Objective To investigate the effect of the delayed interventional therapy to acute myocardial infarction prognosis. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyse the clinical data of 212 patients with myocardial infarction,there were 98 cases in the delayed PCI group,no line of PCI patients who had 114 cases were compared clinical data,medication compliance and clinical incidents situation. Results The clinical data and medication compliance between the two groups had no statistical difference (P＞0.05), delayed PCI group patients with heart failure symptoms have increased and the incidence of recurrent angina was significantly lower than that in OK PCI operation group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Delayed interventional treatment could improve the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.

Objective To investigate the expression of S100 and MMP-7 in human cholangiocarcinoma and their correlation with the perineural invasion of cholangiocarcinoma.MethodsThe expression of S100 and MMP-7 in 36 cases of human cholangiocarcinoma tissues and edjunct cancer tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry method,combining with the clinical documents analysis.ResultsThe positive rates of S100 and MMP-7 in 36 cases of human cholangiocarcinoma were 61.11%(22/36) and 83.33%(30/36),respectively,while in edjunct cancer tissues were 30.56%(11/36),0.0%(0/36).The positive rate of Hematoxylin and Eosin staining indicated perineural invasion was significantly correlated with S100(P0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between S100 and MMP-7(P

MicroRNAs (miRNAs)are involved in the pathological and physiological process of life activities,and some of them exist stably and abundantly in serum,plasma,and other body fluids.Previous studies have indicated that there are significant differences in the expres-sion patterns of circulating miRNAs between patients with viral hepatitis,liver fibrosis,liver cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma,drug-in-duced hepatitis,and other hepatobiliary diseases at different disease stages.Among these circulating miRNAs,some can act as novel nonin-vasive biomarkers for the early diagnosis,disease progression,and prognostic evaluation of related diseases.The latest research advances in circulating miRNAs for the diagnosis of hepatobiliary diseases are reviewed.

Heart rate turbulence (HRT)can Well reflect autonomic function.There usually exist different degrees of autonomic impairment in patients With hypertension.As a selectiveβ1 receptor blocker,metoprolol can not only de-crease patients' blood pressure,but also inhibit sympathetic activity,improve vagal activity and HRT in these pa-tients.This article made folloWing overvieW on HRT phenomenon and metoprolol intervention effect in patients With hypertension.

Objective:To survey the status quo of ADR occurred in our hospital. Methods:Totally 277 ADR reports were collect-ed and analyzed statistically in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2013. Results:Among the ADR cases,the ratio of male to fe-male was 1∶1. 565, and 59. 93% of ADR occurred in the people over 50 years old. Totally 240 ADR cases (86. 64%) were induced by intravenous administration and 32 ADR cases (11. 87%) were induced by oral administration. Totally 167 ADR cases were caused by antibiotics (60. 29%), among them, 54 cases wero by cephalosporins (32. 34%), 47 cases by quinolones (28. 14%) and 32 ca-ses by cephamycins (19. 16%). Totally 42 ADR cases were caused by traditional Chinese medicine injections (15. 16%), and 18 ca-ses were caused by cardiovascular system drugs (6. 5%). The main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendant organr and digestive system injury with 162 cases (58. 48%) and 62 cases (22. 38%), respectively. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen clinical ADR monitoring, rationally use antibiotics and emphasize the importance of safe medication of traditional Chinese medicine injections.

Objective To investigate the effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction on job burnout of nurses.Methods By convenience sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 90 nurses in a third-grade and level-A general hospital in Zhengzhou.The nurses were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 45 nurses in each group.Nurses in the intervention group were intervened under the mindfulness-based stress reduction,but nurses in the control group received psychological guidance and research method courses.The job burnout level of both groups of nurses was assessed before the treatment and 8 weeks after the treatment respectively.Results After the intervention,the factor scores of emotional exhaust,depersonalization decreased and personal achievement score increased.The incidence rate of job burnout significantly decreased.Conclusions The mindfulnessbased stress reduction therapy can relieve nurses' job burnout.

