Objective To study the feasibility of the ultrasonic scalpel in the management of cystic blood vessels during laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Methods Abdominal blood vessels of two dogs were managed by ultrasonic scalpel under the conditions of two step output power,low tension,low holding force and blunt scalpel head.The blood vessels were sealed and arteries and veins of (1～11)mm were cut.On this basis,the technique was applied to the management of cystic vessels during laparoscopic cystic and biliary operation. Results The sealing and cutting effect was good for the blood vessels of less than 9mm 140/150(93 3%).No blood oozing was found at the cutting ends of blood vessels during and after operation.In all 706 cases of laparoscopic gallbladder and biliary duct operations,no bleeding was found at the cutting ends of blood vessels during and after operation. Conclusions Ultrasonic scalpel can be directly used to seal and cut cystic artery during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Objective The objectives of this study were to analyze the results of lung cancer screening from 9265 urban residents in Urumqi from year 2014 to 2016,and to evaluate the significance of early diagnosis and treatment of cancer for the lung cancer prevention.Methods A total of 31,177 people with high risk of lung cancer were assessed by cancer risk questionnaire surveyed from 40 to 69 years old residents in Urumqi.High-risk groups were assigned to low-dose spiral CT scan in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.Results 9,265 people were scanned with low dose spiral CT and overall completion rate was 29.7％.There had 11.9％ detection rate in 1,005 people who were scanned positive pulmonary nodules.The detection rate was 31.9％ for 2,955 people who were scanned solid nodules(＜5 mm) and 2.5％ for 236 people who had the non solid nodules(＜ 8 mm).After screening,14 patients were diagnosed by pathology and the detection rate was 0.2％.The emphysema,pulnonary cysts,pulmonary bullae and other related lung disease were detected in 4,095 people and the detection rate was 44.2％.Conclusion The lung health status of Urumqi residents was found by a wide range of lung cancer screening,and the awareness of lung cancer prevention and control was greatly improved.It provided the basis for the establishment of effective prevention and treatment system,which was helpful to improve the early diagnosis and treatment rate of lung cancer.

Objective To incubate the rat neural stem cells with specific inhibitor (PD98059) of MAPKK/MEK to clarify the effect of MAPKK/MEK-MAPK/ERK signaling pathway in neural stem cells (NSC).Methods NSCs derived fiom E15-16 rats were isolated and cultured.After treated with different concentration of PD98059,they were subjected to the detection of cell proliferation,Nesn'n, BrdU and β-tubulin-Ⅲ by WTS-8 assay,immunofluorescent staining or Western Blot respectively.Results PD98059 had an effect on the survival,proliferation and differentiation of NSC at a concentration-dependent manner.The viability of the NSC was significantly decreased than the control (P＜0.05),whereas the numbers of BrdU-positive and β-tubulin-Ⅲ positive cells were notably fewer than the control (P＜0.05) after incubated with the higher concentration of PD98059.The ERK expression was blocked by PD98059 at a concentration-dependent manner.Conclusion The MAPKK/MEK-MAPK/ERK signaling pathway played a vital role in the survival, proliferation and differentiation of NSC.

Objective To discuss the postoperative complications of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated with freehand drilling skull minimally invasive puncture drainage therapy .Methods The clinical data of 158 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed .The incidence rate ,causes and preventative measures of the postoperative complications of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated with free -hand drilling skull minimally invasive puncture drainage therapy were analyzed .Results 10 cases of scalp bleeding , 4 cases of epidural hemorrhage , 9 cases of puncture pathway bleeding , 24 cases of secondary bleeding , 1 case of intracranial infection,3 cases of low intracranial pressure ,5 cases of pneumoencephalos and 2 cases died.Conclusion Freehand drilling skull minimally invasive puncture drainage leads to less complications and so far it is a safe and effective therapy for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage .

Objective To establish the best extraction technology of Zhike oral liquid.Methods Using orthogonal experiment method, total flavonoids and baicalin as evaluation index, extraction time, solvent times, extraction times as factors, the optimal extraction process parameters were selected.Results The best extraction process of Zhike oral liquid:extraction time was 1h, solvent amount was 10 times, 2 times of extraction.Conclusion The extraction process is feasible, the test result is accurate and reliable, which can provide the experimental basis for the extraction process of Zheke oral liquid.

