Journal of Preventive Medicine 2023;35(5):425-430
Objective :
To systematically evaluate the detection of Legionella pneumophila in central air-conditioning systems of public places in China, so as to provide insights into the management of L. pneumophila contamination.
Methods:
The publications pertaining to L. pneumophila contamination in central air-conditioning systems of public places in China were searched in international and national databases, including CNKI, Wanfang Data, CBM, PubMed and Web of Science from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2022. The publication quality was evaluated using the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology. A meta-analysis was performed using the software Stata version 16.0. The pooled detection of L. pneumophila and its 95%CI were estimated. The publication bias was evaluated using Begg's test, and sensitivity analysis was performed with the leave-one-out evaluation for assessment of the robustness of the outcomes.
Results:
A total of 742 publications were initially searched, and 29 publications were finally included, all of which were cross-sectional studies. The publications included 10 high-quality and 19 moderate-quality studies covering 6 160 samples, and the pooled detection of L. pneumophila was 17.20% (95%CI: 12.80%-21.90%). Subgroup analysis showed a higher detection rate of L. pneumophila in cooling water (21.80%) than in condensed water (5.50%) (P<0.01). According to the criteria defined in Hygienic Specification of Central Air-conditioning Ventilation System in Public Buildings (2006 version), the detection of L. pneumophila was 23.30%, which was higher than the detection (13.20%) according to the Hygienic Specification of Central Air-conditioning Ventilation System in Public Buildings (WS 394-2012) (P<0.05). The detection of L. pneumophila did not vary in place, region or sample (P>0.05). Begg's test showed no significant publication bias, and sensitivity analysis showed robustness of the results.
Conclusions
The detection of L. pneumophila ranges from 12.80% to 21.90% in central air-conditioning systems of public places in China. Health and environmental protection sectors need to improve the monitoring of L. pneumophila contamination in central air-conditioning systems of public places.

This paper was aimed to study the effectiveness and safety of TanshinoneⅡA Sulfonate Sodium Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Keywords such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, coronary heart disease, unstable angina, chest impediment, cardialgia, TanshinoneⅡA Sulfonate Sodium Injection, tanshinone injection, tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate, unstable, angina, randomized controlled trial (RCT), and clinical trials were searched in CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and Pubmed from the construction of database until October 31st, 2014. The inclusion criteria were RCT with clinical data integrity, similar literature research methods, and good balance between groups. The Jadad score method was used to carry out quality assessment. Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan5.2 software. Count data was processed by odds ratio (OR). Measurement data was processed with the weighted mean differences (WMD). The 95% confidence interval (CI) was also calculated. The heterogeneity test result of included literatures was P > 0.05. The fixed effects model was used in the meta-analysis. On the other hand, random effect model was used. For the analysis results of more than 10 papers, the funnel plot was used in the analysis of publication bias. The results showed that a total of 34 studies were included. The results of meta-analysis suggested that the total efficiency of conventional treatment plus TanshinoneⅡA Sulfonate Sodium Injection for UAP was [OR = 3.83, 95%CI (3.11, 4.71),P < 0.000 01]. The electrocardiogram improvement rate was [OR = 3.34, 95%CI (2.61,4.28),P < 0.000 01]; plasma viscosity improvement was [WMD = -0.20, 95%CI (-0.38, -0.03),P = 0.03]; high shear viscosity of whole blood improvement was [WMD = -0.67, 95%CI (-0.85, -0.50),P < 0.000 01]; C-reactive protein improvement was [WMD = -2.66, 95%CI (-3.31, -2.00),P < 0.000 01]. It was concluded that the conventional treatment plus TanshinoneⅡA Sulfonate Sodium Injection for UAP had certain clinical effect with no obvious adverse reaction. However, due to the poor quality of the existing research literatures, the results should be further verified by large amount of high quality RCTs.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2024;48(8):968-972
[Objective]To make textual research on the life, works, medical inheritance and personal communication activities of Yilinshangren,a doctor in Wuzhen in the late Qing Dynasty.[Methods]By using the research method of historical philology, this paper systematically combs the relevant materials of Yilinshangren in manuscripts, medical books, local chronicles, diaries and anthologies, and examines Yilinshangren's life trajectory and medical activities as carefully as possible from three aspects:"life and works","medical inheritance"and"communication".[Results]Yilinshangren had Buddhist name Dade, with fine medicine, good at poetry. There was a copy of"Yueling Shangren Medical Cases"handed down. There were three followers,SHI Yinchu,DING Shoutang and SHEN Lanfang. As a Confucian doctor,Yilinshangren had deep relations with local literati, such as ZHANG Qianli,WU Quanchang,ZHANG Yuanji and BAO Tingbo.[Conclusion]In the late Qing Dynasty,Yilinshangren had a great influence in Wuzhen and even western Zhejiang. It is necessary to conduct a more comprehensive study on the Yueling Shangren Medical Cases and the medical cases passed down by the disciples of Yueling Shangren,in order to better reveal the diagnostic and treatment features and drug regimens of the Wuzhen medical practitioners.
10.Study on the Early Text Generation History of the Danxi School Based on the Annotation of Medical Works from the Early Ming Dynasty Referring to ZHU Danxi's Medical Theories
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2024;48(9):1116-1125
[Objective]To investigate the generation process of the early texts of the Danxi school,by combing ZHU Danxi's works and the Danxi medical theory cited by medical books in the early Ming Dynasty.[Methods]In the early Ming Dynasty,in LOU Ying's Yixue Gangmu,LIU Chun's Yuji Weiyi and other medical works, there were many references to Danxi's medical theory.By comparing this part of the medical theory with Danxi's works, the similarities and differences are identified.By using the literary research method of"text generation theory",this paper analyzes the reasons for the differences between Danxi's works and Danxi's medical theories cited in medical books in the early Ming Dynasty, and demonstrates the possible process of Danxi's establishment as a"final version"by revising his own manuscript. Then it examines the influence of the material carrier and circulation path of the text on the generation of the text.[Results]The Danxi's medical theories cited in the early Ming Dynasty medical books such as Yixue Gangmu and Yuji Weiyi were cross-checked with Danxi's works, which showed that there were various forms of Danxi's medical texts circulating at that time. The"lost texts"were probably the quotations of Danxi's teachings recorded by disciples, and the"alternative texts"were the"drafts"of Danxi's medical theory. The existing Danxi's works may be the"final drafts"formed by the text modification of the"drafts".The publication and spread of medical books also helped the Danxi school related texts to be basically finalized in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty.[Conclusion]The generation of the early texts of the Danxi school has experienced a dynamic and complex process, which should be considered in the investigation of the construction process of the Danxi school and the evolution of the Danxi medical thoughts.
