ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing on compliance rate and quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction after discharge.Methods 90 pa-tients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group was given conventional discharge guidance.Experimental group was given guidance and discharge follow-up health education such as the continuous nursing.Cure rate, angina quality of life scale (SAQ)score and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were com-pared.Results Differences in the rate of medical nursing,satisfaction and quality of life were sig-nificant after discharge in 6 months and 12 months (P <0.05).The experimental group with con-tinuous nursing improved nursing satisfaction.Conclusion Continuous nursing promotes the pa-tients medical behavior and improves the quality of life of patients and satisfaction.

Objective: To explore the relationship among osteopontin(OPN), Interleukin-17A(IL-17A), anti-MBP auto-antibody and autism spectrum disorder(ASD), and to provide the theoretical basis for the etiology and pathogenesis of ASD. Methods: Forty autistic children and forty matched healthy children were enrolled in this case-control study. The levels of OPN, IL-17A, anti-MBP autoantibody in serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The associations between those metabolic levels and the severity and intelligence of ASD children were performed by Pearson or Spearman correlation. Results: Children with ASD had higher serum levels of OPN, IL-17A [(296.89±162.95),0.93] pg/mL compared to healthy control[(217.98±113.39), 0.62] pg/mL(P<0.05). Serum OPN, IL-17A, and anti-MBP auto-antibody levels in ASD group were not correlated with the scores of ABC, CARS, and PPVT(P>0.05). However, anti-MBP auto-antibodies level in children with ASD were positively correlated with OPN and IL-17A levels, respectively(r=0.35, 0.34, P<0.05). Conclusion It was obvious that the ASD children were found with neuroimmunologic abnormality, and the underlying mechanism needs to be further explored.

Objective: To understand the status of doctor visit, rehabilitation and foster care of children with autism spectrum disorders in Heilongjiang Province, and to provide a scientific reference for improving ASD rehabitation education system and making the related policies. Methods: Eight autism rehabilitation institutions were selected in Heilongjiang Province by stratified cluster sampling, 357 primary caregivers of ASD children participated in the survey by using the questionnaire "ASD Children’s Rehabilitation Education Status and Needs". Results: The average age of abnormal behavior found of ASD children was (31.08±12.96)months, and the average age of first doctor visit was (35.88±13.20) months, the average age of diagnose was (38.64±13.20) months, and initial rehabilitation was (43.56±16.08)months. The proportion of children who had been diagnosed and have trained in the rehabilitation institutions before the age of 3 years was only 39.0% and 32.0%, respectively. The proportion of rehabilitation out of home town was 47.3%, and rehabilitation >20 hours per week was 73.4%. The proportion of fathers’ and mothers’ work lives affected was 34.5% and 67.8%, respectively, the differences were of statistical signficance(χ2=226.32, P<0.01). About 41.2% of ASD families received government financial support. Conclusion The average age of diagnose is late prolonged, and the proportion of children diagnosed and training before the age of 3 years was relatively low. There were obvious regional differences of rehabilitation education resources distributions of ASD in Heilongjiang Province. The results also demonstrate the need to sustain and enhance the coverage rate of the government financial support.

Objective: To identify the prevalence of sleep problems in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and to explore the association with the main melatonin metabolite, 6-sulfatoxymelatonin (6-SM). Method: This was a prospective case-control study. Children with ASD were recruited from Child Development and Behavioral Research Center (CDBRC) of the Harbin Medical University and Harbin Special Education School from October 2015 to April 2017 (ASD group) . Healthy controls were selected from five kindergartens and one primary school in Harbin by the stratified cluster random sampling (control group) . The Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ) was used to investigate the sleep problems of the two groups. The patients were matched in a 1∶1 ratio for the age and sex, and the urine samples of case-control pairs were collected in the morning. The level of 6-SM was measured by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The student's t test was used for comparison between the ASD group and control group, and the Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation difference. Result: A total of 212 ASD children (mean (±SD) age was (6.0±2.7) years, and 181 patients (85.4%) were male), and a total of 334 healthy children(mean (±SD) age was (5.9±2.6) years, and 272 patients (81.4%) were male) were recruited. Among them, 101 matched case-control pairs completed the collection of urine samples. According to the statistical analysis, the scores of total CSHQ, bedtime resistance, sleep onset delay, sleep duration, night waking, parasomnia, sleep disordered breathing and daytime sleepiness in children with ASD were significantly higher than those in the control group (48.2±6.2 vs. 46.6±5.4, 11.4±2.5 vs. 10.7±2.8, 1.7±0.8 vs. 1.5±0.7, 4.1±1.4 vs. 3.7±1.1, 4.2±1.5 vs. 3.8±1.1, 8.5±1.5 vs. 8.3±1.4, 3.7±1.0 vs. 3.4±0.8, 11.7±2.5 vs. 12.4±2.7, t=3.16, 3.00, 3.23, 2.76, 3.19, 1.99, 3.45,-2.72, P=0.002, 0.003, 0.001, 0.006, 0.002, 0.048, 0.001, 0.007), the level of 6-SM was significantly lower in children with ASD than that of healthy controls ((1.24±0.50) vs. (1.68±0.63)μg/h, t=-5.50, P<0.01), and the total CSHQ score was negatively correlated with the level of 6-SM (r=-0.50, P<0.01). Conclusion The children with ASD were at high risk for sleep problems, and the melatonin metabolite of ASD group was abnormal compared with that of the control group. Moreover, there was a negative correlation between the severity of sleep problems and the level of 6-SM in ASD children. The results of our study indicate that the abnormal melatonin metabolism may be one of the causes of sleep problems in children with ASD.