At present, navigation path deviation caused by brain shift is the main factor that affects the accuracy of neurosurgical navigation. A new method of near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) based neurosurgical navigation is presented in the paper. The correlation between NIRS optical parameters and medical image is used and the gray information of navigation path is regarded as the priori knowledge, sample-points curvatures are calculated by Hermite interpolation and the Mean Hausdorff distance as measurement criterion is used to match feature segments, then the real-time correction model is established. The algorithm of the given model is simple and can realize the best match within the error, it provides an effective method for real-time navigation path correction.

Objective To study the curative efficacy of Ningmitai capsule unite amsulosin hydrochloride sustained realeased capsules treatment ofⅢ type B prostatitis and its effects on level of the prostate fluid of interleukin-10(IL-10), tumor necrosis factor alpha, prostaglandin E2.Methods 104 patients withⅢtype B prostatitis who received therapy from December 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects, according to the treatment were divided into observation group and control group , the observation group was treated with Ningmitai capsules unite Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained realeased capsules while the control group was treated with Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained realeased capsules.Comparison curative effect ,before and after the treatment of chronic inflammatory prostate integral index, maximum urinary flow rate, average urine flow rate;Analysis before and after treatment prostate fluid of interleukin-10, tumor necrosis factor alpha, prostaglandin E2 level and WBC count.Results After treatment, the observation group total effective rate was 90.4%, significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);After treatment, the observation group in the prostatic fluid IL-10, the TNF-α, PGE-2, the WBC levels were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),and after the treatment,chronic inflammatory prostate integral index of observation group was obviously lower than the control group, the maximum urinary flow rate, average urine flow rate is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ningmitai capsules unite amsulosin hydrochloride sustained realeased capsules treatment Ⅲ type B prostatitis has significantly clinical curative effect, can pass down the prostate fluid of IL-10, the TNF alpha, PGE-2 levels, relieve the clinical symptoms.

Objective To set up weight coefficient of qualification and evaluation system so as to implement a normative and standardized system for assessment of clinical teachers of master of nursing specialist (MNS) postgraduates. Methods The indicator system was established by Delphi method. The indicators weight was obtained through analytic hierarchy process, and the logic consistency test was calculated. Results The first five weight of qualification indicators were as follows: registered nurse (0.1686), clinical working experiences (0.2352), clinical teaching experiences (0.2016), education background and professional title (0.1410), research subjects they preside over or participate in (0.0817). The results of indicators order in single level and whole system had a satisfied consistency (CR<0.10). Conclusions The study on weighting values of the system could help it more scientific,reliable and practical.

Objective To explore the nuclear emergency nursing rescue process, and ensure safety and effectiveness of implementation of nuclear emergency nursing rescue. Methods Based on the analysis of the existing national standards, and on the basis of literature review, the method of Delphi was used to collect 23 experts′suggestions, and to make a preliminary draft nuclear emergency nursing rescue process on site. Results The experts' enthusiasm was very high, and the degree of authority (Cr) coefficient was 0.91. A on-site rescue unit partition graph, and two rescue unit process that were preliminary sorting and decontamination, and an on-site rescue process had been drew up. Conclusions After two rounds of expert enquiry, the emergency nursing rescue process is reasonable. And the study could provide objective basis for the implementation of the nuclear emergency nursing rescue.

Objective To explore nurses' bonus assessment and distribution methods based on the information technology platform and to improve the efficiency of nursing management. Methods We build a hospital informa-tion platform in order to collect nursing work efficiency data by using existing computer information network. We distributed the bonus through the information platform according to evaluate nursing quality and performance effi-ciency. Results After the information flatform used for 2 years,the satisfaction of nurses with different professional titles and different experience showed no significant difference (P>0.05). The time of department management person-nel collecting and distributing data change from [103.75 (180.00,215.00)] min per month to [42.50 (60.00,90.00)] min per month.The difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The technology platform can im-prove the satisfaction and the nursing management efficiency.
