1.Role of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in migration of asthmatic rat airway smooth muscle cells
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2017;26(9):643-647
Objective To investigate the role of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in migration ability of asthmatic rat airway smooth muscle cells (ASMCs).Methods The asthmatic rat airway smooth muscle cells were cultured in vitro. The expression of Wnt/β-catenin in ASMCs was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.Migration ability of ASMCs was detected by wound healing assay and transwell migration assay. Results Compared with normal rats, the expression level of Wnt/β-catenin in chronic asthmatic rats ASMCs was obvious higher. The β-catenin signaling pathway by specific siRNA could reduce beta-catenin mRNA and protein expression level of ASMCs.The knockdown of Wnt/β-catenin was able to decreases the migration ability of ASMCs.Conclusion Abnormal activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway may participants in the migration ability of ASMCs of chronic asthma rats.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2015;(6):570-573
[Summary] This paper reported the surgical cooperation in 72 cases of da Vinci robot operations between September 2014 and December 2014 in this hospital .All the 72 cases of total laparoscopic operation by using the da Vinci robot assistance were successfully completed, without robot faults caused by mismatch and nursing complications caused by improper nursing .We believe that nurse training with robot surgical system and qualification certification , preoperative patient visits , reasonable arrangement of operation room , careful observation with skilled coordination with the robot , proper postoperative placement of the robot , and maintenance and disinfection of the machine are crucial to a successful surgery .

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1992;0(01):-
Objective: To investigate the effects of forced swimming on NO and NOS in brain of mice. Method: Sixty mice were assigned into three groups randomly: two stress groups, the content of NO and NOS were determined at 1hour and 2 hours after forced swimming respectively, and one control group. NO was tested by chromatic comparison. NOS was tested by enzyme assay. Results: The level of NO in stress group tested at 1 hour was significantly lower than that in control group (17.38 ?5.63/27.47?15.16 (mol/gprot, t=2.67, p

Objective: To investigate the effects of paradoxical sleep deprivation (SD) on serum cytokine levels of Sprague-Dawley rats Method:Paradoxical sleep deprivation was induced in male rats by housing them on small platforms over water Controls were housed either in normal cages (CC) or in tanks with large platforms (TC) After SD for different lengths of time, serum levels of IL-2, 6, 8, TNF-? and cortisol of all groups were measured by double antibodies radio-immune assay Results: Serum level of TNF-? and cortisol of SD24h group were higher than that of CC (P

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2014;(5):711-712,713
The effects of cotton roll and the traditional gauze wrapper in the protection of endodontic files were observed.Cotton roll showed firm protection and feasible operation advantages,it was more effective than gauze wrapper in the protection of endodontic files(P<0.01).

To investigate feasibility and effect of schizophrenia treatment by stereotactic lesioning, CRW stereotactic apparatus and PICKER spiral CT were used to define nucleus location and RADONICS radiofrequency instruments were used to lesion different subnucleuses of amygdala and the front part of callosal gyrus. All schizophrenic patients were diagnosed by ICD Ⅲ standards, In cases with one year followup ,the effect were analysed with Global Improvement (GI) scoring. In this group , 21 cases were significantly improved , 8 cases improved, 3 cases slightly improved, 1 case unchanged, and 0 case deteriorated. These results suggest selective lesioning subnucleus of amygdala according to different symptoms of schizophrenia could improve the curative effect of surgical treatment for schizophrenia.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the cause of pleural effusion in elderly patients on mechanical ventilation, and to analyze the effect of mechanical ventilation on hemodynamics. Methods 100 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from Jan 2002 to Oct 2004 who had received mechanical ventilation were studied retrospectively and logistic regression analysis of risk factors of pleural effusion before and after mechanical ventilation were performed. 8 patients of them were examined by ultrasonic cardiography before and during mechanical ventilation. Results Before mechanical ventilation there were 27 patients complicated with pleural effusion. After mechanical ventilation another 33 patients were showed to develop pleural effusion. Totally 60 mechanical ventilated patients had pleural effusion. The analysis of logistic regression showed that cardiac insufficiency was significantly correlated with pleural fluid in the patients receiving mechanical ventilation. The transmembrane pressure of tricuspid valve was increased during mechanical ventilation. Conclusion Incidence of pleural effusion increased, hemodynamics changed and the transmembrane pressure of tricuspid valve increased with mechanical ventilation in the elderly patients. Cardiac insufficiency was an important risk factor of pleural effusion.

Objective To observe the efficiency and toxicity of Vinorelbine(NVB) combined with Cisplatin (DDP) in the treatment of advanced breast cancer patients resistent to Adriamycin (ADM) or Taxol treatment. Methods 34 patients with 8 cases simplex carcinoma,20 cases infiltrating duct carcinomas,3 cases medullary carcinoma,1 case large sweat gland-like carcinoma and 2 cases scirrhous carcinoma, who were relaped and refractory after ADM or Taxol treatment, were treated with NVB 25mg/m2,DDP 25mg/m2,Ⅳ.Both drugs were given in a 21-days cycle. The efficacy was evaluated every 2 or 3 cycles by using response evaluation criteria in solid tumor. Results 2 cases of 34 assessable patients achieved complete response (CR),18 patients had partial response (PR),8 cases had stable disease(S D),6 cases had progressive disease(PD).The total effective rate was 58.8% (CR + PR).The medium duration of response and medium survival time were 8.5 months and 18.3 months, respectively. The predominant toxicity was hematological, with grade Ⅲ~ Ⅳ leukopenia occurring in 50.0% (17/34) patients.Other toxicities were nausea, vomiting, anemia, phlebitis and so on.Conclusion The regimen of NVB combined with DDP is active and well tolerated, with an acceptable price,in treatment of advanced breast patients with refractory and relapsed after ADM or Taxol treatment.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1996;0(04):-
Objective To improve the recognition of nail-patella syndrome(NPS). Methods The pathological, clinical and x-ray features of NPS in 6 cases were analysed with literature reviewed. Results The main diagnostic features of NPS included:(1)There were nail dysplasia and family history;(2) The pathological changes were bilateral, multiple bone and multiple systems involved;(3) Patients had a characteristic tetrad involving the nails, knees, elbows and the presence of iliac horns. Conclusion Based on the typical x-ray findings combined with clinical characteristics,nail-patella syndrome can be suggested.Radiography is one of the best methods for the diagnosis of this disease.