Objective To investigate the role of interleukin-22 (IL-22)-regulated autophagy in hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 )-induced hepatocarcinoma cell damage. Methods HepG2 cells were transfected with pEGFP-LC3 and then cultured in RPMI 1640 medium free of fetal bovine serum (FBS) or containing 1％ or 10％ FBS. These cells were pretreated with rapamycin or an autophagy inhibitor (3-MA) and then stimulated with recombinat human IL-22 (rhIL-22). GFP-LC3 puncta formation and autophagy signaling ac-tivation were measured. MTT assay was performed to detect cell viability. Results rhIL-22 significantly promoted GFP-LC3 puncta formation and LC3-Ⅱ expression in HepG2 cells treated with different stimulation protocols. The autophagy pathway inhibitor, 3-MA, dramatically suppressed the rhIL-22-activated autophagy signals. rhIL-22 attenuated H2 O2-mediated HepG2 cell death and that could be inhibited by 3-MA. Conclu-sion IL-22 promoted the activation of autophagy signaling pathways and alleviated H2 O2-mediated HepG2 cell damage.

Objective:To systematically review the related factors of depressive symptoms among men who have sex with men(MSM)in China.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,EMbase,Pubmed,CINAHL,Web of Science and the Cochrane Library were searched from inception to February 17,2023.After literature screening and data extraction,two researchers independently assessed the quality of included studies according to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.Results:A total of 21 articles with 11 822 participants were includ-ed.The results of meta-analysis showed that month income ≥3 000 yuan(OR=0.59),college degree or above(OR=0.59)and high self-esteem(OR=0.83)were protective factors,sexual role as the recipient(OR=1.68),dual sexual role(OR=1.41),multiple sexual partners(OR=1.65),sexual violence experience(OR=3.44),self-rated poor health status(OR=3.93),HIV/AIDS related discrimination(OR=1.13),HIV/AIDS related stress(OR=1.11)and suicidal tendency(OR=2.86)were risk factors for depressive symptoms.Conclusion:There are many related factors to the depressive symptoms of MSM.It is necessary to carry out early intervention on the basis of personalized assessment to reduce the occurrence of depressive symptoms among MSM.

Objective:To explore the risk factors for postoperative delirium in colorectal cancer patients based on Meta-analysis.Methods:A computer search was conducted on PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and China Biology Medicine disc, and literatures on influencing factors of postoperative delirium of colorectal cancer published by each database until April 6, 2022 were selected. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted the data, and evaluated the quality of the literature using Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) . Stata 15.0 statistical software was used to conduct a Meta-analysis of the included literatures.Results:A total of 19 articles were included, including 5 295 patients. The Meta-analysis results showed that the combined odds ratio ( OR) values and 95% confidence interval (95% CI) of various factors for postoperative delirium in colorectal cancer patients were advanced age [1.10 (1.06-1.14) ] , male [2.29 (1.81-4.44) ] , alcohol abuse [3.14 (1.63-6.06) ] , preoperative physical condition grading (≥level 3) [1.47 (1.13-1.91) ] , comorbidities [1.59 (1.16-2.17) ] , history of mental illness [7.86 (4.57-13.54) ] , history of cerebrovascular disease [5.74 (3.78-8.72) ] , cognitive impairment [3.31 (1.20-9.08) ] , albumin [0.81 (0.66-0.99) ] , perioperative blood transfusion [2.29 (1.41-3.69) ] and C-reactive protein [2.24 (1.11-4.53) ] , all P<0.05. Conclusions:The risk factors for delirium in colorectal cancer patients after operation are old age, male, alcoholism, preoperative physical condition grading≥level 3, combined diabetes and other basic diseases, history of mental disease, history of cerebrovascular disease, cognitive dysfunction, low albumin, perioperative blood transfusion and elevated C-reactive protein.

