Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;35(9):21-23
ObjectiveTo investigate the application of remifentanil and etomidate target controlled infusion anesthesia in operation for esophageal cancer and observe its effects on hemodynamics. Methods Sixty patients of esophageal cancer were divided into control group and observation group by random digits table with 30 cases each. The observation group was given remifentanil and etomidate for induction of the general anesthesia, while the control group was given remifentanil and propofol. The changes of mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),postoperative spontaneous breathing recovery time, waking time, extubation time were observed.ResultsMAP after induction was lower than that lying for 10 minutes after entering operating room in two groups (P < 0.05),and observation group was lower than control group (P < 0.05).MAP,HR after 5 minutes extubation were higher than those lying for 10 minutes after entering operating room(P < 0.05 ),and observation group was higher than control group (P < 0.05 ).The postoperative spontaneous breathing recovery time, waking time, extubation time in observation group [ (5.3 ± 1.5 ),(6.4 ± 2.1 ),(8.4 ± 2.5 ) min ] were shorter than those in control group [ ( 16.9 ± 8.7 ),(21.3 ± 7.7),(23.7 ± 5.8)min],and there were significant differences (P <0.05).ConclusionRemifentanil and etomidate target controlled infusion anesthesia in operation for esophageal cancer can maintain the stability of blood concentration and hemodynamics, shorten the recovery time, and improve the quality of anesthesia recovery and safety.
3.Toxicity of Nano Aluminum Oxide to Cultured N9 Cells
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To determine the toxice effects of nano aluminium oxide (NAOs)to N9 cells in vitro. Methods The morphological changes of N9 cells induced by 0-125 ?g/ml NAOs and nNAOs were observed with phase-control microscope. The viability and apoptosis of N9 cells line after being exposed to 0-500 ?g/ml NAOs and nNAOs 24 h were detected by MTT and Hoechst 33258. Flow cytometry was used to quantify the efficiency of N9 apoptosis induced by 0-200 ?g/ml NAOs. Results After being exposused to NAOs,the morphology of N9 cell changed, and cell apoptosis was observed in a time-and dose-depended manner. The efficiencies of apoptosis induced by 8,100 and 200 ?g/ml aluminium oxide nanoparticles significantly increased compared with control (P
4.Genetic polymorphism of the C4 and Factor B(Bf) in patients with Epilepsy
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
C4 and Bf typing was performed by electroimmunofixation with antihuman C4 and Bf sera in 103 patients with epilepsy, and the results were compared with a control group of unrelated healthy individuals of 76 for C4 and 220 for Bf. An increase in gene frequency of Bf F in the paties with epilepsy (0.1942) was found in comparison with that in the normol controls (0.1159). The relative risk value (RR) and etiological fraction (EF)for epilepsy in person who carry the Bf F gene were 1.8379 and 8.85?10~(=2) respectively. About the C4, there is no difference between patients and normal controls.
5.Study on the association of HLA-Ⅲ components and complotype with Myasthenia gravis
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
Allotypes and complotypes of Bf, C4A and C4B in 42 families with myasthenia gravis (MG) were determined by means of high voltage agarose gel elect rophoresis of EDTA plasma and subsequent immunofixation, in an attempt to determine whether specific allotypes and/or complotypes were associated with this disease. From the family-data, 108 complotypes were obtained, which could be classified into 28 kinds of complotypes. We found that there are positive linkage disequilibra in S42, S31 and S40,and negative linkage disequilibra in S32 and S41. Compared of these results with those of normal controls, the frequency of S42 is significantly increased in MG(P 0.05).Furhter analysis showed that the MG associated S42 may result from that C4A4 is strongly associated with MG, while C4A4 is in linkage disequilibrium with Bf S and C4A2. Preliminary association mechanism between C4A4 and MG was analysed and discused.
