[Objective]This paper, extraction of neijing, the difficult sphygmology in two classics of ideas, together with new work in today's pulse field, forms a set of relevant clinical practice, with the effective pulse diagnosis thought.[Methods] In this paper, track through three parts to il ustrate, extract the sphygmology in the two classical ideas, one is in neijing with two different sphygmology systems-three nine-hou pulse methods and the single pulse method and detailed analysis of both the scope and specific link; The second is the analysis of the doctor's classification of pulse in classic and detailed work, skid, extract the information from pulse condition normal y in three dimensions;Three is to expand the research of pulse, and combine with modern micro pulse, with integrated positioning.[Results]Combing the pulse in the classic thoughts, the overview of the level of pulse, expand the pulse of modern research.[Conclusion] By tracing back, on the basis of the traditional inheritance and innovation of pulse, the integrated use of a variety of methods, respec-tively from the physical, mental, physical, personality and psychological experience, always analysis in patients with multiple dimensions, real y from the shape,godlevel analysis and judging the overal condition of a person, wil be in the role of the four diagnosis highlighting and benefiting future gener-ations of pulse, in order to provide help for sphygmology lovers.

4.Pulmonary X-ray Signs of Malignant Malaria(An Analysis of 86 Cases)

Objective To observe the pulmonary X-ray changes of malignant malaria.Methods The chest routine X-ray examination in 86 cases with malaria in company with respiratory tract symptoms such as fever was performed,the pulmonary changes were obsenved.Results Of 86 cases, 58 cases were abnormal on chest filmes,including lung framework marked in 33 cases,miliary,small or large patchy shadow in 24 cases and multiple round opaque mass lesion in one case.Conclusion The pulmonary X-ray changes of malignant malaria are varied,the common characteristic is that most of them are situated at middle and lower portion of the lungs.This may attribute to blood dynamic abnormality resulting from malaria protozoan and the pathological changes of involved tissues.
5.Analysis of the Clinical Features of Simple Severe Preeclampsia Patients and First-degree Relatives among Uygur and Han in Xinjiang

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and differences among Uygur and Han patients with simple severe preeclampsia and their first-degree relatives. Methods To analysis the 100 cases with simple severe preeclampsia among Uygur and Han patients and their first-degree relatives. Results The age and gestational age between Uygur and Han group, there was no significant difference (P>0. 05). Average production time, women with preeclampsia history and BMI of Uygur group were higher than the Han group(P < 0. 05). Antenatal examination times of Uygur group was lower than the Han group(P < 0. 05). Hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease prevalence rate of mother in the Uygur group were higher than their father(P < 0. 05). The comparison of parents in Han and Uygur group were no statistically significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusion During pregnancy, the Uygur should pay more attention to improve diet structure, control body weight, and strengthen their pregnancy health care, so that the disease can be early diagnosed and treated, reducing or avoiding therapeutic preterm labor.
6.Assay of cinnamaldehyde,costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in Cinnamomum cassia and Aucklandia lapp by HPLC

AIM:To establish an HPLC method for determining cinnamaldehyde,costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of Cinnamomum cassia and Aucklandia lapp.METHODS:The assay was performed on an Agilent HC-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column by UV detector at the wavelength of 210 nm with acetonitrile-water(gradient elutio)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS:There were good relationships between peak area and sample size of cinnamaldehyde in the range of 148.5-1 732.5 ng,between peak area and sample size of costunolide in the range of 69.42-809.9 ng,and between peak area and sample size of dehydrocostuslactone in the range of 70.32 to 820.4 ng.Average recoveries of them were in turn 99.65%(RSD 0.72%)-99.57%(RSD 1.28%),and 98.90%(RSD 0.81%),respectively.CONCLUSION:The present method is convenient,sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the supercritical CO_2 extract of Cinnamomum cassia and Aucklandia lapp.
7.Effect of bone mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on neurological function and learning and memory of traumatic brain injury rats by the external carotid artery

