1.The Primary Discussion of the Medical Service Safeguard of College Students in China
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
Following the development of the socialist market economy and the reformation of the medical safeguard system and the improvement of the higher education reformation, the shortcoming of the medical safeguard system of college students which has started in the period of planned economy has become visible.Through the narration of present situation and the analysis of the reasons to the domestic college students'medical safeguards, this article suggests that our government should establish university student medical service safeguard system which is a perfect and multi-level system and brings the university students'medical safeguard system into the national society medical service safeguard. At the same time,we must strengthen university students'realization of medicine guarantees so as to guarantee them to complete their studies successfully

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To explore the correlation of the apoptosis of peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) with plasma 8-iso-prostaglandin F2? (8-iso-PGF2?) level in order to confirm the peroxidation damage of hyperbilirubinemia in neonates with jaundice.Me-thods One hundred and twenty-nine neonates who were 2 to 7 days old were divided into 4 groups:slight jaundice (43 cases),moderate jaundice (38 cases),serious jaundice (18 cases),and healthy control(30 cases)groups.Plasma 8-iso-PGF2? levels were assayed by enzyme immunoassay(EIA),and the apoptosis rates of PBMC were determined by flow cytometry. Results 1.There was no significant difference in the apoptosis rate of PBMC between normal and slight jaundice neonates (P=0.108);apoptosis rate of PBMC was increasing with the aggravation of jaundice.2.Plasma 8-iso-PGF2? level in normal neonates was 14.74?6.71 ng/L,there was no difference between normal neonates and neonates with slight jaundice(P=0.502).Plasma 8-iso-PGF2? levels in neonates with moderate and serious jaundice were much higher(Pa=0).3.Positive correlation existed between plasma 8-iso-PGF2? level and PBMC apoptosis rate (r=0.602 P=0).Conclusions Hyperbilirubinemia can induce peroxidation damage, resulting in increase of PBMC apoptosis.Plasma 8-iso-PGF2? level can accurately eva-luate the peroxidation damage in neonates with jaundice.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2011;30(9):757-759
Objective To study T lymphocyte subsets levels in acute zoster patients and investigate its relation to the zoster associated pain.MethodsAccording to the visual analogue scales(VAS) in the acuter phase, 60 patients with herpes zoster were divided into two groups: group A (VAS≤6) and group B (VAS>6). According to the follow-up results, patients were divided into another two groups: group C (PHN not developed) and group D (PHN developed). 25 healthy volunteers with a similar age and gender range as the patients were recruited as control group. T lymphocyte subsets were detected by fluorescence-activated cell sorter (FACS). ResultsThere was no significant difference in gender and age between groups (P>0.05). T lymphocyte subsets were significantly decreased in four groups compared with the control group (P<0.05), and the CD4 +subsets in group B were significantly decreased compared with group A (P<0.05). The CD4 +/CD8 + ratios were significantly higher in group A and C than in control group, higher in group A than B and higher in group C than in group D (P<0.05). The visual analogue scales(VAS) in group D were significantly higher than in group C (P< 0.05).Conclusions Cellular immunity function is decreased with the lower percent of the T lymphocytes subsets in the elderly patients with acute herpes zoster, especially in severe patients. The CD4 +/CD8 + ratios and the visual analogue scales may be associated with the the risk of post herpetic neuralgia.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2002;0(12):-
Objective To test the fracture loading of extracted cracked teeth with CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlays/onlays. Methods All the extracted teeth were divided into two groups (A: control group; B: test group; n=15 teeth in each group). All the teeth were prepared into those imitating cracked teeth. Those teeth in group B were strengthened with CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlays/onlays. All teeth were thermocycled and mounted for testing and then were loaded until fracture. Results The force of anti-fracture of extracted teeth imitating cracked teeth with CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlays/onlays (group B) was obviously higher than that of the teeth without CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlays/onlays (group A). Conclusion CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlays/onlays can effectively prevent the crack of teeth in clinical practice.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(11):-
Objective To study the effect of CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlay on repair of wedge-shaped defects of teeth and test its anti-fracture properties. Methods Extracted teeth were divided into control group ( n = 16) and experimental group ( n = 16) ,and prepared into imitating teeth with wedge-shaped defects. Teeth in experimental and control groups were repaired with CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlay and light-cured composite resin, respectively. Anti-fracture strength of teeth with wedge-shaped defects repaired with CEREC CAD/CAM was assayed on a universal testing device with its maximal loading recorded. The anti-fracture strength was compared between the 2 groups. Results The anti-fracture strength of teeth with wedge-shaped defects repaired with CEREC CAD/CAM ceramic inlay was significantly higher in experimental group than in control group ( 3. 56 ? 0. 27 vs 2. 43 ? 0. 15,P