Objective To systematically review the incidence and influencing factors of refeeding syndrome(RFS)in critically ill patients,and provide references for early identification of RFS and formulation of preventive measures.Methods Computerized searches were conducted for studies on RFS in critically ill patients in the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,Cochrane Library from inception to May 29th,2024.Data analysis was performed using Stata 16.0 software.Results A total of 29 articles with 5 720 participants were included.The Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of RFS in critically ill patients was 33.68％.The subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of RFS in critically ill patients was higher in studies conducted in 2020 or later(38.22％),in the Americas(36.39％),and with only electrolyte changes as the diagnostic basis(37.51％).Risk factors for RFS in critically ill patients included higher acute physiological and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ scores(OR=1.41),higher sequential organ failure assessment scores(OR=1.29),initiation of feeding within 48 h of ICU admission(OR=3.36),age ≥60 years(OR＝2.82),diabetes mellitus(OR=3.53),pre-albumin concentration＜150 g/L(OR=5.53),albumin concentration＜30 g/L(OR=3.26),caloric intake＞25％standard calories(OR=2.86),enteral solution temperature of 36～38 ℃(OR=2.32),feeding rate＞50 ml/h(OR=3.76),fasting time ≥2 d before feeding(OR=2.46),history of alcoholism(OR=2.64).Conclusion The incidence of RFS in critically ill patients is high and there are many influencing factors.Nurses should improve their awareness and attention to RFS,accurately identify high-risk groups and risk factors,and adopt a multidisciplinary collaborative model to develop whole-course,detailed and personalized intervention measures to prevent RFS.

ObjectiveTo study the effects of Epimedii Folium polysaccharides on mice with exercise-induced fatigue and explore its possible mechanism of action. MethodICR male mice screened by swimming training were randomly divided into a control group， model group， vitamin C group， and low， medium， and high dose groups of Epimedii Folium polysaccharides， with eight mice in each group. The exercise-induced fatigue model was established by weight-bearing swimming training in each group except for the control group. After two weeks of weight-bearing swimming， the Epimedii Folium polysaccharide groups were given 100， 200， 400 mg∙kg^-1 of Epimedii Folium polysaccharides by gavage， and the vitamin C group was given 200 mg∙kg^-1 of vitamin C by gavage. The control group and the model group were given equal amounts of saline for 14 d. At the end of the experimental period， the body mass of the mice in each group and the time of last swimming due to exhaustion were recorded. Serum urea nitrogen （BUN）， lactic acid （LA）， lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）， malondialdehyde （MDA）， superoxide dismutase （SOD）， glutathione peroxidation （GSH-Px）， myoglycogen （MG） in skeletal muscle， hepatic glycogen （HG） in the liver were detected by kits. Hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining was used to observe the pathological changes in muscle tissue. Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase （p38 MAPK）， phosphorylation （p）-p38 MAPK， extracellular signal-regulated kinase1/2 （ERK1/2）， nuclear factor-κB （NF-κB）， p-NF-κB， interleukin-1β （IL-1β）， and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in muscle tissue. The immunofluorescence （IF） method was used to detect the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in skeletal muscle tissue of mice in each group. ResultCompared with the control group， the body mass of mice in the model group decreased， and the time of last swimming due to exhaustion decreased （P<0.01）. In addition， there were significantly higher serum levels of the fatigue metabolites LA， LDH， BUN， and lipid peroxidation product MDA （P<0.01） and decreased levels of MG， HG， SOD， and GSH-Px （P<0.01）. The protein expressions of p-p38 MAPK， ERK1/2， p-NF-κB， IL-1β， IL-6， and TNF-α in skeletal muscle tissue were significantly higher than those of the control group （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， the body mass and time of last swimming due to exhaustion of the mice in the low， medium， and high dose groups of Epimedii Folium polysaccharides and the vitamin C group were increased （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and the contents of LA， LDH， BUN， and MDA were significantly decreased （P<0.05， P<0.01）. The levels of MG， HG， SOD， and GSH-Px increased （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and the protein expression levels of p-p38 MAPK， ERK， p-NF-κB， IL-1β， IL-6， and TNF-α in skeletal muscle tissue decreased （P<0.05， P<0.01）. ConclusionEpimedii Folium polysaccharides can play a role in alleviating exercise-induced fatigue by inhibiting the p38 MARK/NF-κB signaling pathway， thereby reducing the accumulation of metabolites， improving the activity of antioxidant enzymes， increasing the glycogen content of the body， and reducing inflammation in skeletal muscle.
