Objective To study the practical value of serum prealbumin and butyrylcholinesterase in Child-Pugh classification of liver cirrhosis. Methods 66 serum samples of patients with liver cirrhosis and 50 serum samples of the healthy subjects were collected for detecting prealbumin (PA) level and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) activity, as well as hepatic functional indices(serum albumin, total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase). The patients were classified according to the Child-Pugh score. Results Compared with healthy subjects, the content of PA and the activity of BuChE significantly decreased in the patients with liver cirrhosis. According to the Child-Pugh classification, PA content and BuChE activity in different grades of liver cirrhosis varied obviously. Conclusion The content of serum PA and the activity of serum BuChE had an important guiding significance in diagnosing the extent of liver cirrhosis, which can serve as effective indices for diagnosis of patients'condition and prognostic evaluation of liver cirrhosis.

Objective To investigate the correlation among mammographic features、pathology and molecu-lar biology markers of breast infitrating ductal carcinoma(IDC) tissues. Methods The mammographic features of 93 cases with IDC confirmed by surgery and histopathology were analyzed retrospectively. The mastectomy specimens of the IDC were stained with immunohistochemistry, and the expression of ER、PR、C-erbB-2 were measured. The rela-tionship between the immunohistochemical pathologic results and mammographic features was analyzed. Results A-mong the 93 cases of IDC,ER positive expression was positively correlated with the spiculate margin of breast cancer (P<0.05);C-erbB-2 positive expression was positively correlated(P<0.05).Moreover,ER and PR positive expres-sion showed a significant inverse correlation with the calcifying of breast cancer(P>0.05);ER and PR positive ex-pression was positively correlated with the transfer of lymph(P<0.05);there existed correlation between the positive expression of C-erbB-2 and lymphatic metastasis and pathohistology grade(P<0.05).Conclusion There was a pos-itive correlation among IDC mammography、pathology and the abnormal value of ER、PR and C-erbB-2.The X-ray mammography could reflect the diagnosis value of ER、PR and C-erbB-2 roughly, and thadpractical value in determi-ning prognoses and endocrinotherapy.

Objective_To study the effect of Y-27632 on invasion and motility of SGC-7901 gastric carcinoma cells, and to find whether Y-27632 excerts the effect by attenuating SRF expression.Methods_SGC-7901 gastric carcinoma cells were divided into 3 groups:1)blank control group;2)Y-27632 group;3)siRNA-SRF-1107 group. Transfected siRNA-SRF or incubated by Y-27632 48 h.The effect of Y-27632 on proliferation suppressions of SGC-7901 gastric carcinoma cells was detected by CCK-8 assay.Cell invasion was examined by Transwell and wound healing test. The expression of SRF, ROCK1, E-cadherin, β-catenin, F-actin, MRTF-A and Cyclin D1 were detected by Western blot.Results_Y-27632 inhibited invasion (P<0.05)but had no effect on proliferation of SGC-7901 gastric carcinoma cells.Y-27632 reduced ROCK1, MRTF-A, F-actin, SRF protein expressions by 37.0%, 44.3%, 62.7%and 62.7%respectively, and E-cadherin protein expression was up-regulated by 2.64 folds(P<0.05).Conclusions_The inhibition of ROCK and up-regulation of E-cadherin by Y-27632 can inhibit the invasion and migration of SGC-7901 gastric carcinoma cells that is explained at least, in part, by attenuating SRF expression.

Objective:To analyze the risk factors of intrauterine adhesions in patients after hysteroscopic surgery for subumcosal myoma of uterus, and to construct and evaluate a nomogram prediction model. Methods:The clinical data of 322 patients underwent hysteroscopic surgery for subumcosal myoma of uterus in Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were collected. The univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the factors affecting the occurrence of intrauterine adhesions, according to the analysis results, R software was used to construct a nomogram prediction model that affected the occurrence of intrauterine adhesions after hysteroscopic surgery for subumcosal myoma of uterus, and the H-L fit curve and the area under the curve were used to evaluate the effectiveness and discrimination of the model. Results:Through a 1-year follow-up, it was found that 47 patients had intrauterine adhesions (adhesions group), accounting for 14.60%; another 275 patients was enrolled in non-adhesions group. The results of univariate analysis showed that combined pelvic inflammatory disease, pregnancy times, history of curettage, combined uterine fibroids, and serumtransforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 level were risk factors that affected the occurrence of intrauterine adhesions ( P<0.05). The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum TGF-β1 level, pelvic inflammatory disease, history of curettage and uterine fibroids were independent risk factors that affected the occurrence of intrauterine adhesions ( P<0.05). The nomogram prediction model was established with the results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis, and the discrimination of the nomogram model was evaluated, the results showed that the area under the curve was 0.854, and the sensitivity and specificity were 91.50% and 70.50%, respectively. The validity of the model (H-L fit curve) was evaluated and the results showed that χ2 = 7.12, P = 0.413. Conclusions:Serum TGF-β1 level, combined with pelvic inflammatory disease, history of curettage, combined with uterine fibroids are independent risk factors that affect the occurrence of uterine adhesions after hysteroscopic surgery for subumcosal myoma of uterus. The constructed nomogram prediction model has relatively good effectiveness and discrimination. It can be used as an effective predictive tool for early clinical intervention.
