Objective To discuss the safety and advantages of prone-straddle position applied in transvaginal hysteromyomectomy of the posterior wall of the uterus. Methods The clinical data of patients who were admitted into our hospital from March 2013 to Janaury 2015 and received transvaginal hysteromyomectomy were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into group A ( prone-straddle position, 30 cases) and group B (traditional lithotomy position,24 cases). The exposure of operative field, convenience of operation, time of the placement, time of operation, patient satisfaction, as well as patients’ heart rate, blood pressure, and oxyhemoglobin saturation were observed and ana-lyzed. Results Compared with the lithotomy position, there were significant differences in the time of the placement and the time of opera-tion in the patients treated by prone-straddle position. The patients with prone-straddle position cooperated well, and there was no obvious discomfort. Their vital signs were stable during the operation. The operative field during prone-straddle position exposed better and it was more convenient which make the operation became easier for both the operators and nurses. Conclusion Prone-straddle position applied in transvaginal hysteromyomectomy of the posterior wall of the uterus is safe and practicable, and it is valuable for clinical application.

Objective To explore the effect of SZ-685C on rat pituitary adenoma GH3 cell line.Methods MTT method evaluated its effect of proliferation and inhibitory concentration 50 (IC5o) on GH3 cells,after treated by 0,2.5,5.0,7.5,10.0,12.5,15.0,17.5,20.0 and 30.0 μmol/L SZ-685C for 48 h,GH3 cells were changed to complete medium for 12 d,crystal violet staining was used to investigate colony formation; microscopy and Hoechst 33342 staining assay observed whether the changes of morphological as the result of apoptosis,then detected cell apoptosis by flow cytometry.Results SZ-685C had a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on GH3 cell proliferation and IC50 was (12.9 ± 0.47) μmol/L,MEF(considered as a control group) had little affect in cell proliferation on the concentration of IC50.Inhibitory effects persisted even on removal of SZ- 685C after 12 d,and SZ-685C blocked colony formation ability of pituitary tumor cells.Apoptotic morphological observation of microscope and Hoechst 33342 staining proved apoptosis during treatment of SZ-685C,flow cytometry detection showed that SZ-685C induces 36.4％ of apoptosis,while only 2.0％ in control group.Conclusion SZ-685C inhibits pituitary tumor cell proliferation and induces apoptosis.SZ-685C can be a new anti-patuitary tumor drug for a further study.

AIM Mechanism of icariin (ICA) and pseudomonas jinanensis agent (PJA) on anti-metasta-sis of a highly metastatic human lung tumor cell line (PG) and the effect type of the combination of ICA,PJA were studied. Objective: To study the role of activating transcription factor 2 (ATF-2) in the growth of mandibular condyle cartilage. Methods: Primary chondrocytes of condyle were cultured. Expression plasmid of ATF-2 and plasmid bcl-2 promoter were transfected into chondrocytes. Luciferase assay and Western blot were used. Results: The absence of ATF-2 in mandibular condyle chondrocytes resulted in a decline in bcl-2 promoter activity, reduction in bcl-2 protein level. Conclusion: The results strongly imply that ATF-2 is required for adequate bcl-2 expression, and play a significant role in controlling growth plate chondrocyte progression.

Objective To preliminary study the distribution of CYP2D6 polymorphism in Hubei popula-tion ,with the intention of solid base for further applied research .Methods Venous blood was collected from 137 volunteers ,analysed CYP2D6 * 10 Gene Polymorphism by using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method .genotypes can be distinguished by agarose gel electro-phoresis and gene sequencing .Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law could be used to detect whether the genotype distribution was balanced ,and chi-square test was used for verification ,and the results were compared with the previous literature .Results Among the 137 samples ,wild type (CC) was 35 ,the frequency was 25 .5% .Het-erozygote (CT) was 52 ,the frequency was 38 .0% .And mutant (TT) was 50 ,the frequency was 36 .5% .Also , Callele frequency was 44 .5% while the Tallele was 55 .5% .There was no statistical difference compared with previous studies (P＞0 .05) .Conclusion Since there is a high mutation frequency of CYP2D6*10 in Hubei population ,it is very necessary to carry out genotyping to guide clinical medication correctly .

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zidan yinxie granules combined with Acitretin capsule and Compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. METHODS:A total of 97 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(49 cases)according to number random method. Control group was given Acitretin capsule 10 mg,tid,for consecutive 8 weeks,and then 10 mg,bid,for consecutive 4 weeks and Compound flumetasone ointment for external use,bid. Observation group was given Zidan yinxie granule 4 g,tid,on the basis of control group. Treatment courses of 2 groups lasted for 12 weeks. Clinical efficacy was observed in 2 groups. Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,VAS score,dermatology life quality index(DLQI) score,the expression of neutrophil elastase(NE),Trappin-2 and placental calcadin(P-cad)in serum and tissue fluid of skin lesion were observed before and after treatment. Recurrence followed up for 6 months in total effective patients and the occurrence of ADR were observed. RESULTS:Two patients of observation group withdrew from the study,and 47 patients completed the study;three patients of control group withdrew from the study,and 45 patients completed the study. Total response rate of observation group was 97.87%,which was significantly higher than 84.44% of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment,PASI,VAS and DLQI scores,the content of NE,Trappin-2 and P-cad in serum and tissue liquid of skin lesion were significantly lower than before treatment;the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. After 6-month follow-up,recurrence rate of total effective patients in observation group(28.26%)was significantly lower than control group(47.36%),and average recurrence time of observation group [(17.91 ± 3.10)weeks]was longer than that of control group [(9.80± 3.41)weeks],with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of ADR between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Zidan yinxie granules combined with Acitretion capsule and compound flumetasone ointment show clinical efficacy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris by lowering the expression of NE, Trappin-2 and P-cad in serum and tissue liquid of skin lesion with good safety.

Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effect of MDM2 inhibitor Nultin-3 com-bined with cisplatin on human oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)Tca8113 cells and its mechanism. Methods Human OSCC Tca8113 cells were treated with Nultin-3,cisplatin,Nultin-3 combined with cisplatin,or vehicle control groups. The proliferation of Tca8113 cells was determined by thiazolyl blue(MTT)assay. The expression of MDM2,P53,Caspase-9 and Caspase-3 protein was determined by Western blot. Results The proliferative rate of OSCC ca8133 cells treated with Nultin-3 combined with cisplatin was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0. 05). The relative expression of Caspase-9,Caspase-3 and P53 protein in the Nultin-3 combined with cisplatin was significantly higher than those of the Nultin-3 and cisplatin alone groups(P<0. 05). In addi-tion,the relative expression of MDM2 protein in the Nultin-3 combined with cisplatin group was significantly lower than that of the cisplatin and Nultin-3 alone groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion Nultin-3 combined with cisplatin has synergistic effect on oral squa-mous cell carcinoma Tca8113 cells. Nultin-3 regulates the MDM2-p53 signaling pathway and up-regulates the expression of pro-apoptotic proteins Caspase-9 and Casapase-3 to enhance the inhibition of cisplatin on oral squamous cell carcinoma,providing a solid theoretical basis for clinical research and treatment.

Objective: To investigate the vitamin A nutritional status of 6- to 17-year-old urban children and adolescents by analyzing serum retinol level, between 2010 and 2012 in China. Methods: Data were obtained from the China Nutrition and Health Survey in 2010-2012. Using multi-stage stratified sampling and the population proportional stratified random sampling method, 6 617 children aged 6-17 years from 32 metropolis and 41 middle-sized and small cities of China were selected. The questionnaire survey was used to collect demographic information. Blood samples were analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography to determine serum retinol concentration, and the World Health Organization guidelines were used to evaluate the nutritional status of vitamin A. Vitamin A levels, vitamin A deficiency, and marginal vitamin A deficiency in children with different characteristics were compared. Results: A total of 3 785 cases with valid samples were obtained. The overall mean serum retinol concentration level was (1.49±0.71) μmol/L; the mean serum retinol concentration was (1.55±0.69) μmol/L for metropolis and (1.49±0.75) μmol/L for middle-sized and small cities (P>0.05). The mean serum retinol concentration was (1.52±0.78) μmol/L for boys and (1.47±0.68) μmol/L for girls (P>0.05). The mean serum retinol concentration level was (1.46±0.70) μmol/L for 6- to 11-year-old children and (1.54±0.65) μmol/L for 12- to 17-year-old children (P<0.05). The total vitamin A deficiency rate and marginal vitamin A deficiency rate was 7.69% (291/3 785) and 18.57% (703/3 785), respectively. The vitamin A deficiency rate was 8.00% (36/450) for metropolis and 7.64% (65/3 335) for middle-sized and small cities; 8.12% (155/1 908) for boys and 7.25% (136/1 877) for girls; and 8.04% (171/2 115) for 6- to 11-year-old children and 7.18% (120/1 670) for 12- to 17-year-old children. No significant differences were observed for region, sex, or age (P>0.05). The marginal vitamin A deficiency rate was 19.11% (86/450) for metropolis and 18.50% (617/3 335) for middle-sized and small cities; 18.19% (347/1 908) for boys and 18.97% (356/1 877) for girls, with no significant differences observed (P>0.05). The marginal vitamin A deficiency rate was 16.54% (350/2 115) for 6- to 11-year-old children and 21.13% (353/1 670) for 12- to 17-year-old children (P<0.05). Conclusion The vitamin A nutritional status of 6- to 17-year-old Chinese urban children and adolescents between 2010 and 2012 has improved, and the gap between cities is narrowing. However, vitamin A deficiency overall remains high, especially in younger children, and requires specific attention.

Objective To evaluate the effect of education on the family function of breast reconstruction after breast cancer. Methods Totally 130 cases of breast reconstruction after breast cancer were selected from January 2015 to August 2017, and 65 cases were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The control group received routine education; The observation group and the spouse received synchronous education. In the preoperative and postoperative 3 months, 6 months after the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) to assess patients sexual function, the Family Intimacy and Adaptability Scale to assess the patient's family intimacy and adaptability, comparing the indicators of two groups of patients. Results After 6 months of operation, the two groups were compared, and the intervention group was (24.82 ± 3.75) points, and the control group was (22.32±4.75), with statistically significant difference(t=- 3.35, P < 0.05). Comparison of familial closeness and adaptability score of the two groups, the intervention group was (76.80 ± 8.14) points, (59.98 ± 3.56) points; The control group was (68.48 ± 11.46) points, (52.27 ± 9.49) points,with statistically significant difference(t=-4.81,-6.18, P<0.05). Conclusion The simultaneous education can improve the sexual function and familial intimacy and adaptability of breast reconstruction after breast cancer.
