The development of Hainan traditional Chinese medicated diet therapy was surveyed and analyzed. The related suggestions are supplied for the development of traditional Chinese medicated diet therapy in Hainan. The designed questionnaires are set up for the surveys that include the respondents’ awareness of the medicated diet therapy and the current status of the medicated diet therapy markets. A total of 450 questionnaires have been sent and 363 respondents (80.67%) were reveiced and analyzed. The result showed that 49.59% (180/363) of the respondents knew the TCM diet therapy well, 43.80% (159/363) favored TCM diet. More than half of the respondents keep in the beauty maintain, the weight-loss and qi and blood maintain by TCM diet. The respondents showed their own favour when they consumed TCM diet. 44.63% (162/363) of the respondents regarded the effectiveness of the TCM diet as important, and 31.40% (114/363) regarded the flavour or taste of the diet as important. The highest consumption of TCM diet that can be accepted was 160 yuan per person. The reputation of a medicinal restaurant is the most important factor for consumers. To cultivate the professionals for the medicated diet’s services and management is an urgent undertaking. To utilize the specific medicines and foods of Hainan for developing the TCM diet is a positive motives. It is necessary to adopt international standards to strengthen the government’s control over the entirely industrial chain of the TCM diet therapy. It will be prosperous to utilize the characteristic culture to establish the medicinal restaurants in Hainan. They will become the new engines for improving economic, social and cultural development of Hainan free trade.

OBJECTIVETo establish a HPLC method to determine the carnosic acid in the stomach and intestine of rats and study its tissue distribution characteristics.
METHODAfter intragastric administration of carnosic acid (90 mg x kg(-1)), rats for each time-point were sacrificed by decapitation. After removal of the blood, various tissues were rapidly removed and weighted, all tissues were treated with a series of pretreatment before HPLC. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm x 150 mm, 5 microm) protected by an ODS guard column at 25 degrees C, using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (55:45) as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1 mL x min(-1). The wavelength of the UV detector was set at 210 nm for carnosic acid and internal standard.
RESULTGood linearities were obtained in every tissue over a range of 0.3212-160.6 mg x L(-1). The recovery, intra-day and inter-day precision and accuracy of three concentrations of carnosic acid in tissues met the requirements of methodology. And the stability of the tissue samples were also validated. The results of distribution in stomach and intestine showed that the highest concentration was (307.1 +/- 119.2) microg x g(-1) in stomach and (33.32 +/- 17.70) microg x g(-1) in intestine after intragastric administration of carnosic acid.
CONCLUSIONThe HPLC method was established to determine the concentration of carnosic acid in tissues. This method is quick, precise, and reproducible. It is the first time to study the tissue distribution of carnosic acid in rats after intragastric administration.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(1):139-141
Objective:
To explore the indoor air quality of Harbin and its suburbs, and analyze the influence of indoor air quality on the pulmonary function indexes of schoolchildren, and to provide a reference for preventing the related respiratory diseases.
Methods:
The concentration of CO 2, formaldehyde, benzene, PM 10 and total bacterial count in indoor of 80 residents in Harbin and its suburb were monitored. The IAAH model was used to evaluate the indoor air quality, and the correlation between the indoor air quality and the pulmonary function indexes of schoolchildren was analyzed.
Results:
The levels of indoor air pollutant in suburb was higher than that in the urban of Harbin, and the concentration of CO 2, PM 10 and total bacteria count in the suburb of Harbin increase significantly during the heating season(t=5.86,4.92,21.16, P<0.05). Among the 40 households monitored by IAAH model in suburb during heating season, 37.5% had moderate air pollution, and 20.0% had severe air pollution. The IAAH was correlated with FVC, FEF75% and FEF25% after excluding the confounding factors by multiple linear regression(β=-0.17, -0.34, -0.43, P<0.05).
Conclusion
Indoor air pollution is very serious in the suburb of Harbin during heating season, which should be paid attention to by parents to prevent related respiratory diseases of schoolchildren.

Objective:To analyze the status of the dyadic coping in spouses of young and middle-age cervical cancer patients undergoing synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and to explore the influencing factors in bi-directional of patients and their spouses. Methods:With the convenience sampling method, a total of 150 cervical cancer patients undergoing synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy who were hospitalized in the Radiotherapy Department of Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 and their spouses were selected. A cross-sectional study was conducted by the Dyadic Coping Inventory, the Lock-Wallace Marital Adjustment Test, the General Self-Efficacy Scale, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, etc. Besides, multiple linear regression was used to identify predictors of the dyadic coping in spouses of cervical cancer patients undergoing synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results:The total score of dyadic coping, marital quality, general self-efficacy, anxiety and depression in spouses of cervical cancer patients undergoing synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy were (121.69 ± 19.67), (97.23 ± 25.05), (25.13 ± 5.19), (9.98 ± 3.46), (8.19 ± 4.06) points. The scores of anxiety and depression of cervical cancer patients undergoing synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy were (10.57 ± 3.60), (9.10 ± 4.12) points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors of the patients′ anxiety and depression, spouse′s perception of marital quality, spouse′s general self-efficacy, changes in family relationship, family income, and period of radiotherapy were the main influencing factors ( P<0.01), which accounted for 55.7% of total variation. Conclusions:The level of dyadic coping in spouses of cervical cancer patients undergoing synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy was medium, the marriage quality remains to be further improved, and its influence factors involved in the bi-directional of patient and spouse, including patients′ anxiety and depression, the changes of the family relationship, period of radiotherapy, spouses perception of marital quality and self-efficacy and family income. Clinical medical staff can improve the level of dyadic coping in spouses of cervical cancer patients undergoing synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy by improving their cognition of disease, reducing the incongruence of dyadic illness appraisals, and taking multiple measures to reduce the economic burden felt of the spouses.
