The significance, development and advantage of barcode are introduced. The wsing of barcode module turns the management of medical consumables into supermarket, which promotes the management of medical consumables to a new step. In daily works, it can save manpower, material resources and cost, also improve the efficiency of work.

The effects of sophoramine (SA) on myocardial infarction size and ischemia－induced and reperfusion－induced arrhythmia were studied in conscious rats. It was found that pretreatment with SA 13.3 and 15 mg/kg iv reduced significantly infarct size and cardiac LDH release at 6h afte left descending coronary artery ligation as compared with the control. SA 10.6, 13.3 and 15mg/kg iv decreased markedly the early ischemic arrhythmia in conscious rats. Amiodarone 7.5mg?kg－1 had the same effects on the prevention of ischemic arrhythmia. In reperfusion experiment,it decreased the incidence of ventricalar fibrillation and significantly shortened the duration of arrhythmias. These results suggest that SA has protective effects on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.

Objective To investigate the characteristics and mechanism of W-shaped orthotopic ileal neobladder. Methods A total of 20 patients with W-shaped orthotopic ileal neobladder after total cystectomy were evaluated by urodynamic examinations (questionnaire of urination,uroflowmetry,post-voiding(PVR) residual urine volume measurement,enterocystometry and resting urethral pressure profilometry);meanwhile cystourethrography,B-ultrasound,renal function test and IVU were performed. Results Of the 20 cases,2 suffered from daytime incontinence and 6,nocturnal incontinence.The maximum capacity of neobladder was (492.9?177.8)ml,and maximum pressure within the reservoir was (32.1?8.6 )cm H 2O (1 cm H 2O=0.098 kPa).The urine flow curve showed continual type in 12 cases and intermittent type in 8,with maximum uroflow rates of (14.9?2.5 )ml/s,(7.7?2.8)ml/s;capacity of neobladders of (409.0?96.1)ml,(622.1?197.7)ml;PVR of (9.2?11.8)ml,(69.0?38.4)ml,respectively,in the 2 type groups.These values were significantly different between the 2 groups (P

A 46-year-old female patient presented to our hospital with history of pharyngeal discomfort for 6 months. Physical examination showed that she had facial asymmetry, loss of the left nasolabial fold, rightward de- viation of uvula, swelling of the left soft palate. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a bigger neoplasm in left pa- rapharyngeal space which invaded into left lateral skull base. The left internal carotid artery, vein and the styloid process was jostled backward. The primary clinical diagnosis is pleomorphic adenoma of the parapharyngeal space.

Objective To assess the efficiency ,safety and feasibility of percutaneous renal sympa-thetic denervation (RSD) for elderly refractory hypertension patients .Methods Office and ambu-latory blood pressures ,serum levels of creatinine ,angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone ,estimated glo-merular filtration rate (eGFR) and rennin activity were measured in 20 elderly refractory hyper-tension patients before and 1 ,3 ,6 months after percutaneous RSD .Complications of percutaneous RSD were observed .Results The office and ambulatory blood pressures were 16 .9/11 .9 mm Hg (1 mm Hg=0 .133 kPa) ,24 .8/17 .1 mm Hg ,29 .1/20 .5 mmHg and 24 .2/17 .2 mm Hg lower 1 , 3 ,6 months after percutaneous RSD than before percutaneous RSD ( P< 0 .01 ) .No significant difference was found in serum creatinine level and eGFR before and after percutaneous RSD (P>0 .05) .The creatinine ,angiotensin Ⅱand aldosterone levels were significantly lower after percuta-neous RSD than before percutaneous RSD (P<0 .05) .Femoral artery hematoma was detected in 1 patient .Conclusion Percutaneous RSD is a safe ,effective and feasible procedure for elderly re-fractory hypertension patients .

Objective To realize management of nosocomial consumables in supermarket style by developing bar code input and output modules.Methods Based on No.1 Military Medical Project and Consumables Management System,source codes were extracted and bar code input and output modules were added into original system.Results With the bar code modules,the actual work flow of this system was simplified to be three steps: consumables input by scanning bar codes;scan statistics;consumables output by scanning bar codes.Conclusion A lot of disadvantages in original workflow are removed such as overmuch procedures in workflow,frequent occurrence of errors,high labor repetition,low work efficiency,etc.work efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved and supermarket style management of nosocomial consumables is realized.

