1.Toxicity of Nano Aluminum Oxide to Cultured N9 Cells

Objective To determine the toxice effects of nano aluminium oxide (NAOs)to N9 cells in vitro. Methods The morphological changes of N9 cells induced by 0-125 ?g/ml NAOs and nNAOs were observed with phase-control microscope. The viability and apoptosis of N9 cells line after being exposed to 0-500 ?g/ml NAOs and nNAOs 24 h were detected by MTT and Hoechst 33258. Flow cytometry was used to quantify the efficiency of N9 apoptosis induced by 0-200 ?g/ml NAOs. Results After being exposused to NAOs,the morphology of N9 cell changed,and cell apoptosis was observed in a time-and dose-depended manner. 2.Effect of Teprenone Combined with Rabeprazole on Prevention of Bleeding after Gastric ESD

Background:As a minimally invasive treatment of early gastric cancer,endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) proves it could reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of patients’life. However,ESD-induced gastric ulcer remains a problem. Aims:To evaluate the effect of teprenone combined with rabeprazole on post-ESD ulcer healing and prevention of bleeding after gastric ESD. Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of early gastric cancer or precancerous lesion treated by gastric ESD were divided randomly into group A and group B. Patients in group A were given teprenone combined with rabeprazole,while patients in group B were given rabeprazole alone. The treatment course was 8 weeks. Delayed bleeding rate after ESD and ulcer healing in the two groups were compared. Results:No significant difference was found in rate of delayed bleeding after ESD between the two groups(P = 0. 679). The stage of ulcer had no differences after 7 days of ESD(P > 0. 05),while showed a better healing stage in group A after 30 days and 60 days of ESD(P < 0. 05). The rates of decreased size and area of ulcer were higher in group A after 30 days of ESD(P < 0. 05), while had no statistical differences after 60 days of ESD(P > 0. 05). Conclusions:Teprenone can effectively promote post ESD ulcer healing,especially in the early stage of healing,thus reducing the rate of bleeding after gastric ESD.
3.Morphological Risk Factors of Early Gastric Cancer under Endoscopy

The prognosis of gastric cancer is significantly associated with the disease stage,early diagnosis of gastric cancer is the key to extend the survival time of patients. Nowadays,gastroscopy combined with gastric mucosa biopsy is the most important method to detect early gastric cancer in clinical practice. However,the detection rate is low and requiring the endoscopists to learn the endoscopic morphological characteristics of early gastric cancer,which will help them to find out suspicious cancerous lesions and perform effective biopsy. This article reviewed the morphological risk factors of early gastric cancer under white light endoscopy,so as to provide endoscopists with the capability for diagnosis of early gastric cancer.
4.Fingerprint system of Chinese medicinal materials

A novel fingerprint system of Chinese medicinal materials employing both DNA and chemical means has been proposed. To establish the fingerprint system is very effective to the quality control of Chinese medicinal materials, because it will be controlled from chemical substance and genetic information. The chemical components and DNA fingerprints will show the complex chemical components and biological source, respectively. DNA fingerprint could give a further proof to distinguish Chinese materia medica from the chemical. The combination of chemical and DNA fingerprints is constructive to quality control of Chinese materia medica, the cultivar identification and the selective breed of good varieties for medicinal use. To carry out the fingerprint system of Chinese medicinal materials, it is necessary to establish fingerprint database of Chinese medicinal materials, including chemical and DNA fingerprint, as well as many detection methods, and the pattern recognition system by computer is also necessary.

Achalasia is an esophageal motility disorder with impaired relaxation of lower esophageal sphincter.Its clinical manifestations are progressive dysphagia, retrosternal pain, regurgitation of undigested food, weight loss.Medication, endoscopic treatment and surgery are the main treatments of achalasia.Peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) is an endoscopic mini-invasive technique which has smaller surgical injury, remarkable curative effect, lower cost, and lower recurrence rate when compared with the traditional treatment of achalasia.This article reviewed the advances and prospects of POEM in treatment of achalasia.
6.Curcumin induce the radiosensitivity of human lung carcinoma NCI-H460 cells through the NF-κB pathway

