Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2015;50(12):1753-1757
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide ( NT-proBNP) levels in mice model with viral myocarditis( VMC) . Methods 100 Balb/c mice were randomly di-vided into VMC group ( n=60 ) and control group ( n=40 ) . Mice in VMC group were injected intraperitoneally coxsackievirus B3 ( CVB3 ) , while mice in control group were treated with the same amount of virus-free DMEM cul-tivate liquid. 10 mice of each group were sacrificed on 3, 7, 14, and 28th day after VMC modeling and their blood and heart tissues were collected. The serum NT-proBNP levels in two groups of mice were detected by ELISA. Pathological changes in myocardial tissue were examined with hematoxylin and eosin stain. The relationship be-tween serum NT-proBNP concentration and cardiac pathology score of VMC group at different time points were ana-lyzed. Results The serum NT-proBNP levels of VMC group were significantly higher than that of control group( P<0. 05 ) . There was a significant statistical difference between NT-proBNP levels of VMC group at different time points( P <0. 05 ) . The NT-proBNP level was positively correlated with myocardial histopathology scores ( r =0. 829 , P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Serum NT-proBNP levels may reflect severity of myocardial injury in mice with VMC. NT-proBNP can be used as one of serum indicators to judge the risk stratification in mice with VMC.

The present circuit was designed to apply to human tissue impedance tuning and matching device in ultra-short wave treatment equipment. In order to judge if the optimum status of circuit parameter between energy emitter circuit and accepter circuit is in well syntony, we designed a high frequency envelope detect circuit to coordinate with automatic adjust device of accepter circuit, which would achieve the function of human tissue impedance matching and tuning. Using the sampling coil to receive the signal of amplitude-modulated wave, we compared the voltage signal of envelope detect circuit with electric current of energy emitter circuit. The result of experimental study was that the signal, which was transformed by the envelope detect circuit, was stable and could be recognized by low speed Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) and was proportional to the electric current signal of energy emitter circuit. It could be concluded that the voltage, transformed by envelope detect circuit can mirror the real circuit state of syntony and realize the function of human tissue impedance collecting.

Journal of International Oncology 2009;36(9):716-720
Objective To study the preparation method of magnetic fluids and its antitumor effect in combination with paclitaxel thermo-chemotherapy in vitro. Methods Magnetic fluids were prepared by copre-cipitation and modified by sodium oleate. Transmission electron microscopy, Fourier infrared spectroscopy and other instruments were used to characterize the products. The heat effect was studied under ahemating magnetic field in vitro. MTT assay was performed to examine the effect of magnetic fluids in combination with pachtaxel thermo-chemotherapy of human cervical cancer cells Caski. Results The prepared magnetic fluids were global with a diameter of 20~30 nm,Zeta potential was -11 mVto -16 mV. They had distinct heat effect in a alterna-ting magnetic field and could rise to a temperature for tumor thermo-chemotherapy (41 ~ 46℃). Thermo-ehem-otherapy could significantly inhibit the proliferation and promote of the Caski cells, which were more distinct than the magnetic fluids hyperthermia and paclitaxel chemotherapy. Conclusion Magnetic fluids in combina-tion with paclitaxel thermo-chemotherapy has advantages of chemotherapy and hyperthermia. This treatment shows better effects on cell experiments than that of using paclitaxel chemotherapy alone and may provide a new way in clinical treatment for human cervical cancer.

Objective To investigate influencing factors of perioperative myocardial injury in patients undergone percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods Ninty one patients with coronary heart disease (including stable angina and unstable angina) underwent PCI, the perioperative myocardial injury incidence were observed prospectively by monitoring the preoperative and postoperative high sensitivity troponin protein levels to investigate the influencing factors of perioperative myocardial injury by Logistic regression analysis. Results There were no statistically significance in perioperative myocardial injury incidence (62.5%vs 68.7%, P=0.618) and perioperative myocardial infarction incidence (29.2%vs 20.9%, P=0.411) between stable angina and unstable angina groups . These factors of perioperative myocardial injury in patients undergone PCI by Logistic regression analysis were analysed, and we found that the influencing factors were the application loading dose rosuvastatin before PCI, preoperative statin therapy more than one month, apolipoprotein A levels and total stent length. Conclusion Application loading dose of rosuvastatin before PCI, preoperative statin therapy more than one month, apolipoprotein A levels are related to perioperative myocardial injury reduction, whereas the total length of the stent is associated with an increased occurrence of perioperative myocardial injury.

Objective To investigate the effect of baseline Left-ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) on the cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT). Methods A retrospective analysis of patients with heart failure was performed. Fifty-four patients [aged (59.73 ± 11.61)years, 31 males, 23 females] who underwent CRT/CRTD were divided into 2 groups according to LVEF ( group A, LVEF≤ 35%; group B, LVEF > 35% ). NYHA class, LVEF,CRT respond rates and medical adverse event (MAE) due to worsening heart failure were detected at 3 and 12 months post-surgery. Results The score of NYHA class changing wasn′t different between these two group. Compared to group B, LVEF was markedly increased (5.08 ± 2.81)% vs (2.45 ± 1.80)%, P < 0.05;(5.38 ± 2.92)% vs (2.39 ± 3.53)%, P < 0.05)at 3 and 12 months post-surgery. Similarly, group A owned high CRT response rates(66.1% vs 33.9%, P < 0.05; 81.25% vs 47.83%, P < 0.05) at the both two time points. At 12 months post-surgery , LVED decreased and the MAE was similar in all groups. Conclusion Patients with EF≤ 35% have more increases in LVEF and own high CRT response rates post-CRT.
