Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive mode combining the concept of fast track surgery-clinical nursing path (FTS-CNP) on the perioperative treatment of obstetrics. Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method. The control group patients received conventional perioperative management, and the observation group underwent FTS-CNP management mode, recording postoperative feeding time, postoperative activity time, hospitalization time, complication rate, and physical and mental health score values. Results:The eating time, postoperative activity time, length of stay, and complication rate in the observation group were (0.52 ± 0.15)days, (1.17 ± 0.38)days, (5.43 ± 0.90)days, and 0, and the control group were (1.54 ± 0.24)days, (2.19 ± 0.58)days, (7.80 ± 0.80)days, and 40%(12/30). There was a statistical difference between the two groups ( t value was 11.40, 4.64, 6.23, χ2 value was 13.33, P <0.05). Physiological and mental health of the observation group after cesarean section The scores were 152.21 ± 5.15 and 127.23 ± 2.38, and the control group was 115.14 ± 2.24 and 101.92 ± 2.58. There was also a statistical difference between the two groups ( t value was 11.21, 14.04, P<0.05). Conclusions:FTS group management mode can provide obstetrics perioperative patients with quality and efficient services, which is hopeful to achieve good social and economic benefits.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effect of inhibitor of growth protein-2 (Ing2) silencing on angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ)-induced cardiac remodeling in mice and explore the underlying mechanism.
METHODS:
An adenoviral vector carrying Ing2 shRNA or empty adenoviral vector was injected into the tail vein of mice, followed 48 h later by infusion of 1000 ng · kg-1 · min-1 Ang Ⅱ or saline using a mini-osmotic pump for 42 consecutive days. Transthoracic echocardiography was used to assess cardiac geometry and function and the level of cardiac hypertrophy in the mice. Masson and WGA staining were used to detect myocardial fibrosis and cross-sectional area of cardiomyocytes, and myocardial cell apoptosis was detected with TUNEL assay. Western blotting was performed to detect myocardial expressions of cleaved caspase 3, ING2, collagen Ⅰ, Ac-p53(Lys382) and p-p53 (Ser15); Ing2 mRNA expression was detected using real-time PCR. Mitochondrial biogenesis, as measured by mitochondrial ROS content, ATP content, citrate synthase activity and calcium storage, was determined using commercial assay kits.
RESULTS:
The expression levels of Ing2 mRNA and protein were significantly higher in the mice with chronic Ang Ⅱ infusion than in saline-infused mice. Chronic infusion of AngⅡ significantly increased the left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular fractional shortening (LVFS) in the mice. Ing2 silencing obviously alleviated AngⅡ-induced cardiac function decline, as shown by decreased LVEDD and LVESD and increased LVEF and LVFS, improved myocardial mitochondrial damage and myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis, and inhibited cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Chronic AngⅡ infusion significantly increased myocardial expression levels of Ac-p53(Lys382) and p-p53(Ser15) in the mice, and Ing2 silencing prior to AngⅡ infusion lessened AngⅡ- induced increase of Ac-p53(Lys382) without affecting p53 (ser15) expression.
CONCLUSION
Ing2 silencing can inhibit AngⅡ-induced cardiac remodeling and dysfunction in mice by reducing p53 acetylation.

Objective To evaluate the safety of the low glucoside composites of Epimedii Folium and clarify the pharmacokinetic characteristics of its five low glucosides. Methods Four groups of KM mice were orally administrated of corn oil,1 968,2 625 and 3 500 mg·kg-1 low glucoside composites of Epimedii Folium, respectively. Then, the living conditions, toxic symptoms, and death of the mice were observed for 7 consecutive days. After the mice were dissected, the viscera/body ratio and the viscera/brain ratio were calculated.Besides, the contents of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate transaminase(AST)in plasma were determined by ELISA,and the pathological changes of the liver were observed by HE staining.C57BL/6J mice were intravenously or orally administered of baohuoside I,baohuoside II,sagittatoside A,sagittatoside B and sagittatoside C.Then, blood samples were collected at different time points. The plasma concentrations of the five low glucosides were measured by UHPLC-MS/MS.Results When compared with the control group,no significant differences were found in the body mass,viscera/body ratio,viscera/brain ratio, contents of ALT and AST in plasma after oral administration of different doses of low glucoside composites to mice. Moreover,no pathological changes or damages were found in the liver sections. After intravenous injection, the AUC0-t values of baohuoside Ⅰ,baohuoside Ⅱ,sagittatoside A,sagittatoside B and sagittatoside C in mice were 4.82,82.54,276.64,88.77 and 178.02 min·μg·mL-1,respectively.Meanwhile,the t1/2 values were 60.42,115.27,67.63,131.61 and 129.87 min, respectively. After oral administration, the AUC0-t values of the five low glucosides were 31.64,18.59,3.48,2.41 and 2.42 min·μg·mL-1,respectively.The Cmax values were 147.23,86.76,15.58,24.34 and 26.12 ng·mL-1,respectively.The tmax values were 21.00,78.00,78.00,30.00 and 28.00 min, respectively. The bioavailability of baohuosideⅠ,baohuosideⅡ,sagittatoside A sagittatoside B and sagittatoside C were 1.91%,0.51%,0.05%,0.06%and 0.04%,respectively.Conclusion The low glucoside composites of Epimedii Folium has high safety, and no hepatotoxicity were observed at dose of 3 500 mg·kg-1.The 5 low glucosides are quickly absorbed and rapidly eliminated in mice, and all of them have low bioavailability.
