Objective To study the expressions of YKL-40 and IL-1β in the cartilage of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and analysis the possible relationship between YKL-40,IL-1β in KOA.Methods Thirty-eight patients diagnosed with KOA were selected in this hospital as observation group. Then select 30 articular cartilage cases in the same period due to knee injury knee joint examina tion or treatment of knee joint fracture surgery patients, referred to as the control group.According to KOA radiation and arthroscopic grading standards, the observation group was divided into 16 cases of mild group,10 cases of moderate group,11 cases of severe groups.Compare the expression levels of all patients including YKL-40,interleukin-1β (IL-1β),IL 6,tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),while recording Mankin score and cell mortality. Results Expression of YKL 40,IL-1β,IL-6,TNFα,Mankin scores and rate of cell death about observation group were significantly higher than control group, the indicators above in mild, moderate, severe group showed a trend of rising(all P<0.05).And the expression levels of YKL-40 and IL-1β were significantly positive correlation (r=0.738,P=0.000).In addition, The expression levels of YKL-40 had relation with IL 6 (r=0.819,P=0.000),TNF-α (r=0.871,P=0.000) and Mankin score (r=0.832,P 0.000),cells mortality deposit (r=0.832,P=0.000).Conclusion Expression levels of YKL-40 and IL-1β were significantly increased in cartilage of knee osteoarthritis patients, and there showed a significant positive correlation between YKL-40 and IL-1β.

Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of autologous fat granule transplantation for facial rejuvenation. Methods:Databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, Web of Science, China Biology Medicine Database, Wanfang Database, and CNKI were searched. The search time range was from 2013 to 2023. Search key words included autologous fat transplantation, facial rejuvenation, efficacy, effectiveness, safety, complications, etc. Meta-analysis was used. Literature search was conducted by using tool method and forward search method. OR (95% CI) was used as the statistical measure for efficacy analysis. Heterogeneity of literature was tested by I2 test. Publication bias was tested by Begg′ s test. Results:A total of 23 literatures were included, covering 2 852 beauty seekers. There was no significant publication bias. The satisfactory rate of beauty seekers after autologous granular fat transplantation was relatively high ( OR=0.95, 95% CI: 0.91-0.97). The success rate of one-time injection was relatively high ( OR=0.79, 95% CI: 0.73-0.84). The incidence of postoperative complications was relatively low ( OR=0.02, 95% CI: 0.01-0.04). Conclusion:Autologous fat granule transplantation surgery has good effectiveness and safety for facial rejuvenation.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bridging fixation with locking plate for the Seinsheimer type V subtrochanteric femoral fracture. Methods:From March 2009 to September 2014,18 cases of Seinsheimer type V sub-trochanteric femoral fracture were treated by open reduction and bridging fixation with locking plate through proximal and distal approach including 16 males and 2 females with an average age of 41 years old ranging from 22 to 67 years old. Among them , 12 cases caused by traffic accident,5 cases by falling,1 case by heavy aboving. All cases were fresh and closed fractures. Time between injury and operation was from 4 to 9 days with an average of 6.2 days. Of them ,11 cases were fixed with reverse LISS and the other 7 cases were fixed with anatomical locking plates of proximal femur. Results:The mean time of operation was 110 min (ranged from 90 to 155 min). The mean blood loss during operation was 425 ml (ranged from 350 to 650 ml) and 16 cases got blood transfusion which was meanly 300 ml. The mean hospital time was 14 days (ranged from 12 to 18 days). The mean duration of followed up was 11.8 months (ranged from 8 to 22 months). The mean time of bone union was 6.6 months (ranged from 5 to 8 months). There was not any complication such as infection, implant failure, hip varus, external rotation deformity of low limb or fat embolism. The Sanders hip scores were 53.22±6.48,the result was excellent in 12 cases and good in 6 cases at the last follow up. Conclusion:Under the principle of biological osteosynthesis ,treatment of Seinsheimer type V sub-trochanteric femoral fracture with bridging locking plate fixation has such advantages as high mechanism ,less interference of blood supply, stable fixation and little complication. It is a safe and idea way for the treatment of the Seinsheimer type V sub-trochanteric femoral fracture.

Objective:
To explore the function and molecular mechanism of Timeless in promoting hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) growth.
Methods:
The expression of Timeless in HCC and paracancer tissues were analyzed by using the public data of HCC. Timeless was overexpressed in MHCC97L cells and silenced in MHCC97H cells, respectively, and the expression of Timeless and its downstream molecules were detected by real-time PCR and western blot. The effects of Timeless on cell glycolysis, oxidative phosphorylation and proliferation were detected by the glucose uptake experiment, lactic acid detection experiment, the extracellular fluid pH detection experiment, cell oxygen consumption test and cell viability assay, respectively.
Results:
The level of Timeless in HCC tissue was significantly higher than that of paracancer tissue (
