Objective To explore the effect and application value of carboprost methylate suppositorites combined with oxytocin in preventing scar uterus bleeding of patients with cesarean section surgery.Methods According to the digital table,100 patients received cesarean section with scarred uterus were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was given oxytocin,the observation group received carboprost methylate suppositorites combined with oxytocin.The bleeding in the two groups was observed.Results In the observation group,postpartum hemorrhage occurred in 1 case,2h postpartum haemorrhage amount was (120.73 ±45.28)mL,24h postpartum haemorrhage amount was (283.32 ± 56.78)mL,compared with the control group,the postpartum hemorrhage rate decreased,postpartum 2h,24h blood loss decreased,the differences were statistically significant (x2 =4.891,t =6.582,7.351,all P ＜ 0.05).In the observation group,4 cases occurred nausea and vomiting,13 cases of diarrhea,high blood pressure in 7 cases,facial flush in 1 case,compared with the control group,there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions (x2 =0.153,0.053,0.919,1.041,all P ＞0.05).Conclusion Application of carboprost methylate suppositorites combined with oxytocin in scar uterus patients with cesarean section can reduce postpartum blood loss in the operation,reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,and not increase adverse reactions.

Objective To analyse the pathogeny of pregnancy with virus hepatitis,the change of index of hepatic function and the clinical pathogenetic characteristic,and to explore the relationship between pregnancy and hepatitis.Methods The clinical datas of 96 pregnant patients with virus hepatitis were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with non-pregnancy during the reprodective age in the corresponding period.The pathogeny,index of hepatic function and clinical pathogenetic characteristic were compared.Results Virus hepatitis in the pregnancy were mostly type B hepatits,the morbility of hepatitis increased gradually along with the progress of pregnant weeks,the prothrombin time(PT) significantly prolonged in pregnancy with virus hepatitis,and the albumin decreased significantly,the complications of hepatocerebral disease and hepatorenal syndrome were more than non-pregnancy with virus hepatits,the incidence rate of serious hepatiti was higher than non-pregnancy with virus hepatitis(P

Object To study the difference between Radi x Codonopsis (RC) and Radix Astragali (RA) on the central nerv ous system. Methods Sleeping was induced by pentobarbital sodium and ether. The water maze was used. Results Both RC and RA could prolong the sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium and ether. RC and RA had effect on the scopolamine-indu ced study and memory disturbance of mice. Conclusion The effect of RC on prolonging the sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium and ether is better than that of RA. On the study and memory disturbance induced by sc opolamine, RC is also better tha n RA.

Object To study the anti-arrhythmia effect and acute toxicity of flavonoid from Erysimum cheiranthoides L. Methods To study the anti-arrhythmia of the flavonoid by determination of the ECG of rabbits. To study the acute toxicity effect of the flavonoid by Karber's method. Results The results showed that the flavonoid could remedy to tachycardia caused by Adriamycin and it could remedy to bradycardia caused by Verapamil. Acute toxicity showed that LD 50 of flavonoid is 311.7 mg/kg, 95% CI is 289.9—339.5 mg/kg. Conclusion The flavonoid can rectify tachycardia due to various reasons with very little toxicity.

BACKGROUND: Lanceolata and astragalus can improve myocardial ischemia, which are widely used in clinics.OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of extract of lanceolata and astragalus on electrocardiogram (ECG) of rats with experimental myocardial ischernia.DESIGN: Completely randomized and controlled study.SETTING: Pharmacological College of Harbin Commerce University.MATERIALS: The experiment was carried out at the Laboratory of Pharmacological College of Harbin Commerce University from September to December 2002. Totally 30 healthy adult Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups: control group, lanceolata group and astragalus group with 10 in each group.METHODS: ① After anesthesia, lead ECG Ⅱ of rats was recorded.30 g/kg saline, 30 g/kg lanceolata extract and 30 g/kg astragalus extract [extract of lanceolata and astragalus (raw drug: 1 g/mL)] were injected into rats in the control group, lanceolata group and astragalus group respectively. After 1-3 minutes, 0.5 U/kg pituitrin was injected intravenously (for model of myocardial ischemia), and then saline was used to dilute from 0.1to 0.2 mL for 10-second injection. Changes of ECG after injection of pituitrin were recorded with LMA-2B Ⅱ physiological recorder (migration of T wave and ST section and change of heart rate). ② Differences of data were compared with t test.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Height of T wave and Migrations of ST section and changes of heart rate of ECG of rats before and after medication.RESULTS: Data of totally 30 rats was entered the final analysis. ①Height of T wave: The height was higher after medication than that before medication in three groups (P ＜ 0.01), but that in astragalus group was obviously lower than that in lanceolata group [(1.63±3.81), (2.18±2.93) mm,P ＜ 0.01]. ② Heart rate: The rate was lower after medication than that of before medication in three groups (P ＜ 0.01), and that in astragalus group was obviously lower than that in lanceolata group [(212.21 ±5.01),(221.18±5.66) time/minute, P ＜ 0.01]. ③ Height of ST section: There were not significantly different in three groups (P ＞ 0.05), and the difference was not obvious before and after medication (P ＞ 0.05).CONCLUSION: ① Both astragalus and lanceolata can protect experimental myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin. ② Effect of lanceolata on reduction of T-wave height is stronger than that of astragalus, but the effect of lanceolata on reduction of heart rate is weaker than that of astragalus.

