1.Evaluation of serum soluble ST2 and brain natriuretic peptide in patients with acute heart failure and prognosis
Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(2):123-125
Objective To study Evaluation of serum soluble ST2 protein and brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in patients with acute heart failure and prognosis of patients with acute heart failure. Methods Fifty cases patients with acute heart failure from April 2014 to April 2015 in the First Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Beijing were researched.Detection of all patients with serum ST2,NT-proBNP,50 patients with acute heart failure were divided into heart failure group,50 healthy persons were selected as the control group. The control group and the observation group general heart failure data, the observation group and the control group of cardiac biomarker blood level, cardiac function level NT-proBNP blood concentration level, classification of cardiac function between ST2 blood concentration level were compared. Results Cr,BUN of heart failure group were higher than the control group, there was no significant difference between other indicators(P>0.05).ST2((0.46±0.07)ng/L)in heart failure group was lower than the control group((0.66±0.20)ng/L),NT-proBNP((4160.20±57.49)ng/L)was higher than the control group((58.97±4.39)ng/L),heart function IV NT-proBNP blood concentration of the highest(9 428.29±75.93)ng/L,followed by grade III(1 921.01±30.27)ng/L,the second lowest(321.02±16.80)ng/L,(P<0.01).Heart function IV level ST2 blood concentration was the highest(1.95±0.69)ng/L,followed by grade III(1.27±0.61)ng/L,class II minimum(0.78±0.24)ng/L(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum ST2 and NT-proBNP are used to detect the patients with acute heart failure, can provide accurate diagnosis basis, has a very important value judgment on the classification and prognosis.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of four antiviral solutions for chronic hepatitis B (CHB) treatment .Methods 240 cases of patients with CHB were selected ,divided into four groups (group A ,group B ,group C and group D) ,and treated with lamivudine ,adefovir dipivoxil ,adefovir dipivoxil/lamivudine ,and entecavir ,respectively .The recovery rates of ALT and AST ,HBV DNA and its negative conversion rates ,and HBeAg/HBeAb conversion rates of the four groups were compared respectively after 12 ,24 and 48 weeks treatment .And the YMDD mutation rates were compared after 48 weeks treatment .Results The recovery rates of ALT and AST ,HBV DNA and its negative conversion rates ,HBeAg/HBeAb conversion rates ,HBeAg/HBeAb conversion rates of group C and group D were significantly better than those of group A and group B (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The antiviral so‐lutions of adefovir dipivoxil/lamivudine and entecavir are two kinds of rational treatment .
7. Role of soluble urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor in renal diseases
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2018;31(7):768-772
Soluble urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor(suPAR) , a new injury biomarker, is widely used in research of infectious diseases, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc. In recent years, suPAR has been suggested to play an important role in various renal diseases. This review focuses on studies of suPAR in renal diseases and update, which will provide new clues for the diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases.

Objective To study the surgical treatment of major blood vessels invaded by tumors in order to raise the resection rate and postoperative survival rate. Methods Clinical data were analyzed on 26 patients undergoing (resection) of tumors along with reconstruction of major blood vessels from October 1998 to February 2004. Results Tweety-three cases were followed up for 2~65 months with median 42.8 months. Doppler ultrosonography and CTA examination were performed respectively during the follow-up process. In 5 patients with carcinoma of the head of pancreas who had inferior vein cava replaced and in 1 patient with cholangiocarcinoma who had portal vein replaced,3 were complicated with carcinoma embolism formation at 3,12 and 15 months respectively after surgery,(postoperative) graft patency was 50%;all of the 6 patients had recurrence of the tumor at 3,6,8,12,24 and 31 months respectively after surgery.Seven patients with tumor in pelvic cavity or in posterior space of peritoneum were followed up for about 2 years,1 of them had tumor recurrence ,but the graft kept patent,2 patients with sarcoma in the limbs were followed up for 1 year without tumor recurrence or vessel obstruction.Eleven patients with tumors in the neck were followed up for 3 months to 5 years without tumor recurrence or vessel obstruction. Conclusions (Combination) of resection of neoplasm and reconstruction of major blood vessels is safe, effective and practical method for patients with major wessels invaded by tumor.

Endophytic fungi played an important role in the growth of its host plant. To investigate the mycorrhizal characteristics and the distribution of fungi in the root, an endangered wild plant-Dysosma versipellis was collected and observed by electron microscope. The results showed that the host was closely associated with endophytic fungi. The fungi were mainly distributed in the epidermis and cortex. The aseptate and septate fungi with swollen hyphae were observed in some cell of the cortex. The result provides a reference for the study of mycorrhizal structure of Dysosma genus and the interaction between the fungi and its host.
