OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving therapeutic efficacy of methadone hydrochloride in maintenance treatment for drug addicts.METHODS:A questionnaire survey was conducted among drug addicts from outpatient department of drug maintenance treatment in 2 hospitals of Zhongshan City about their situation and demands. The data were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:A total of 101 questionnaires were distributed, and 88 effective questionnaires were recovered with effective recovery of 87.13%.64.77% of the respondents had abused one or more drugs (narcotics) in the last year except for methadone hydrochloride;among them, the frequency of heroin abuse was the highest, which is 31.31%,followed by Qutong tablet,valium,meth,tramadol,etc.72.73% of the respondents said they could stick to methadone hydrochloride maintenance treatment completely. The dosage of methadone was relatively dispersed, and the average dosage was 75.80 mL/time;the proportion of 71-80 mL/time was high, accounting for 26.14%.The average score of respondents' family support was (6.22 ± 1.88) and the average score of social support was(32.73 ± 6.94).The proportions of general, poor and very poor economic condition were 52.27%,22.73%,14.77%,respectively.The main demand of the top 5 respondents were to eliminate social discrimination (38.64%),employment (35.23%),psychological emotional support (35.23%),to reduce methadone hydrochloride dose (32.95%),assisting to reduce relapse (28.41%),respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The majority of the addicts who receive methadone hydrochloride maintenance treatment are male and middle-aged and young, their relative economic status is poor, and their family care and social support are unsatisfactory. The vast majority of them can adhere to methadone hydrochloride maintenance treatment completely or basically, most of which still abuse other drugs (narcotics) and have many demands. It is necessary to connect "biological-psychological-social" mode of medical treatment through social work intervention service mode, and conduct comprehensive intervention in order to better meet the relevant requirements and improve therapeutic efficacy of methadone hydrochloride maintenance treatment.

Objective:To establish an index that can reflect the level of healthy aging promotion in a region. Methods:Establish an indicators system using expert consultation and then determine the weight for each indicator using the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, we can get the regional healthy aging promotion index. Results:Regional healthy aging promotion indicator system was established, including five first-level indicators (residence environment, medical service, public health, nurse and care, and supporting system) and 21 second-level indicators. The weight of every level-one indicator ranges from 0.073 to 0.346. Two indicators with the highest weight are residence environment and public health (0.346 and 0.325, respectively), while the indicator with the lowest weight is nurse and care (0.073). The importance of every level-two indicator ranges from 0.011 to 0.162. The consistency ratio of the regional healthy aging promotion index is 0.021, and the consistency test is qualified. Conclusion:Regional healthy aging promotion index established in this study is very scientific, reasonable, and applicable. It can be used to evaluate the region's situation or level of healthy aging promotion.

Objective:To investigate the epidemiological and genetic characteristics of human metapneumovirus (hMPV) in Tianjin during two influenza epidemic seasons from October 2020 to March 2021 and from October 2021 to March 2022, and enrich the whole genome database of hMPV in China. Methods:A total of 1 040 pharyngeal swab samples collected from patients with influenza-like illness (ILI) were analyzed using microfluidic chip fluorescence quantitative PCR. RT-PCR was used to amplify the whole genome in hMPV-positive samples, and the second-generation sequencing was performed for complete genome sequencing. Bioinformatics software including CLC, DNAStar, and MEGA was used for sequence assembly, nucleotide and amino acid homology analysis, and phylogenetic tree mapping. Results:Among the 1 040 samples, 25 were positive for hMPV with a positive rate of 2.40%. The highest positive rate was observed in the age group of 3 to 5 years, reaching 3.71% (16/431). During the influenza epidemic seasons, the detection rate of hMPV peaked in December, reaching 6.67% (12/180). Twelve strains were successfully sequenced, and there were seven of type B2, four of type A2b, and one of type B1. More variations were detected in the G gene, with 111nt-dup sequence repeats observed in the G gene of three A2b strains. Conclusions:The prevalence of hMPV peaks in December during the influenza epidemic seasons in Tianjin, with Type B2 being the predominant type. Except for the G gene with more mutations, other genes remain stable.
