International Eye Science 2014;(8):1555-1557
AIM: To compare and analyze the stereopsis of intermittent exotropia children under the different backgrounds of dynamic stimuli and static stimuli.
METHODS: We collected 56 children ( male 26, female 30 with intermittent exotropia at the age from 5y to 12y and examined their stereopsis under the different backgrounds of dynamic stimuli and static stimuli using a multidimensional sense perception training software. The differences between the dynamic stereopsis and static stereopsis were compared.
RESULTS: Totally 17 cases ( 30%) had both dynamicstereopsis and static stereopsis, 39 cases ( 70%) had either dynamic or static stereopsis deficit, only 10 cases ( 26%) had dynamic stereopsis, 25 cases ( 64%) static stereopsis left and 4 cases ( 10%) were without any form of stereopsis. The positive rate of dynamic stereopsis was better than the positive rate of static stereopsis, with statistical significance (P<0. 05).
CONCLUSION: Dynamicstereopsis is better than the static stereopsis to intermittent exotropia children.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(7):418-420
ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effectiveness of defibrase in treating penumbra and reperfusion.MethodsIntraluminal suture method was used to develope reversible middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO). Rats were subjected to MCAO 3 hours followed by reperfusion for 3, 6, 24, 72 hours, and to MCAO 6 hours followed by reperfusion for 3, 6, 24 hours. The treatment groups rats were injected intravenously defibrase at 0.5 hour before reperfusion. Meanwhile, the control group received normal saline. Clinically Neurological Deficits Scale were evaluated every day. Infarction volume was measured by using 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining. Pathologic change were examined microscopically in HE stained sections.ResultsThere were significant difference at treatment groups of reperfusion 3 hours after MCAO.Infarction volume and Clinically Neurological Deficits Scale was significant reduced as control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences at treatment groups of reperfusion 6 hours after MCAO (P>0.05). Cerebral hemorrhage wasn't increased in defibrase treatment group.ConclusionsDefibrase was effective on Clinically Neurological Deficits of rats in reperfusion 3 hours after MCAO.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warm needling moxibustion plus Kai Qing Long Suo tuina therapy (opening the Qing Long lock, one type of'Eight and a Half Locks' tuina therapy) for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (CSA).Methods:Sixty patients with CSA were randomly allocated into an observation group or a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with warm needling moxibustion plus Kai Qing Long Suo tuina therapy, while the control group was treated with warm needling moxibustion alone.Warm needling moxibustion was conducted once every other day and tuina was conducted once a day,7-day treatments for one course. The clinical efficacy and vertebral artery blood flow was observed after one course of treatment. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group versus 80.0% in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment, the systolic blood flow velocity of vertebral artery increased in both groups, with statistical significance compared with that before treatment (both P<0.05),and the blood flow velocity in the observation group was faster than that in the control group, with statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Both warm needling moxibustion plus Kai Qing Long Suo tuina therapy and warm needling moxibustion alone are both effective for CSA,can improve the systolic blood flow velocity of vertebral artery. The curative effect of warm needling moxibusiton plus Kai Qing Long Suo tuina therapy is better than that of warm needling moxibustion alone.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(23):3174-3179
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the present situation of domestic and foreign metabolomics study, and to preliminarily discuss research hotspots and development rules. METHODS:By using bibliometric methods and GoPubMed literature analysis tool, usingMetabolomicsas subject, all literatures were retrieved from PubMed database up to Jul. 31,2016. Those literatures were ranked and analyzed in respects of publication amount, countries and cities, journal sources, research topics, core authors and authors collaborative networks. UsingMetabolomicsMetabonomicsas subjects, all literatures were retrieved from Web of Science database up to Aug. 1,2016. The literatures with high citation frequency were analyzed during 2007-2016 by using the sort-ing function of citation frequency. RESULTS:A total of 15449 domestic and foreign metabolomics literatures were retrieved. The researchers of 2189 literatures came from China, and the amount of published literatures showed a rising trend. 15449 literatures were distributed in 129 countries and regions;10 countries, such as the United States,China,Britain and Germany, were the core countries, and the total number of literatures issued was 12847(83.16%). The United States held the largest share of world publi-cations(4288 literatures,27.76%),and the following was China in order(2189 literatures,14.17%). The city with the largest amount of publications was London(467 literatures),followed by Shanghai,Beijing. A total of 2168 periodicals were involved, and there were 7.1 published literatures averagely. All of the top 20 periodicals were from the United States and European countries (4377 literatures,28.33%). The first 3 subjects with the highest frequency of occurrence were metabolomics, metabolome and me-tabolism;related researches mainly focused on metabolic processes, metabolic networks and pathways, biological markers,pro-teome and genome;main research methods included spectrum analysis and magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Main 6 groups of au-thors were involved, mainly Nicholoson JK,Holmes E,Lindon J and other researchers. None of Chinese researchers had been found among the core authors and author groups. The literatures with high citation frequency mainly focused on the association of metabolism with disease, metabolomics database, metabolomics research methods and biological markers related to disease predic-tion. CONCLUSIONS:Metabolomics has aroused worldwide interest among researchers, and metabolic pathways and biological markers are the focuses in this field. Our researchers have published a large amount of literatures on metabolomics, but there are not high quality periodical carrier or enough cooperation between researchers. It is suggested to enhance the cooperation between various research institutions or grasp the frontier and hotspots of the research in this field so as to push forward the development di-versification and depth of metabolomics research in China.

The essential medium of B115 composed of 1% tryptone, 0.25% yeast extract and 0.5% sodium chloride was determined by using an orthogonal design. The orthogonal design was also employed in testing the optimum additions. It was composed of 0.1%(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4),1.4%K_(2)HPO_(4), 0.6% KH_(2)PO_(4) and 0.1% (Na_(3)C_(6)H_(5)O_(7)). The yield of B115 cultured in optimum medium was compared with the one in essential medium. Statistic analysis showed that the growth of B115 was most significantly improved by adding K~(+)、NH~+_(4) and (Na_(3)C_(6)H_(5)O_(7)) to essential medium. The antibacterial effect of Bacillus subtilis strain B115 on pathogenic Aeromonas was studied. The results showed different antibacterial effects of B115 on different aeromonads. There were obvious antibacterial effects on BSK-10 and CL990920, while no effect on the growth of TL970424.
