1.Effect of maternal anxiety, depression, acceptance and psychological control on students' social anxiety

ObjectiveTo determine the current students' social anxiety status and maternal factors in school students( grade 5-7) in Harbin,and provided scientific guidance relevant to students'social anxiety.Methods 1526 mother-child pairs collected by random cluster sampling,children completed the social anxiety scale for children (SASC),security scale,coping strategies questionnaire( consist of ambivalence and avoidance subscale),acceptance scale and psychological control scale,and mothers completed the center for epidemiologic studies depression inventory (CES-D),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).ResultsThe total positive detection rate of social anxiety was 13.6%,there was no significantly difference between boys and girls (P > 0.05) ; the positive detection rate of Grade 6 was higher than Grade 5 and Grade 7.There were positive correlation between social anxiety and mother's psychological control,mother's depression,mother's anxiety ( r =0.228,0.143,0.122) ; negative correlation with mother's acceptance( r =-0.214).Linear regression indicated that only three variables (mother's psychological control,mother's acceptance,mother's depression) were at the P < 0.05 level.The regression coefficients for the three variables were 1.557,- 1.092 and 0.040,respectively.ConclusionMaternal highly psychological control,lowly acceptance and maternal anxiety depression all play a role in promoting the occurrence of students' social anxiety.
2.The significance of arthroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of the knee osteoarthritis

Objective To analyze the relationship between the clinical features and the dysfunction and derangement of knee osteoarthritis(OA),in order to improve the understanding of knee OA.Methods Clinical data including symptoms,physical signs,X-ray,arthroscopical findings,pathologic changes,preopera-tive and postoperative diagnosis,treatment and curative effects from206post-arthroscopy patients with OA were analyzed retrospectively.Results The common physical signs were tenderness in knee,positive grinding test of patella,McMurray sign,fricative,muscular atrophy of quadriceps femoris,and stretch or flexion limita-tion.X-ray abnormalities were found as follows in decreasing freguency:bony hyperplasia,articular facet sclero-sis,osteoporosis,uneven articular surface,narrowing of joint space and loose bodies.Arthroscopical findings were as follows:synovial congestion and proliferation,hypertrophy or entrapment of fat pad,osteophyte,syn-ovial fold entrapment,stripping of cartilage,meniscal lesions,subchondral bone exposure,anterior cruciate lig-ament friction or obstruction,and loose bodies.The common diseases that liable to misdiagnosis preoperatively were synovial chondroma,anterior cruciate ligament impingement syndrome and meniscal lesions.The rate of excellent and good results after arthroscopic treatment was86.6%.Conclusion Hypertrophy and entrapment of fat pad,thickening and entrapment of synovial fold,stripping of cartilage,meniscal lesions,anterior cruciate ligament friction or obstruction,and loose bodies are the key factors that cause knee dysfunction in OA.The arthroscopic treatment is an effective supplement in treating knee OA.
3.Overview of genetic and biochemical loci in Mesocricetus auratus and its albino mutant

Objective To establish the genetic and biochemical loci in Mesocricetus auratus and its albino mua-tant.Methods Protein isozyme cellulose acetate electrophoresis was used to determine the genetic and biochemical loci in Mesocricetus auratus and its albino mutant, using the genetic and biochemical loci of mice and rats.Results 25 biochemi-cal markers of Mesocricetus auratus and albino mutant were established, and polymorphism of their genetic biochemical loci was analyzed.Conclusions Polymorphism of biochemical loci is present in Mesocricetus auratus.Some differences exist between the genetic biochemical loci of Mesocricetus auratus and their albino mutant.These results laid the foundation for further study on genetic mechanism of albino mutation in Mesocricetus auratus.

5.Catheter-directed thrombolytic therapy for acute superior mesenteric vein thrombus: comparison between via venous route and via arterial route

Objective To compare the clinical effects of catheter-directed thrombolytic therapy for acute superior mesenteric vein thrombus (SMVT) between via superior mesenteric vein (SMV) route and via superior mesenteric artery (SMA) route. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with acute SMVT, who were treated with catheter-directed thrombolytic therapy at the Central Hospital of Shengli Oil Field, were retrospectively analyzed. Among the 32 patients, percutaneous transhepatic catheter-directed thrombolytic therapy via SMV route was performed in 23 (SMV group), and percutaneous transhepatic catheter-directed thrombolytic therapy via SMA route was carried out in 9 (SMA group). Results After the treatment, the clinical symptoms were significantly improved in 28 patients, including 22 of SMV group (95.7%) and 6 of SMA group (66.7%). CT angiography showed that the blood flow became almost complete patency in 17 patients of SMV group (73.9%) and in only 3 patients of SMA group (33.3%). Both the thrombolysis procedure time and X-ray exposure time of SMV group were obviously longer than those of SMA group. Conclusion Both via SMV and via SMA catheter-directed thrombolytic therapies are effective treatment for acute SMV thrombosis. The former is more effective, while the manipulation of the latter is technically simpler.
6.Effect of bisdemethoxycurcumin on the proliferation and apoptosis of melanoma B16-F10 cells

