1.IL-17, IL-17 receptor and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;(6):621-623
With the development of mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) pathogenesis research, the dynamic observation of changes of cytokines on judgement of the infection of mycoplasma is of certain guiding significance.Domestic and foreign studies showed that MP infection was closely related with IL-17 and its receptor.IL-17 and its receptor may be involved in neutrophil recruitment, and in resistance to MP infection on the immune response. In this paper, the relationship between IL-17and its recepter and mycoplasma infection are reviewed.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Objective:To explore the effect of Fitness Qigong(Yi Jinjing)exercise on blood lipid and free radical metabolism of the elder women. Methods:The subjects of this experiment were 64 elder women who were divided into 2 groups randomly:exercise group(34 cases)and control group(30 cases). The exercise group practiced 40-50min pre time, six times pre week for six months, and the control group had no exercise with collective or individual scheme. The indexes of TC,TG,HDL,LDL,SOD,GSH-Px and MDA of the elder women were measured before and after 6-month exercise. Results:After six months Yi Jinjing exercise, the exercise group showed increase in HDL(P0.05),increase in SOD and GSH-Px(P0.05).Conclusion:Fitness Qigong(Yi Jinjing)exercise had the positive effects on blood lipid metabolism, and can suppress lipid peroxidation and maintain high antioxidative capacity of elder female individuals.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ethambutol(EMB)and isoniazid(INH) in children’s plasma. METHODS:After precipitated with acetonitrile, plasma samples were determined by UPLC-MS/MS method. Using lamivudine as internal standard,Waters ACQUITY? UPLC HSS T3 column was adopted with mobile phase consisted of ace-tonitrile-water(containing 0.05% formic acid and 15 mmol/L ammonium formate)in gradient mode at the flow rate of 0.2 ml/min. By ESI,positive ion detection was conducted in MRM mode. The monitoring transition ion-pair was m/z 205.2→116.0 for EMB, m/z 138.1→121.1 for INH and m/z 230.2→111.9 for internal standard. RESULTS:The linear range of EMB and INH was 10-5 000 ng/ml and 50-5 000 ng/ml,respectively;the limits of quantitation were 10 and 50 ng/ml;RSDs of inter-day and intra-day were all lower than 15% and relative recoveries were 98.7%-105.5%. Plasma concentrations of EMB and INH in 4 children with tuberculo-sis were 94.5-99.7 and 55.1-80.9 ng/ml. CONCLUSIONS:The method is rapid and sensitive, which suitable for children’s plasma concentration monitoring of EMB and INH and pharmacokinetic study.

OBJECTIVETo explore the curative effect of Z-plasty without skin grafting for correction of cryptotia.
METHODSTwenty-five cases (29 ears) with cryototia were corrected by Z-plasty without skin grafting in our department from June 2009 to January 2014. A Z-shaped incision with one arm on the back of antihelix and the other arm on the edge of hair was made on the back of ear and scalp. The adhesion on the back of antihelix cartilage was dissected and the cartilage framework was lifted and re-positioned. The postauricular flap was transferred to cover the wound on the back of antihelix. The other flap was transferred to cover the remnant wound and correct the malformation of cryptotia.
RESULTSAll the patients were followed up from 6 months to 1 year with stable and symmetric appearance.
CONCLUSIONSThe shape of auricle is natural after operation without skin grafting. It is a simple and ideal method for the treatment of cryptotia.

Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery 2015;31(4):251-254
OBJECTIVETo investigate the feasibility and advantages of total auricular reconstruction with single big expander at dual plane through incision at remnant ear.
METHODS52 patients with microtia were treated. Through incision at remnant ear, one big expander (150 ml) was implanted in the post-auricular area beneath the superficial facial in the hairless area, and above the superficial fascia in the area with hair. In the second stage, total auricular was reconstructed with autologous cartilage framework and expanded skin. Skin graft was not necessary. Another 32 paitents with single big expander above the superficial fascia were used as control. The downward shift distance of expanders, the appearance of auriculocephalic sulcus and complication were recorded in order to assess the effect of these two methods.
RESULTSThe downward shift distance of expanders in the dual plane group (0.7 ± 0.3) cm were lower than that in the control group (1.3 ± 0.4) cm, showing significant difference (P < 0.05). After a follow-up period of 6-12 months, shallow auriculocephalic sulcus was presented in 5 patients of the dual plane group and 12 patient of the control group. The shallow auriculocephalic sulcus was cut to make it deeper and covered with full skin graft.
CONCLUSIONSDual plane skin expansion could reduce the downward shift distance of expander. Adequate skin on the upper part of expander could make satisfactory auriculocephalic sulcus.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
Cell aging, the fundamental unit of biological decay,is responsible for senile disease. With the development of research, the mechanism of cell aging has been investigated in molecular level. Two hypotheses have emerged to explain the reason that lamins contribute to cell aging, one is the mechanical stress hypothesis, the other is the gene expression hypothesis. The latter proposes that mutations in A-type lamins lead to abnormal tissue-specific gene regulation. In recent years, the molecular mechanisms of lamins causing cell aging primarily include gene mutation,Zmpste24 mutation,CAAX mutation and other mutations. These mutations in the gene that encode nuclear lamins cause nuclear lamina damage directly and result in cell aging, which have been associated with several degenerative disorders.
