder after partial outlet obstruction artificially setup. Methods A total of 28 New Zealand white male rabbits were divided into 4 groups (group A in 6,group B in 6,group C in 8 and group D in 8).Group A,B and C were fed a regular diet, and group D were placed on a diet enriched with 600 mg vitamin E.After 4 weeks partial outlet obstruction was created in groups C and D,while group B underwent sham operation. After 4 weeks of obstruction each rabbit was sedated and cystometry was repeated. After cystometry the bladder was weighed. The gene expression of sarcoplasmic endoplasmic reticulum, calcium, magnesium, adenosine triphosphatase (SERCA2) in bladder was detected by using RT-PCR assay, while the protein level of SERCA2 was measured by Western blot analysis. Results All parameters measured were approximately identical in nomal rabbits(Group A) and shum operation rabbits(group B).Thus, these 2 groups were combined as the control group(Group A and B).Partial outlet obstruction resulted in bladder weight increased significantly in obstructed groups given vehicle group C(13.07?1.71)g and those vitamin E group D(11.80?2.01)g,4-fold higher than in the control group (2.81?0.30)g(P

Objective To investigate the value of narrow band imaging(NBI) in diagnosis of early gastric cancer(EGC) and dysplasia. Methods 217 patients were enrolled. Routine endoscopy followed by narrow band imaging (NBI), then chromoendoscopy (indigo carmine) combined magnifying endoscopy was sequentially used. The gastric pits and microvasculuture were carefully observed. According to the NBI ima-ges, the biopsy samples were taken in suspicious area to identify malignant and premalignant gastric lesions. The patients with gastric cancer or severe dysplasia required endoscopic uhrasonography(EUS), then EGC or severe dysplasia ones needed endoscopic therapy or surgery. Results In silhouette of gastric lesion, NBI is the clearest in the above three endoscopic methods. Both mucosal pit and epithelium capiUary were shown much clearer by NBI than by routine endoscopy. Of 217 patients, 19 cases of mild dysplasia, 9 cases of moderate dysplasia, 4 cases of severe dysplasia and 5 cases of EGC were finded according to histopathological diagnosis. Six patterns of gastric pits were summarized by NBI. Dysplasia usually behaviored as V1 or Ⅳ gastric pits, and Ⅵ mucosal pit were suspected malignant lesion. Tumorous vessels can be seen in 3 cases of EGC. Conclusion By narrow band imaging system with magnifying endoscopy, the micro gastric mucosal structure can be shown much clear. That is helpful for improving the accuracy of malignant lesion on endo-scopic target biopsies and finding early gastric cancer.

Objective:To investigate the effect of anterior or posterior debridement on infections of the lumbar vertebral fusion with cage and pedical screw system. Methods:A total of 10 cases (3 males and 7 females, age 49.80±13.29 years) with infections in the lumbar fusion device were admitted from January 2013 to December 2019. The cases were diagnosed with deep infections after the preview surgery at 10.80±13.24 months, including 10 cases with 12 cages infections and 8 cases with screw system infections. 7 cases were done with debridement and removal of the cages via the anterior approach. And another 3 cases underwent posterior debridement and removal of lumbar fusion cages. The changes in laboratory examination such as WBC count, ESR, CRP, visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) score were compared preoperatively, 2 months and 6 months postoperatively. Results:No patients were lost in the follow-up. The average follow-up time periods is 16.30±5.10 months (range 9-24 months). There was no significant difference in WBC count between 2 and 6 months after surgery compared with preoperation ( F=0.855, P=0.436). The ESR, CRP, VAS and ODI scores decreased in 2 months and 6 months after sugery, which has significant differences compared preoperation ( P<0.05). The abnormal signals in the lambar vertebral showed a gradual fading trend in the postoperative MRI. The completely fading time was 5.00±1.33 months (range 3-7 months). One-stage bone grafting was performed in 6 cases with 8 spaces via anterior approach, 5 cases with 7 spaces showed the intervertebral fusion after postoperative with 6.80±2.28 months (range 4-10 months), 1 case wirh 1 space was not fused. One-stage bone grafting was performed in 2 cases via posterior approach: 1 case was fused after postoperative and the other patient was not, which due to bone graft area infection. Postoperative bone graft displacement occurred with 1 case and 1 case with L 5 nerve root pulling injury during the operation. Conclusion:The fusion cage can be removed by debridement via posterior approach, but it is difficult to done the completely debridement, which the main reason is the obstruction of the posterior nerve and bone structure. Posterior approach also have risks of infection recurrence and nerve root injury. Cage removal via anterior approach was relatively easy and debridement was thoroughly, which has the risk of injury of important adjacent vessels.