6.The clinical effect of Pudilan combined with ribavirin in treatment of children with HFMD
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(24):3327-3328
Objective To investigate the effect of Pudilan combined with ribavirin in treatment of the hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD). Methods 70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( Pudilan combined with ribavirin) and control group (ribavirin only). Results Compared with the control group, the cure rate and the effective rate in treatment group had statistically significant difference ( all P < 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the rash disappeared time and the fever subsiding time in treatment group were shorter obviously ( all P <0. 05 ). The both groups had no obvious side effect. Conclusion Pudilan combined with ribavirin in the treatment of HFMD had a good therapeutic effect and were a safe and effective method.
7.Cancer bioinformatics: detection of chromatin states, SNP-containing motifs, and functional enrichment modules.
Chinese Journal of Cancer 2013;32(4):153-154
In this editorial preface, I briefly review cancer bioinformatics and introduce the four articles in this special issue highlighting important applications of the field: detection of chromatin states; detection of SNP-containing motifs and association with transcription factor-binding sites; improvements in functional enrichment modules; and gene association studies on aging and cancer. We expect this issue to provide bioinformatics scientists, cancer biologists, and clinical doctors with a better understanding of how cancer bioinformatics can be used to identify candidate biomarkers and targets and to conduct functional analysis.

9.Analysis on distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria causing postoperative infections in gastrointestinal surgical inpatients
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(16):2255-2257
Objective To explore the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria causing postoperative infections in gastrointestinal surgical inpatients during 2011-2015 in order provide the basis for clinical rational use of antibacterial drugs .Meth‐ods The bacterial species identification and drug susceptibility test were performed by adopting the BacT/ALERT3D automatic culture system and VITEK‐2 system .The analysis was performed by using the WHONET5 .6 statistical software .Results Among 1 140 specimens ,753 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected .The specimens sources were mainly blood ,sputum ,abdominal drainage fluid ,pus and urine (77 .7% ) .In pathogenic bacteria ,537 strains (71 .3% ) were Gram‐negative bacteria(G-) ,198 strains (26 .3% ) were Gram positive bacteria(G+ ) and 18 strains (2 .4% ) were fungi .The top five detected pathogenic bacteria were E . coli (32 .3% ) ,klebsiella pneumoniae (11 .4% ) ,pseudomonas aeruginosa (10 .0% ) ,staphylococcus aureus (8 .1% ) and acinetobact‐er baumannii (5 .8% ) .E .coli ,klebsiella pneumoniae and pseudomonas aeruginosa had higher resistance to second and third genera‐tion cephalosporin antibacterials ,but had lower resistance to piperacillin/tazobactam and imipenen ,acinetobacter baumannii had higher resistance to multiple antimicrobial agents (> 50% ) ,no vancomycin‐resistant positive staphylococcus strain was found;Gram‐positive staphylococcus aureus had higher resistance to quinolones (>40% ) and traditional antibiotics of penicillin and eryth‐romycin(>50% );enterococcus faecalis and enterococcus faecium were highly sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid .Conclusion Strengthening the bacterial drug resistance surveillance and reducing the generation and spread of drug‐resistant bacteria is of great significance to improve the effect of gastrointestinal surgical infection treatment .
10.POSTOPERATIVE RADIOTHERAPY OF LUNG CANCER
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
From 1983 to 1987, 59 patients with lung cancer were IreaLcd by postoperative radiotherapy, including 48 males and 11 females. Among them, 21 cases were in stage I, 18 in stage II, 19 in stage III and 1 in stage IV. Radiation therapy was administered through parallel opposed AP-PA portals. The treatment volume included the entire width of the mediastinum, homolalcral hili and the region of residual cancer. The tumor dose was mostly around 5000-5500 cGy. The overall 1-, 3-, and 5- year survival rates were 71.20%, 37.28% and 28.89% respectively. The 5- year survival rates for potients with involvement of resection margins and regional nodes were 28.57% and 20.00% respectively, and were compared with 40.00% for patients without nodes metastases. The 5-year survival rate of squamous cell careinoma and small cell anaplastic carcinoma was significantly better (P