Objective To study the combination effectof curcumin and γray on the activity of human lung carcinoma NCI-H460 cells and explore the sensitization of curcumin to γray.Methods The NCI-H460 cells proliferation were detected by MTT,the cell cycle and apoptosis by flow cytometry.The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax were detected by Western Blot and the NF-κB gene expression by RT-PCR.In addition,the mice model of lung cancer was randomly divided into 4 groups:control group,curcumin group,γ ray group and combination group.After 28 days,the tumor volume was measured.Results The proliferation and cell cycle of NCI-H460 cells were inhibited and the apoptosis was increased in combination group.In addition,compared with curcumin group or γray group,the expression of Bcl-2 was inhibited,but the expression of Bax was increased and the mRNA expression of NF-KB was inhibited in combination group(all P<0.05).Also in combination group the tumor volume was significantly inhibited compared with curcumin group or γ ray group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Curcumin might induce the radiosensitivity of Human Lung Carcinoma NCI-H460 cells through the pathway.

At present there is no efficacious anti-virus western medicine. Some kinds of traditional Chinese medicines show certain restrictive effect a-gainst virus as natural materials and become a hot spot. This pa-per proceeds from experimental study on anti-virus activity and action mechanism of febrifuge and detoxifying herbs, and eluci-dates the important role of febrifuge and detoxifying herbs in anti-virus effect to provide evidence for screening anti-virus Chinese medicine in clinic.
8.Analysis of curative effect of Metronidazole Suppositories, conjugated estrogen, estrogen ointment and psychological intervention on senile vaginitis

Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of Metronidazole Suppositories, conjugated estrogen, estrogen ointment and psychological intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 100 cases of senile vaginitis patients in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group had 50 cases. The control group was treated with the treatment of patients in the experimental group of Metronidazole Suppositories, Metronidazole Suppositories, conjugated estrogen ointment in the treatment of psychological intervention on the mental status of patients and patients, strengthen communication and exchanges, increase confidence in the treatment and the treatment compliance of patients. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Result After the corresponding treatment, 3 patients in the experimental group were invalid. In the control group, 10 patients were ineffective. The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%), with statistical difference (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group was 2% and 4% respectively, and there was no significant difference. Conclusion Metronidazole Suppositories, combined estrogen ointment and psychological intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis clinical effect is good, high treatment efficiency, low incidence rate of adverse reaction, has clinical significance.
9.Research on Effective Parts of Xiong-Shao Decoction on Regulating TGF-β/Smad Pathway

This study was aimed to study the therapeutic material basis of Xiong-Shao decoction (XSD) on hepatic fi-brosis (HF), and to screen the effective parts from XSD for regulating TGF-β/Smad pathway. Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group, the model group, the Fu-Zheng Hua-Y u (FZHY) capsule group, the XSD group, the crude polysaccharide group, the total glycosides group, and the total alkaloids group. Rats of the modeling group were intraperitoneally injected with dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) to establish HF model. After modeling, FZHY capsule solution (0.105 g·mL-1), XSD crude polysaccharides extract solution (35.420 mg·mL-1), XSD total glycosides extract solution (25.725 mg·mL-1), and XSD total alkaloids extract solution (0.196 mg·mL-1) were administered to the corresponding treatment group by gavage once a day for 4 weeks, respectively. Rats of the normal group and the model group were given equivalent amount of normal saline by gavage once a day for 4 weeks. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA of the liver tissues was detected by FQ-PCR. And the protein ex-pressions of Smad3 and Smad7 were detected by western blotting analysis. The results showed that compared with the model group, there was no significant difference in the expression of Smad7 protein between the total glyco-sides group and the model group, as well as no significant difference between the total alkaloids group and the model group. Expressions of TGF-β1 mRNA and Smad3 protein of other treatment groups were significantly re-duced. And the expressions of their Smad7 protein were significantly increased (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). It was concluded that crude polysaccharide an d total glycosides fractions were the effective parts of XSD for regulating TGF-β/Smad pathway.
10.Extraction of Banxiaxiexin Decoction

AIM: To optimize the extraction process for Banxiaxiexin Decoction (Rhizoma pinelliae, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma coptidis, Radix Ginsenp, Rhizoma zinpiberis, Fruents Jujubae, and Radix Glycyrrhizae). METHODS: The content of berberine、baicalin and total solid in extract liquor were determined by orthogonal design and single factor experiment in combination with glycyrrhizic acid content and identification of Rhizoma zingiberis, Radix Ginseng and Rhizoma Pinelliae. RESULTS: The extracting was arrived at in the condition of adding eighteen times of 70% alcohol as much as crude drug and refluxing 2 times, 2h and 1h, respectively. CONCLUSION: The extraction is stable and feasible.