Objective: To investigate the effect of epidural block analgesia on childbirth, mother and child. Methods: A retro-spective study was used. Totally 200 primipara were divided into two groups according to the analgesia method. The 100 cases in the observation group was undergone lumbar epidural puncture and cathetering at the 2-3 section when the cervix was with 2-3cm opening, 0. 075% ropivacaine hydrochloride and sufentanil 10ml was infused firstly, and then 0. 075% ropivacaine and sufentanil was infused continuously through a self-control analgesia pump at the speed of 6-8ml·h-1 till the cervix was nearly all opened. The other 100 cases in the control group were without anesthesia when the cervix was with 2-3cm opening. The analgesia effect, labor time, delivery mode, postpartum hemorrhage amount, fetal distress and postpartum hemorrhage of the two groups were compared. Results:The analgesic ef-fective rate of the observation group was 97. 0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (10. 0%, P<0. 05). The first stage of birth process in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0. 05), and the va-ginal delivery rate was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The incidence of neonatal asphyxia, 1min Apgar score, 24-hour postpartum hemorrhage amount and bleeding rate showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Ropivacaine at low concentration combined with sufentanil used in epidural block analgesia has promising analgesic effect, which can shorten labor time to promote the smooth delivery.

Objective To observe the effects of hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endometrium combined with levonorgestrel-relea-sing intrauterine system in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods Clinical data of 62 cases with adenomyosis from January 2009 to January 2011 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 31 cases each. The observation group was given hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endo-metrium ( TCRE) combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system( LNG-IUS) ,the control group was given LNG-IUS. All patients were followed up in 0,1,3,6,12 months after treatmenting with LNG-IUS. The menstrual blood volume,score of VAS,volume of uterus, CA125 and the levels of serum reproductive hormone were analyzed before treatment and after treatment. Results After the therapy,the cur-ative effects of controlling menorrhea were improved and the the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0. 05). The VAS scores were significantly decreased after the therapy in the two groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). The level of CA125 in the observation group was significantly lower than the pretherapy,which was better than that in the control group (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the volume of uterus after treatment and the levels of serum FSH,LH,E2 and P(P>0. 05). Conclusion It is exact effect to treat adenomyosis by TCRE combined with LNG-IUS,which can prevent dripping bleeding induced by application of LNG-IUS effectively.

Objective To study the correlation between the level of serum ferritin(SF) and the degree of liver damagement with severe hepatitis B,and the clinical significance of SF changes in judging the prognosis.Methods The level of SF was detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA) from 62 cases with severe hepatitis B,the level of SF from acute hepatitis B,chronic hepatitis B,liver cirrhosis and normal men were served as contrast study.Results The level of SF from severe hepatitis B was significantly higher than those from acute hepatitis B,chronic hepatitis B,liver cirrhosis and normal men;the level of SF was positively correlated with total bilirubin(TB),prothrombin time(PT),total bile acid(TBA) and negatively with Alb,ALT,AST,CHE.The levels of SF of those who died were significantly higher than those of suvivals;the level of SF decreased as the disease controlled and increased as the disease deterio-rated.Conclusions There is a parallel correlationship between the level of SF and the degree of liver damagement with severe hepatitis B,the severer the hepatocyte damage was,the higher the ferritin was.It is helpful to judge the degree of damagement and prognosis of severe hepatitis by detecting the level of serum ferritin.

Object To compare the effects of Radix Codonopsis (RC) and Radix Astragali (RA) on ECG of experimental myocardial ischemia rats. Methods The model of myocardia ischemia was made by injection of pituitrin (Pit) in rats. The changes of ECG were observed with three parameters, viz. the heart rate, the locomotions of T wave and S T section. Results Both RC and RA can decrease the run up of T wave in ECG of rats with experimental myocardial ischemic injury in which RC is superior to RA. While RA has stronger effect on the slowering of the heart rate than RC.Conclusion Both RC and RA have protective effect on experimental myocardial ischemic injury induced by Pit.
