Objective To study and analyze the rehabilitation effect of self prepared wind relieving antispasmodic Decoction and psychological intervention in the treatment of sequelae of stroke. Methods 100 patients with sequelae of stroke treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, given the corresponding blood pressure, blood sugar control drugs, and brain cell protective agents. On the basis of this experiment, the experimental group was given self prepared wind relieving antispasmodic decoction, and psychological intervention was carried out to strengthen communication with patients.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the corresponding treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group (92.0％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.0％),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the CRP levels between the two groups. After treatment, the CRP level was(3.1±0.3)μg/mL in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The self-made wind relief soup and psychological intervention treatment of stroke sequelae can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of patients, to a great extent, reduce the level of CRP, with clinical significance of further promotion.

Objective To investigate health care professionals′attitude of patient involvement in patient safety and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A convenience sample of 946 health care professionals recruited from twelve hospitals in Shanghai was employed for a cross-sectional survey. Results The general attitudes of patient involvement in patient safety scored 3.86 ±0.56, the perception of the content of patient involvement scored 3.97±0.54, the average score of caring involvement (4.12±0.59) was larger than the average score of decisive involvement (3.88±0.58), the average score of complaining involvement was the least (3.39±0.81), the difference had statistical significance (F=583.797, P<0.01). The regression analysis showed that identity, professional title, hospital grade influenced health care professionals′general attitude of patient involvement in patient safety and that identity, hospital grade influenced health care professionals′attitude of the content of patient involvement. Conclusions In health care professionals′opinion, patient involvement in patient safety has both advantages and disadvantages. They preferred to caring involvement, followed by decisive involvement, then complaining involvement. So, hospital managers should view patient involvement in patient safety discriminately and construct rational involvement model ofpatients willing, medical support, promote interaction and harmony build.

Leptospirosis is recognized as an important emerging zoonotic disease caused by pathogenic Leptospira spp.and has a serious impact on people′s health and animal husbandry.Therefore, it has attracted more and more attention.With the development of biotechnology, major breakthroughs have been made in the fields of pathogenicity, molecular epidemic features and evolution mechanism of Leptospira.In this review, we summarize progress in evolution and molecular typing of Leptospira at home and abroad in order to provide a reference for further research on molecular epidemiological surveillance and new vaccine development.

Objective To investigate the environmental risk factors for allergic rhinitis, especially indoor environmental risk factors. Methods Hospital-based case-control study design was used. The 42 adult patients with allergic rhinitis and 57 controls from the third affiliated hospital of Peking University were interviewed face to face by trained nurses using questionnaire, which included general social demographic characteristics, disease history, smoking, occupation, indoor environment, family allergic history and other relevant information. Objective Our study intended to check whether there are any changes of serum concentrations of tumor markers in patients with chronic kidney disease,and to determine the related factors.Methods Atotal of 232 hospitalized patients in Nephrology Department in Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University from March to June in 2005 were divided into groups respectively according to their levels of Ccr,Upro and Salb.Then Kruskal-Wallis test was applied to confirm the relationships among Ccr,Upro,Salb and serum tumor markers.Furthermore,multielement logistic regression was used to analyze the independent effect of age,Ccr,effusion in serous cavity,the levels of proteinuria and serum albumin on the levels of these markers in CKD patients.Results The serum levels of CEA,CA 199,NSE and SCC in different Ccr groups,the levels of CA 199,CA125,NSE and SCC in different Salb groups,the levels of CA 125,NSE and SCC in different Upro groups,had significant statistical differences.Age was the risk factor of the increased levels of CEA and PSA;effusion in serous cavity was the risk factor of increased levels of CA 125.The decreased level of Ccr was the risk factor of CA 125 and SCC.The elevated Upro was the risk factor of SCC.The decreased Salb was the risk factor of CA 199,CA 125 and NSE.Conclusion When we diagnose some tumors according to their serum levels of tumor markers such as CEA,CA 199,CA 125,NSE,SCC and PSA,we must note that whether the patients are aged or have complications such as large proteinuria,hypoalbuminemia,effusion in serous cavity or decreased kidney function.

Objective To investigate the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and CD_(74), the receptor of MIF, in preeclamptic placenta and its correlation with the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Methods From March 2008 to November 2008,69 preeclamptic women who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics, Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College,were recruited,including 33 women with mild preeclampsia (MPE group) and 36 women with severe preeclampsia (SPE group).Another 43 healthy pregnant women were taken as control group.Immunoturbidimetry was applied to measure the concentrations of C-reactive protein (CRP) in maternal blood.The expressions of MIF and CD_(74) in placenta were tested with immunohistochemistry and the expressions of MIF mRNA and CD_(74) mRNA were detected by semiquantitative RT-PCR.The relationship between maternal blood level of CRP and MIF mRNA and CD_(74) mRNA in placenta was analyzed in the MPE and SPE group.Results (1) MIF and CD_(74) were expressed in the placenta of all pregnant women in the 3 groups, as shown in brown-yellow color, and significantly higher expression was found in the MPE and SPE group.(2) The expression of MIF mRNA and CD_(74) mRNA in the MPE group (0.70±0.13 and 0.96±0.16), SPE group (0.88 ± 0.12 and 1.08 ± 0.15) were significantly higher than in the control group (0.67 ± 0.11 and 0.83 ± 0.14) (P < 0.01), and statistical significance was also found between the MPE and SPE group (P <0.01).(3)The maternal blood concentrations of CRP in the MPE and SPE group were significantly higher than in the control group [(15.3±7.0) mg/L and (21.6±9.1)mg/L vs (4.8 ± 1.8) mg/L, P <0.01] , and significant difference was also found between the MPE and SPE group (P <0.01).(4) In the two preeclamptic groups, the blood concentrations of CRP were positively correlated with the expression of both MIF mRNA(r =0.67 ,P <0.01)and CD_(74) mRNA(r =0.83 ,P <0.01) in placenta.Positive correlation was also found between the levels of MIF mRNA and CD_(74) mRNA in placenta (r =0.93 ,P < 0.01).Conclusions Overexpression of MIF and CD_(74) in the placenta may up-regulate the CRP level in maternal blood, resulting in systemic inflammatory reaction and vascular endothelium damage which may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.

The clinical manifestation,endoscopic findings and histopathological characteristics of 162 patients with gastrointestinal schistosomiasis were retrospectively analyzed.Among 162 patients,there were 29 cases of gastric schistosomiasis and 133 cases of intestinal schistosomiasis.The main clinical manifestations included stomachache,diarrhea and mucous bloody stool.Endoscopic findings:in 29 cases of gastric schistosoniasis,18 were ulcerative type,5 inflammatory type,6 proliferative type and 7 cases combined with gastric cancer.In 133 cases of intestinal schistosomiasis,17 were acute inflammatory type,81 chronic inflammatory type,33 mixture inflammatory type and 32 combined with colorectal cancer.Forty nine cases (30.25％) were misdiagnosed for various reasons; commonly misdiagnosed as ulcerative colitis,intestinal tuberculosis,chronic gastritis,and gastrointestinal tumors.There are no specific clinical manifestations or endoscopic findings of gastrointestinal schistosomiasis; epidemiological data,endoscopy combined with multi-site multi-block biopsy may improve the diagnosis.