Objective To investigate the effect of bisdemethoxycurcumin on the proliferation and apoptosis of melanoma B16-F10 cells. Methods The B16-F10 cells were incubated with bisdemethoxycurcumin for 24 h, and MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of B16-F10 cell. Flow cytometry was used to detect cell cycle and cell apoptosis. A C57BL/6 mouse melanoma model was established to investigate the effect of bisdemethoxycurcumin on the proliferation of melanoma. Expression of BCL-1 in B16-F10 cells and tissues was detected by western blotting assay. Results bisdemethoxycurcumin could significantly inhibit B16-F10 cell proliferation, induce B16-F10 cell apoptosis and block the cell cycle at S phase. The intravenous dosing of bisdemethoxycurcumin could inhibit the growth of melanoma. Bisdemethoxycurcumin could inhibit the expression of BCL-1. Conclusion Bisdemethoxycurcumin can inhibit the proliferation of B16-F10 cell, resulting from its role in promoting cell apoptosis.
7.Advances in the experimental research on traditional Chinese medicine against liver fibrosis

Liver fibrosis is the common pathological process of chronic liver diseases caused by various etiologies such as viral hepatitis and alcoholism, and it can progress to liver cirrhosis and even liver cancer and seriously threatens human health. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has the characteristics of multiple components, targets, and pathways in inhibiting the progression of liver fibrosis and promoting the reversal of liver fibrosis and thus has unique clinical efficacy. In recent years, great progress has been made in the experimental research on the anti-liver fibrosis potential of TCM, and related studies have found a variety of compound TCM prescriptions, single TCM medicine, and their effective constituents and revealed their potential mechanism of action from the cellular and molecular levels. In order to further clarify the advances in the experimental research on the anti-liver fibrosis potential of TCM, this article systematically reviews the research advances in the past five years from the aspects of experimental animal models for the anti-liver fibrosis potential of TCM, the mechanism of action of TCM in the treatment of liver fibrosis, and TCM research from animal experiments to clinical trials, so as to provide a reference for researchers and clinicians to develop and apply anti-liver fibrosis TCM drugs.
8.Advances in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of hepatic fibrosis

Hepatic fibrosis (HF) is a key stage in the progression of chronic hepatitis to liver cirrhosis and even liver cancer, and it is a dynamic and reversible pathological change. Studies have shown that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy has a good therapeutic effect on HF and can delay or reverse the progression of this disease. This article summarizes the pathogenesis of HF and discusses the diagnosis of HF, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine therapies, and the path of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy, so as to provide ideas for the basic research and clinical application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of HF.

It is believed that diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease is closely related to the functional interplay of the heart, spleen, and kidneys. This paper proposed the concept of the heart-spleen-kidney as a unified system for understanding and treating the disease. At the early stage, spleen and kidney deficiency leads to the internal accumulation of phlegm, dampness, and turbid lipids, causing impaired blood circulation and vascular obstruction, so treatment should focus on tonify the kidneys and strengthening the spleen, activating blood circulation and resolving stasis, using the self-prescribed Tangxin Maiwen Formula (糖心脉温方). As the disease progresses, further decline of spleen and kidney function results in inadequate nourishment of the heart, leading to blood stasis and the accumulation of phlegm, dampness, and turbid lipids, which may transform into pathogenic heat and toxins, causing heart damage, then treatment should emphasize on boosting qi and nourishing yin, clearing heat, activating blood and resolving toxins, using the self-prescribed Tangxin Maiqing Formula (糖心脉清方). In advanced stages, three zang organs, the heart, spleen, and kidneys, become severely impaired, leading to mental activity fail to be nourished and abnormal cognitive functions, so treatment should focus on harmonizing the three zang organs simultaneously, using the self-prescribed Yunpi Tiaoxin Decoction (运脾调心汤). This approach aims to provide a clinical framework for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes with coronary heart disease.
10.Stable Angina Pectoris with Sleep Disorders Treated by Modified Tongmai Anshen Formula (通脉安神方加减): An Clinical Observation of 74 Cases

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of the Modified Tongmai Anshen Formula (通脉安神方加减, MTAF) in the treatment of stable angina pectoris (SAP) with sleep disorders. MethodsA total of 148 patients suffering from SAP with sleep disorder were included and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 74 patients in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine, and the treatment group additionally received MTAF (1 dose per day), both for 4 weeks. The changes in angina pectoris symptoms, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes, sleep quality, quality of life, serological indicators including serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), brain-derived nerve growth factor (BDNF) and tyrosine kinase receptor B (TrkB) were compared between groups before and after treatment, and the safety was evaluated. ResultsIn the treatment group and the control group, the total effective rates of TCM syndromes(82.43% vs 52.70%), angina pectoris (79.73% vs 64.86%) and sleep (89.19% vs 68.92%) showing significant difference (P<0.001). After treatment, the total TCM syndrome score, primary symptom score, secondary symptom score, and secondary symptoms sleeplessness, restlessness, tiredness and fatigue individual score, angina pectoris score, PSQI total score and each item score were all significantly reduced in both groups, while the SF-36 single item score significantly increased (P<0.05). The total TCM syndromes and primary symptom scores, secon-dary symptoms sleeplessness, restlessness, tiredness and fatigue individual score, angina pectoris score, time to fall asleep, sleep quality, hypnotic medication, sleep disturbance, daytime dysfunction score and PSQI total score were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05), while the somatic pain, general health status, social functioning, emotional functioning, mental health, and health change were significantly higher in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 level significantly decreased (P<0.05), and BDNF and TrkB levels increased (P<0.05) in the treatment group, while BDNF level significantly decreased in the control group (P<0.05). The TrkB level was significantly higher in the treatment group compared to the control group after treatment (P<0.05). A total of four adverse events occurred during the treatment, none of which were considered to be related to this study. ConclusionMTAF can significantly improve angina pectoris symptoms, TCM syndromes, sleep quality and quality of life in patients suffering from SAP with sleep disorders, the mechanism of which may be related to the protection of vascular endothelial function and central neurons.
