China Pharmacist 2017;20(1):56-59
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of berberine hydrochloride from Sanhuang Diyu oil by Box-Benhnken re-sponse surface methodology. Methods:The extraction process was optimized with the size of each medicine ( X1 ) , the liquid-solid ra-tio ( X2 ) and the extraction time ( X3 ) as the independent variables and berberine hydrochloride extraction amount ( Y) as the depend-ent variable, and the effects of variables and their interactions on the extraction efficiency were studied. Results:The experiment results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the size of each medicine was 60 meshes, the liquid-solid ratio was 18, and the extraction time was 1. 5 h. Under the above conditions, 3 batches of berberine hydrochloride from Sanhuang Diyu oil were ex-tracted. The average extraction rate of berberine hydrochloride was (16.6 ±0.6) mg·g-1(n =3). Conclusion: The extraction process of Sanhuang Diyu oil optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology is simple, stable and predictable.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(5):683-685
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its ef-fects on patin degree. METHODS:One hundred and twenty cases of knee osteoarthritis were selected from our hospital during Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2016,and then divided into control group and observation group according to therapy plan, with 60 cases in each group. Control group was given Ibuprofen sustained-release capsule 0.3 g,bid;observation group was additionally given lornoxi-cam 8 mg,bid,on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. VAS score was compared between 2 groups before and after treatment, and clinical efficacy and the occurrence of ADR were observed in 2 groups. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in VAS score between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,VAS score of 2 groups were de-creased significantly, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Clinical response rate of observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 75.0% of control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidence of ADR was 3.33% in observation group, which was significantly lower than 11.67% of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Lornoxicam is effective for knee osteoarthritis and can significantly improve pain with good safety.
4.Effects of testosterone on heart function following heart failure after myocardial infarction in rats
Clinical Medicine of China 2014;30(8):820-824
Objective To investigate the effects of low dose testosterone on heart function, and ventricular remodeling in male rats with postinfarction congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods Sixty SD rats were undergone surgery,of which,45 rats were performed coronary artery ligation and other 15 were sham group (PS group).Six weeks later, left ventricular function of survived rats was examined by echocardiography, and LVEF≤45% was defined as the standard of successful CHF model. All survived model rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:TU group(n =16) treated with TU 5 mg/kg per 2 weeks intramuscular injection;placebo (PL) group (n =16) treated with PL.Mter treatment for 12 weeks, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was assessed by echocardiography again.Serum testosterone level was determined by radioimmunoassay. The expression of tumor necrosis factor-or (TNF-α) mRNA and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9mRNA in myocardial tissue was measured by RT-PCR.Results In male post-myocardial infarction rats, serum testosterone level and LVEF were decreased significantly than PS group(P < 0.05),and the expression of TNF-α mRNA and MMP-9 mRNA in myocardial tissue was increased significantly than PS group (P < 0.05).Mter low dose TU therapy,LVEF of rats in TU group improved significantly(P <0.05),and the expression of TNF-α mRNA and MMP-9 mRNA in myocardial tissue was reduced significantly (P < 0.05).Meanwhile,the mortality was decreased (P < 0.05).Conclusion Low dose testosterone therapy can restore the inflammatory imbalance and suppress the ventricular remodeling in male post-myocardial infarction rats and improve left ventricular function,as well as reduce mortality.

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of atorvastatin and amlodipine in compound atorvastatin calcium and amlodipine besylate tablets. Methods:The determination was performed on a Gemini-NX C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase consisting of 20 mmol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution ( adjusting pH to 4 with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile-methanol (30 ∶10 ∶60) at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm and the column tem-perature was 30℃. The injection volume was 20μl. Results:The linear range of atorvastatine and amlodipine was 0. 4-40. 0μg·ml-1 and 0. 2-20. 0 μg·ml-1, respectively. The mean recovery of atorvastatin and amlodipine was 100. 6% and 99. 7%, and RSD was 0. 92% and 0. 85% (n=9), respectively. Conclusion:The method is special, stable and reliable, and can be used for the content determination of compound atorvastatin calcium and amlodipine besylate tablets.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1991;0(03):-
Objective To summarize CT manifestation of atypical brain injuries . Methods The data of 14520 patients with brain injury who have examined by CT scan were collected from1996~2002. Thin slice and HRCT were performed in interested region.Of them,53 cases are diagnosed as delayed or atypical brain injuries. Results In 17 cases of brain contutions , high density punctate lesion(9 cases), and patchy low-dense areas(8 cases)were showed on CT. In 36 cases of delayed brain injuries, CT showed cerebral edema(9 cases),axonal injuries(7 cases), scattered micro-hematoma(5 cases), and delayed subdural hematoma (15 cases). Conclusion CT scan is of important value in dignosing brain injury. We should play much attention to the atypical CT manifestations of brain trauma , and reexamination has great sense to old age patients especially.

10.On the connotation of "humanity" in the traditional Chinese medicine ethics
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(07):-
"Humanity and virtue" is the core of Chinese traditional medicine ethics. The theories of "medicine is humane art" and "curing people with benevolence" were emphasized by Chinese doctors through the ages.According to the theory of the ancient doctors, the connotation of "humanity" is rich and profound, which is mainly embodied in two aspects-"humanity and virtue"of physicians and medical morality. The analysis and inheritance of "Humanity and virtue"of traditional Chinese medicine is of great signi cance for the construction of modern medicine.