ObjectiveTo study the effect of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSC) transplantation into traumatic brain injury(TBI) rats by the external carotid artery on neurological function and learning and memory.MethodsTen adult SD rats were randomly divided into TBI group ( n =5 ) and BMSC transplantation group ( n=5).Feeney free falling method was used to establish TBI models.The experimental rats were administrated with BMSC via external carotid artery (ECA),while TBI rats were injected with sterile liquid medium of equal volume via right ECA.Neurological function were evaluated according to the modified neurological severity score (NSS) at 1,3,7,15 days.Morris water maze test was used to observe the animal capabilities of place navigation and space exploration at 15 days,then animals were sacrificed.Survival and migration of implanted BMSC in brains under fluorescence microscope. ResultAfter traumatic brain,varying degrees convulsions,paralysis,loss of balance function in rats were found.Compared with TBI group,BMSC transplantation decreased significantly NSS (P <0.01 ).BMSC transplantation significantly decreased on escape latency ( ( 20.48 ± 2.29 ) s ) than the TBI group ( ( 85.93 ± 47.48 ) s) (P < 0.01 ).Moreover,BMSC group in the target quadrant dwell time ( ( 28.62 ± 1.72) % )and distance ( (29.05 ± 3.08 )% ) as well as the number of passing the platform (8.00 ± 2.45 ) were significantly higher than the TBI group ( ( 19.37 ± 2.81 ) %,(21.78 ± 3.06) %,(2.00 ± 1.87) respectively,P < 0.01 ).Transplanted BMSC could survive and migrate around injury brain through Hochest mark immunofluorescence.ConclusionBMSC can survive and migrate around injury brain by transplantation of external carotid artery,which results in a significant neurological function improvement and learning and memory increase in rats with traumatic brain injury.
8.In vitro differentiation of islet-like cells from mouse bone-marrow stem cells on a PLGA scaffold

Objective To investigated the potential influences of poly(lactic-co-glycolicacid)(PLGA)scaffold as a platform on the differentiation of mouse bone-marrow stem cells to islet-like cells.Methods Mouse bonemarrow stem cells were grown and differentiated in culture with or without PLGA scaffold,and cell morphology and functions were compared within these groups.Results The PLGA scaffold showed fine biological compatibility.Differentiated islet-like cells were dithizone (DTZ) positive,insulin and C-peptide double positive,glucagon positive and somatostatin positive in both groups.Under electron microscope there were ultrastructures similar to that of islet β cells in cells of both groups.Cells with PLGA scaffold secreted more insulin under high level glucose stimulation (P<0.01).Conclusions PLGA scaffold was biologically compatible and improved function of the differentiated islet-like cells.
9.Methylation and aberrant expression of Wnt antagonist SFRP1 in bladder cancer

Objective To measure the expression of SFRP1 in bladder cancer and explore the corresponding mechanism,in order to study the roles of SFRP1 in the pathogenesis of bladder cancer.Methods SFRP1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR.Methylation status of SFRP1 was detected by methylation specific PCR.SFRP1 protein was determined by Western blotting.Results SFRP1 was methylated in bladder cancer cell lines T24 and 5637,not in SCaBER.SFRP1 mRNA and protein were detected in SCaBER,but not in T24 and 5637.Six hours after treating T24 and 5637 with 5'-aza-deoxycytidine,both T24 and 5637 expressed SFRP1 mRNA and protein.In 45 bladder cancers,methylation of SFRP1 was detected in 28 (62.2%).In matched cancer adjacent tissues,6 (13.3%) were found with SFRP1 methylation.The methylation rate in bladder cancers was significant higher than that in matched cancer adjacent tissues (P < 0.01).Conclusions SFRP1 is downregulated in some bladder cancers due to methylation.SFRP1 methylation and aberrant expression may be involved in the pathogenesis of bladder cancers.
10.Chemical constituents of Nauclea officinalis.

In order to study the chemical constituents in the water extract of the stem of Nauclea officinalis, column chromatography over D101 macroporous resin and silica gel and an automatic purification system were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents from the extract. Nine compounds were obtained. By analysis of the physicochemical properties and spectral data, their structures were identified as naucleamide G (1), 3, 4-dimethoxyphenol-beta-D-apiofuranosyl (1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), kelampayoside A (3), 3alpha, 5alpha-tetrahydrodeoxycordifoline lactam (4), naucleamide A-10-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5), pumiloside (6), 3-epi-pumiloside (7), strictosamide (8) and vincosamide (9), separately. Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, compound 2 was found in plants of the genus Nauclea for the first time, and compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
