2.Effect of miRNA on biological characteristics of tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(10):747-750
Studies indicate that miRNAs correlate closely with tumorigenesis and tumor biological be-haviors, and play a significant role as a kind of regnlating factor in tumorigenesis, tumor cells proliferation, dif-ferentiation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis, as well as in drug resistance of tumors. Further study of the targets and mechanisms of miRNA may be helpful to recognize the characterization of tumor biology and etiolo-gy, and bring new strategies for tumor therapy.
3.Observation and Nursing of PCA Pump After Operation
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect and adverse reaction of PCA,and identify the efficacious nursing on 40 paediatric patients of different ages(5-14 years) who experienced abdominal and perineal operations. Methods 40 patients were divided into two groups with formulation analgesia used for PCA 0.075% bupivocaine 100 ml and Fentanyl 0.2 mg in children aged 5-14 years;one for pump speed 3 ml/h in aged 5-9 years, and patient-controlled analgesia by children or parents;another for pump speed 4 ml/h in children aged 10-14 years, and patient-controlled analgesia by children themselves. The effects of postoperative analgesia were observed as well as adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, skin itching, urinary retention, headache, etc. Results Analgesia effect was good, and the vital signs was stable with SPO2 over 95%.None was respiratory depression and headache, and two had nausea and vomiting, and one cutaneous pruritus. Conclusions PCA is safe and effective in the paediatric patients of different ages(5-14 years) who experienced abdominal and perineal operations.
4.Advances in staging and prognosis of NK/T-cell lymphoma
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(10):783-786
NK/T-cell lymphoma(NTCL)can be classified into upper aerodigestive tract(UAT)NTCL and non-UAT NTCL. The Ann Arbor staging system is unsatisfactory for this lymphoma. A new staging system for NTCL is proposed:limited disease(stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ UAT-NTCL without local invasion)and extensive disease(stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ with local invasion or stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ disease of UAT NTCL, non-UAT NTCL). There is an ongoing debate regarding the use of the Ann Arbor staging and the International Prognostic Index for prognostic purposes in NK/T-cell lymphoma. Other factors, including tumor's local infiltration, Epstein-Barr virus, tumor biology and microenvironment, have also been found to affect the prognosis.
5.The effect of the delayed interventional treatment to acute myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(14):1923-1924
Objective To investigate the effect of the delayed interventional therapy to acute myocardial infarction prognosis. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyse the clinical data of 212 patients with myocardial infarction, there were 98 cases in the delayed PCI group,no line of PCI patients who had 114 cases were compared clinical data, medication compliance and clinical incidents situation. Results The clinical data and medication compliance between the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05), delayed PCI group patients with heart failure symptoms have increased and the incidence of recurrent angina was significantly lower than that in OK PCI operation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Delayed interventional treatment could improve the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
6.Clinical features of 75 cases with hand-foot-and-mouth disease
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(13):1766-1767
Objective The purpose of this study was to help diagnose severe Hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) cases at early stage. Methods This research employed a retrospective analysis approach and analyzed a number of severe HFMD cases based on the clinical records. Results The results showed that 86. 7% of severe HFMD cases happened among infants under the age of three, and there were more boys than girls; patients' conditions tended to deteriorate within one to five days after its outbreak, the rashes were not typical, and they were mostly small and few, sometimes none, the complications mostly concerned the nervous system and clinically manifested as Meningitis, brain stem encephalitis, acute flaccid paralysis, and neurogenic pulmonary edema etc. at the early stage of HFMD, 73. 3% of the cases involved symptoms of quivering of the pantomimes or hyperarousal,69. 3% of the cases showed listlessness, coma,or fidget,37. 3% of the cases invloved increase of peripheral cytometry,30.0% of the cases involved vomiting,20. 0% involved rising of respiration and cardiac rates, 15. 0% involved eclampsia, 10.0% involved coldness of the four limbs,6.5% involved constant high fever. The analysis showed that at the early stage of the disease, methylprednisolone and megadoses of IVIC could effectively contain .patients' conditions, and the cure rate reached as high as 93. 3%. Conclusions Complications concerning the nervous system usually happened to severe HFMD infected infants. Once there was early-stage clinical symptoms of nervous complications, and appropiate doses of adrenal cortical hormone and IVIG intervention could effectively block or defer the conditions.
7.Effects of AKT phosphorylation in lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis of breast cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;(6):426-428
Lymphatic metastasis in breast cancer is the most frequent route of metastasis, which is one of most pirotal factors generated comparatively earlier in determining breast cancer staging and electing therapeutic regimen.Lymphangiogenesis is the foundation of lymphatic metastasis. The PI3K/AKT/VEGF-C signal transduction pathway may exist in breast cancer lymphangiogenesis,in which AKT phosphorylation promotes breast cancer lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis. This article mainly reviews the adjusted effects of AKT phosphorylation in breast cancer lymphatic metastasis.
8.Amino acids and immune functions
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(1):28-31
Amino acids are not only the material basis for body growth, but also the material basis for the immune system.Amino acids and immune function are closely related. In recent years they have become important objectives in immunonutrition field.Amino acids play a very important role in the development of immune organs, proliferation and differentiation of immune cells. They also affect cytokine secretion and regulate the intensity of immune responses.Reasonable supplementary of amino acids have a positive effect in regulating the body's immune function. At present, there are a variety of amino acids which are widely used as clinical nutrition supplements. This paper mainly reviews the immunological characteristics of several amino acids and their derivatives that are involved in immunonutrition study in the recent years.
9.Effects of puerarin on pulmonary vascular structure of chronic hypoxia in rats
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
AIMTo investigate the effects of puerarin on pulmonary vascular structure in pulmonary hypertension rats induced by chronic hypoxia. METHODSThirty male spragu-dawley rats were randomly divided int o three groups:control group(NC), hypoxia group(HH), hypoxia+puerarin group(HP). Collagen Ⅰ, Ⅲ and collagen I mRNA were observed in pulmonary arterioles by th e technique of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. RESULTS①mPAP was much higher in rats of HH group than that of NC group(P0 05). ②The contents of lung homoge nates SOD and MDA of HP group were obviously higher than those of HH group(P 0 05). CONCLUSIONPuerarin can improve pulmonary vessel remodeling.
10.Advances in genetic study of achromatopsia
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2015;33(8):764-767
Achromatopsia is a kind of autosomal recessive cone disorder. It occurs with nystagmus, photophobia, inability of color discrimination and severely reduced visual acuity.Five pathogenic genes had been reported to be associated with achromatopsia:cyclic nucleotide-gated (CNG)A3,CNGB3,guanine nucleotide binding protein alpha transduction active pepitide 2(GNAT2),phosphodiesterase (PDE)6C and PDE6H.They are crucial for cone phototransduction.Mutations of these genes can induce achromatopsia.Gene therapy, which can recover partial visual function, has been successfully used for the treatment of achromatopsia in animal model.Clinical features, pathogenic genes functions and mutations, the animal models and gene therapy of achromatopsia were reviewed.
