1.The effect of isobaric hypoxia on the density of subtypes of ? and ? adrenoceptors in rat lung
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
Rats were kept in isobaric hypoxic chamber (O_2=10%)for ? , ? and 4 weeks(6h/day, 6days/week). The lung adrenoceptors were measured by radioligand bindingtechnique. Results showed that the ? adrenoceptor increased at 1st week of hypoxia and de-creased significantly at 2nd and 4th weeks of hypoxia. The change of ?_2 adrenoceptor wasconsistant with that of total ? adrenoceptor but the decrease was more significant. By con-trast, the ?_2 adrenoceptor increased significantly all the time. No change of Kd valuewas found in this study. The data indicated that the changes of adrenoceptors induced byhypoxia caused the domination of pulmonary vasoconstriction which may play a role inthe developement of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
2.The effect of isobaric hypoxia with hypercapnia on the density of ? and ? adrenoceptors in rat lung
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
Rats were kept in hypoxic chamber. Results showed that hypoxia led topulmonary hypertension and right ventricular hypertrophy, hypercapnia exasperated thishypertrophy but was not to hypertension. At the same time, lung ?_1-adrenoceptor all in-creased in hypoxia with or without hypercapnia groaps, ?-adrenoceptor increased after 1weekof hypoxia, and decreased after 1week and 2weeks of hypoxia with hypercapnia. These resultssuggested that the different type of adrenoceptors showed a different change after hypoxia. Results implied that the imbalance of adrenoceptor in lung might led to domination ofvaso-constriction caused by increased ?-adrenocepor, which might play the role in hypoxicpulmonary hypertension. The followed up increase of ?-adrenoceptor after 2weeks of hypoxiawith hypercapnia might be a compensative effect to eliminate exasperation of ventricular, hypertrophy.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(12):-
AIM:To study the coating technique of pH-time lap colon-specific matrine delivery mini-pill consisted of the time lag release coating (inner layer) and enteric coating (out layer). METHODS:To filter the coating composition based on the index of dissolution of matrine and oxymatrine in vitro and the appearance rating of miui-pill. RESULTS:4 The coating composition of inner layer was the alcoholic solution, consisted of 2% EC,0.4% DEP and 2% talc powder. Then the coating composition of out layer was the alcoholic solution consisted of 5% Eudragit S100,3% talc powder and 0.5% TEC. The dissolution tests in vitro indicated that matrine and oxymatrine were not dissolved in the simulated gastric juice in 2 h. The accumulative amount of matrine and oxymatrine were less than 15% in the simulated intestinal fluid in 4 h. The amount of matrine and oxymatrine were 80.7% and 83.5% in the simulated colon juice in 2 h. CONCLUSION:The mini-pill could achieve the goal of delivering in the specific colon.

AIM:To investigate rat Urotensin-II(ra t U-II)-induced vasoconstriction of rat main pulmonary arteries and the role of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK). METHODS: The main pulmon ary artery was dissected from the male Sprague -Dawley rats and artery ring width was 3-4 mm. Concentration-response curves wer e gene rated to rat U-II(0 03 nmol/L-30 nmol/L).Inhibitor of MAPK,PD 98059(0 1 ?mol/ L -10 ?mol/L) were added into the medium after rat U-II(30 nmol/L)induced vasoc onstriction had reached plateau to construct the relaxant concentration-respons e curves and their EC 50 and E max . RESULTS: Rat U-II was a potent vasoconstrictor of isolated rat main pulmonary arteries [EC 50 =7 95?0 4 0, E max =(14 28?6 34)% of the response to 60 mmol/L KCl]; PD 98059 caused c oncentration-dependent relaxations of rat U-II precontracted arteries [EC 50 =5 91?0 45, E max =(81 39?13 65)%]. CONCLUSION: Rat U- II was a potent vasoconstrictor of rat main pulmonary arteries and this response was med iated through MAPK.

Objective To analyze the institutional cooperation networks of 137 military hospitals in terms of published papers, trends of cooperation and co-authorship in order to guide the cooperation between military hospitals. Methods The institutional cooperation, co-authorship, author-keyword co-occurrence and author-subject co-occurrence in the 137 military hospitals were analyzed with the Thomson data analyzer( TDA) software. Results and Conclusion The institutional coop-eration between military hospitals could be divided into 5 types and were based on the principle of proximity of locations and similiarity of research. The cooperaiton circle with Chinese PLA General Hospital as the center was expanded over time. The institutional cooperation between military and civilian hospitals was also based on the principle of proximity of locations and similiarity of research.Cooperation between productive authors mainly occurred in the same research group but co-au-thorship outside the research group was scarce. The potential competition or cooperation between research fields and authors can be analyzed by comparing co-authorship and author-keyword co-occurrence.

Objective:
To assess the health risk associated with drinking water in Hangzhou from 2016 to 2017,and to provide evidence for the safety of drinking water .
Methods:
The monitoring data of 5 genetic toxic substances(arsenic, hexavalent chromium, cadmium, chloroform, tetrachloromethane)and 13 body toxic substances(lead, mercury, selenium, cyanide, fluoride, nitrate, iron, ammonia nitrogen, manganese, copper, zinc, aluminum, volatile phenol)from 36 source water samples,36 finished water samples and 288 tap water samples in the main urban areas of Hangzhou were collected from 2016 to 2017. The health risk of drinking water containing the chemical pollutants mentioned above were assessed based on the evaluation models recommended by United States Environmental Protection Agency .
Results:
The concentrations of 5 genetic toxic substances and 13 body toxic substances in source water, finished water and tap water were all within the reference limits issued by Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749—2006). The carcinogenic risk,non-carcinogenic risk and total health risk caused by the chemical pollutants in the source water were 2.18×10-5/a,7.75×10-9/a and 2.18×10-5/a. The carcinogenic risk,non-carcinogenic risk and the total health risk caused by the chemical pollutants in the finished water were 1.08×10-5/a,3.70×10-9/a and 1.08×10-5/a. The carcinogenic risk,non-carcinogenic risk and total health risk caused by the chemical pollutants in the tap water were 1.96×10-5/a,3.61×10-9/a and 1.96×10-5/a. The carcinogenic risk and total health risk caused by chemical pollutants ranged from high to low in the source water, tap water and finished water. The non-carcinogenic risks ranged from high to low in the source water, finished water and tap water .
Conclusion
The health risks of 18 chemical pollutants in drinking water in Hangzhou were at a low level, with the greater carcinogenic risk than the non-carcinogenic risk. Hexavalent chromium had the highest carcinogenic risk, while fluoride and aluminum had the highest non-carcinogenic risk.
