The hospital ship is an important force in medical support. The normal use of medical equipment is prerequisite for effective clinical work. According to the particularity of nautical work, different ways of fixation and expasion with various medical equipments in the warship are proposed in order to satisfy the needs of clinical work.
2.X-ray Medical Image Enhancement of Spatial Domain Based on Matlab
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To improve the quality of medical image and enhance the image in range of frequency area. Methods Images were enhanced by adopting the arithmetic of Laplacian and Sobel, and using image multiplication and addition. The effects were compared. Results After being transformed in Laplacian, the interior frame of original image turned to be obvious and the original image was led into much noise simultaneously. In comparison with the former one,the image would be more smooth after being transformed by Sobel.Treated by average filter, the influence of noise and tiny detail would be reduced. Conclusion The toolbox of Matlab can simplify the program work, which provides a method for medical image processing.
3.New Attempt of the Management of Combat Readiness
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
The significance, development and advantage of barcode are introduced. The wsing of barcode module turns the management of medical consumables into supermarket, which promotes the management of medical consumables to a new step. In daily works, it can save manpower, material resources and cost, also improve the efficiency of work.
4.Study and Simulation of Inner Parameters of Three-Electrode System
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the quantitative relationship between the changes of the parameters of Three-Electrode System and the Current following through WE (Farad current and Nonfarad current ). Methods We built a model based on the driving voltage-current system, which could describe the parameters of system and present the influence of current by changing parameters. Results The results of studying two simulational models accord with experiments of electrical chemistry. Conclusion This study provides an estimated value and influence of the electrochemistry noises, which is significant for data accuracy and anti-jamming of electrochemistry products.

Objective To compare the efficacy of intralesional glucocorticoid injection with a needle-free injector versus an ordinary injector for the treatment of keloid. Methods A total of 60 patients with keloid were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups by using a random number table to receive intralesional injection of compound betamethasone with a needle-free injector(n=31)or an ordinary injector(n=29). The injection was given at a dose of 0.2 ml/cm3 once every 3 weeks for 3 sessions. Parameters for therapeutic efficacy were assessed, adverse reactions were recorded, and clinical pictures were taken before and after each treatment. Statistical analysis was carried out by the Mann-Whitney U test and chi-square test with the SPSS 19.0 software. Results Compared with the ordinary injector group, the needle-free injector group showed significantly different injection time during the first and second treatment (U=299.000, 773.500, respectively, both P=0.000), as well as duration of pain after the first injection(U=730.000, P=0.003). After three sessions of treatment, there was a significant difference in the volume, height, hardness of keloid, scores for pain, itching and appearance, and number of injection points between the needle-free injector group and ordinary injector group (U=295.000, 336.500, 264.000, 464.000, 451.500, 308.000, 233.500, P=0.001, 0.007, 0.000, 0.041, 0.043, 0.003, 0.001, respectively). No significant differences were observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(all P>0.05). Moreover, the interval for lesion recurrence was significantly shorter in the needle-free injector group(11.8 days, 95%CI:10.96-12.6 days)than in the ordinary injector group(21.2 days, 95%CI:13.96-28.45 days). Conclusion Compared with the ordinary injector, the needle-free injector shows better efficiency for the treatment of keloid with decreased difficulty in injection and improved compliance in patients.

Objective To investigate the effects of IGFBP-3,RXR? and STAT-1 on A?_ 1-42 induced apoptosis in rat hippocampus neurons. Methods Apoptosis was induced by fibrillar A?_ 1-42.The percentage of neurons apoptosis was evaluated by microscopy after staining with TUNEL/DAPI.IGFBP-3 and RXR? positive neurons were observed by immunofluorescence. The expression of RXR? and STAT-1 protein were detected by Western blotting. Results After treatment with 20?mol/L A?_ 1-42 for 24 hours, the apoptotic hippocampus neurons were shown by TUNEL/DAPI assay. The percentage of apoptotic neurons was increased in a time-dependent manner.During the development of apoptosis, both the percentage of IGFBP-3/RXR? positive neurons and the expression of RXR? protein increased markedly after 3-6hours(P

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
Objective To realize management of nosocomial consumables in supermarket style by developing bar code input and output modules. Methods Based on No.1 Military Medical Project and Consumables Management System, source codes were extracted and bar code input and output modules were added into original system. Results With the bar code modules, the actual work flow of this system was simplified to be three steps: consumables input by scanning bar codes;scan statistics;consumables output by scanning bar codes. Conclusion A lot of disadvantages in original workflow are removed such as overmuch procedures in workflow, frequent occurrence of errors, high labor repetition, low work efficiency, etc.work efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved and supermarket style management of nosocomial consumables is realized.