Objective To discuss the feasibility of laparoscopic closure of the internal ring and high ligation of the hernial sac in children with indirect inguinal hernia.Methods Laparoscopic closure of the internal ring and high ligation of the hernial sac was conducted in 21 children with indirect inguinal from January 2003 to December 2004 in this hospital.A 5-mm 30? laparoscope was introduced through the umbilicus.The internal ring and the posterior crus(PC) on the side of hernia were identified.A 3-mm dissection forceps was placed on the midline between the umbilicus and pubic symphysis.At the skin projection of the internal ring on the side of hernia,a round-tip needle with 3-0 Prolene suture grasped by a regular needle holder was passed directly into the abdominal cavity to suture the posterior crus and then penetrate out of the abdomen via the roof of the internal ring through the musculoaponeurotic arch of the transversus abdominis.Then the Prolene suture was cut off,and passed by using the Endoclose device into the extraperitoneal cavity at the skin projection of the internal ring.The dissection was continued from without outward around the sac to encircle the neck and an extracorporeal high circumferential ligation of the sac was finished.Results The operation was successfully completed in all the 21 cases.The operating time was 16~50 min(mean,32.9 min),the postoperative duration in hospital was 1~2 d,and the time to normal activity,1~4 d(mean,1.4 d),respectively.No postoperative bleeding,hematoma of scrotum,or incisional infection occurred.Follow-up checkups in the 21 cases for 1~24 months(mean,15 months) showed no recurrence.Conclusions Laparoscopic closure of the internal ring and high ligation of the hernial sac is a novel,feasible,reliable and effective herniorrhaphy for the treatment of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia.

Objective To explore the effect of the vitreoretinal surgery on the complicated retinal detachment.Methods We collected the clinical data of 50 cases with complicated retinal detachment treated by vitreoretinal surgery combined with the methods of vitrectomy,membrane excision,perfluorocarbon liquids,retinal coagulation of laser or condensate,exchange between silicon oil and gas perfluorocarbon liquids,silicon oil fill.The period of follow up was 3 to12months.Results The retina was attached completely in 46 cases(92%).4 cases did not reset auownting for 8%.The sight of all eyes was improved in varying degrees.Conclusion Vitreoretinal surgery is an effectial way for treat complicated retinal detachment.

Objective To evaluate the role of contrast enhanced ultrasound in treatment of ultrasound guided high intensity fo‐cused ultrasound ablation for uterine fibroids .Methods Forty eight women with uterine fibroids were allocated into contrast en‐hanced group(25cases ,42fibroids) and non contrast enhanced group(23 cases ,35 fibroids) .The average volume of fibroids and the non perfused volume and the fractional ablation and adverse effects between the tow groups were compared .Results Non perfused volume was observed in all fibroids of the two groups after high intensity focused ultrasound ablation through sulphur hexafluoride micro bubbles .The average non perfused volume was 19 .5(18 .2)cm3 and 22 .5(14 .5)cm3 ,fractional ablation was (78 ± 18)% and (87 ± 13)% of the uterus immediately after HIFU respectively .The average non perfused volume was 18 .6(18 .2)cm3 and 19 .5 (18 .7)cm3 ,fractional ablation was (85 .7 ± 15 .2)% and (87 .6 ± 8 .0)% of the uterus two days after HIFU .There was no signifi‐cant difference was observed in average non perfused volume and the fractional ablation between the two groups(P>0 .05) .During HIFU procedure ,more patients in non contrast enhanced group complained sacral pain than those in contrast enhanced group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Contrast enhanced ultrasound is an accurate method in assessing the treatment effect of HIFU and could be safely used during HIFU treatment for uterine fibroids ,shorten therapy time ,and decrease side reaction .

OBJECTIVE:To prepare warfarin sodium granules(WSG)and to establish it’s quality control methods .METHO_DS:To prepare WSG with part.aeq.geometric method,to optimize the amounts of all sorts of agents in the formulation in terms of dissolution time and abilityof WSG by orthogonal experiment.To determin the content of WS by UV. RESULTS:The formulation was designed and optimized,the WSG’s size were evenly.The concentration of WS was linear within the range of 5.92～17.86?g/ml with r=0.9 998(n=7),the average recovery rate was 101.26%～101.84%(n=5)with the RSD lower than 1.0%.The solution dissolved by granules is stable within 10 days.CONCLUSIONS:The preparation method is simple and feasible,the content determination methods is accurate,realible and sensitive,suitable for the quality control of WSG.The dissolved solution can be divided in accurate doses.