Objective To develop a method for the determination of the dynamic parameters of interaction between methotrexate(MTX)enantiomer and dihydrofolate reductase(DHFR).Methods An affinity capillary electrophoresis(ACE)method was adopted.Using bare fused-silica capillary,the electrophoresis buffer was 50 mmoL/L sodium tetraborate with 0.2%Brij-35,pH 9.50.The temperature of separation was controlled at 25℃ and a voltage of 25 kV was applied.The separation of the reaction mixture was performed at a wavelength of 254 nm.The difference of peak areas about the product was used to calculate the inhibitory rate and IC50 values.Results We establish the detection method for the dynamic parameters of interaction between MTX enantioner and DHFR.The separation of the reaction mixture could be achieved within 30 min.The IC50 value of D-(-)-MTX and L-(+)-MTX were 3.17×10-7 and 2.48×10-8mol/L,respective.The IC50 value of the D-(-)-MTX was 31.67×10-8mol/L,the L-(+)-MTX was2.48×10-8mol/L.The IC50 value of the D-(-)-MTX was about 13 times higher than that of the L-(+)-MTX.Conclusions ACE is a rapid.simple and accurate method that can be used to monitor DHFRdynamic reaction.The IC50 values of MTX enantiomer were quite different.The result first indicated that reaction between MTX enantiomer and DHFR had three-dimensional selection.

Objective To study the inhibitory effects of radiotherapy and 125I seed brachytherapy on the growth of transplanted human lung cancer cell line A549 in nude mice and the impact of HIF-1αexpression after therapy.Methods Forty nude mice bearing human lung cancer cell line A549 were randomly divided into control group,radiotherapy group,125I seed brachytherapy group and radiotherapy + 125I seed group when tumor volume achieved (300±50) mm3.The tumor growth was observed and the alteration of tumor size was calculated at different time.On 15th day,the expression of HIF-1α was detected by immunohistochemistry and western blot.Results When eighth day after treatment,compared with the control group,the tumor volume of the combined treatment group was significantly smaller (t = 46.4,P ＜0.05).After fifteenth day after treatment,compared with control group,the group of radiotherapy,125I seed brachytherapy and radiotherapy + 125I seed gained the tumor control rate of 45.9 %,44.4 %,69.4 % respectively.Compared with other groups,the change of expression of HIF-1α in the combined treatment group was not significant (P ＞0.05).Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with 125I seed brachytherapy can inhibit the growth of transplanted human lung cancer cell line A549 in nude mice,and the tumor regression can be observed in early stage.But in our study,the expression of HIF-1α in tumors cannot be inhibited by 125I seed.

ObjectiveTo observe the dynamic changes of blood perfusion and hypoxic status by CT perfusion imaging and hypoxia imaging in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after treatment with recombinant human endostatin (RHES). MethodsA total 15 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 10) and control group (n = 5). The patients in treatment group continuouly received the treatment with RHES (7.5 mg/m2) by intravenous infusion for ten days, and CT perfusion imaging and hypoxia imaging were performed at day 1, 5 and 10,respectively. The time window' was observed with the blood perfusion status and hypoxic changes.ResultsIn the treatment group, capillary permeability surface (PS) and tumor to normal tissue (T/N) were firstly decreased, and then increased. Their lowest points occurred at about the fifth day. PS showed statistical significance compared with the first day (q1.5 = 12.05, P＜0.01 ) and no significance compared with the tenth day(q10.5 = 2.79, P=0.69), while T/N showed a significant difference between above time points (q1.5 = 73.81, q10.5 = 20.6, P = 0.00).Blood flow (BF) was firstly increased, and then decreased.Its highest point appeared at about the fifth day with statistical significance compared with the first and tenth day (q1.5 = 12.29, q10.5 = 10.48, P＜0.01 ). All the PS,BF and T/N between the fifth day in treatment group and the control group showed statistically significance (all P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions The time window of recombinant human endostatin improving blood perfusion and hypoxic status in non-small cell lung cancer is within about one week after administration.

Objective The purpose of this study was to compare chemerin and CRP levels between women with and without ear‐ly‐onset preeclampsia based on maternal body mass index (BMI) .Methods 45 patients with early onset preeclampsia (gestation week is less than 34 weeks) ,30 normal pregnancy women were enrolled in the study .The serums levels of chemerin and CRP were measured in these pregnancy women .Results The chemerin [(379 .18 ± 52 .09)ng/L ,(481 .27 ± 63 .12)ng/L] and CRP [(7 .59 ± 1 .41)mg/L ,(11 .74 ± 1 .61)mg/L] levels in MPE and SPE were significantly higher than those [(316 .08 ± 51 .90)ng/L ,(3 .47 ± 1 .27)mg/L]in normal pregnancy women(P<0 .05) .While the chemerin(424 .64 ± 46 .61)ng/L and CRP (8 .32 ± 3 .82)mg/L levels increased with maternal BMI in patients overweight and obese women levels compared with normal weight women [(331 .66 ± 51 .77)ng/L ,(5 .93 ± 2 .95)mg/L] ,the difference are significant(P<0 .05) .The correlation analysis showed that the chemerin were positively correlated with BMI ,systolic blood pressure ,diastolic blood pressure ,triglycerides ,and CRP were positively correlated with BMI .Conclusion The expression of chemerin and CRP were associated with severity of preeclampsia and BMI .
