AlM: To investigate and evaluate the prevalence of xerophthalmia among aerospace science and technology staff and its influencing factors for the eye health guidance.
METHODS: The staff underwent physical examination in our examination center from September 2013 to June 2014 were preliminary screened, and those patients with symptoms of dry eye were investigated with questionnaires and diagnosed by basic lacrimal secretion test ( Schirmer l ) , breakup time of tear film ( BUT ) test and fluorescein ( FL) staining test .
RESULTS: There were 606 complaints of dry eye symptoms of the 1 000 premiers, distributed in random (60. 6%), and 432 employees were diagnosed (43. 2%). The positive rate of dry eye was 71. 3%. The causes of xerophthalmia, besides of gender, age, also include a variety of factors such as air-conditioner, heating, video terminals, sleep time, etc.
CONCLUSlON: Dry eye, an epidemic disease, has a variety of symptoms and complex etiology, the main causes of aerospace science and technology staff with dry eye is working environment and some local factors. We can give appropriate health guidance according to the different factors. Meanwhile the relevant series of dry eye screening should also be taken as a routine examination in ophthalmic examination.

Attention was gradually paid by biologists to the using of RNA secondary structure in the classification of microbiology and phylogenetic relationship analysis in recent years. The development around the research was summarized here briefly. And more emphasis was given to the part introducing the application of RNA secondary structure to the analysis of phylogenetic relationship.

Background:Conventional treatment has limited efficacy in relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma.Since chimeric antigen receptor Tcell (CAR-T) technology has shown high safety and results in high remission rates,we investigated its efficacy and safety in B-cell lymphoma treatment and analyzed potential affecting factors to provide evidence for therapeutic strategies and applications.Methods:We searched databases including PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane up to July 2019.Meta-analysis 1 was conducted to study the efficacy of CAR-T cell for treating B-cell lymphoma,measuring the response rate and complete remission rate as outcomes.Sub-group analysis was performed for age,pathological type,target antigen,co-stimulatory molecule,and conditioning chemotherapy.Meta-analysis 2 was undertaken on the safety of the treatment with the incidence rate of toxicity (cytokine-releasing syndrome [CRS],neurotoxicity) as an outcome.Results:Seventeen studies were included in the systematic review and meta-analysis.It was found that CAR-T cells had good therapeutic effects in the following cases:B-cell lymphoma (patients ≥65 years old);diffuse large B-cell lymphoma pathological type;patients with treatment target antigen other than CD 19;patients treated with co-stimulatory molecules other than CD28,including 4-1BB+CD28 or 4-1BB;and patients treated with cyclophosphamide/fludarabine pre-treatment protocol conditioning chemotherapy.Although the CRS and neurotoxicity incidences were high,most were reversible with minimal risk of death.Conclusion:CAR-T cell treatment is safe for clinical annlication:however,toxicity effects should be monitored.

Objective Through early systemic nursing intervention of cervical cancer patients for promotion of the recovery of urinary bladder function, to remove the urethral catheter in advance,and reduce the occurrence of urinary bladder dysfunction. Methods 80 cervical cancer patients after total hysterectomy were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group stochastically. The treatment group was given systemic nursing( psychological nursing,pelvis bottom muscles exercising,urination discontinuance exercising,abdominal muscle exercising,Valsalva maneuver exercising, Crede press exercising,open the urethral catheter timely and individually,cheiropractic with hot roller), the control group received conventional nursing and some simple training of urinary bladder function. The time of indwelling urethral catheter after the hysterectomy was compared. Results The time of indwelling urethral catheter in the treatment group and in the control group were (9.65±49)days and (15.88±03)days respectively. The incidence rate of residual urine,urine retention and infection of urinary system after surgery in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusions Early systemic nursing intervention can shorten the time of indwelling urethral catheter after hysterectomy, reduce the occurrence of urinary bladder dysfunction .improve the surgery effect for the cervical cancer patients and ameliorate their quality of life.

Objective To study the distribution patterns of bacterial flora in sigmoid colon tissues and stools in normal population.Method Bacterial flora were identified and analyzed by using 16sDNA sequencing technology in fresh stool samples (n =13) and colon mucosa samples (n =10).Results The diversity and abundance of bacterial flora were significantly larger in the stool samples than in the sigmoid colon samples (P ＜ 0.001,P ＜ 0.001,P =0.042,P =0.006).The consititution of phylum flora between the two groups were same,including flrmicutes,bacteroides,proteobacteria,and actinomycetes.However,the proportions of firmicutes and bacteroides in stool samples were significantly higher than in the sigmoid colon samples,whereas the proportion of proteobacteria was significantly lower (P ＜ 0.001,P =0.025,P ＜ 0.001).At the genus level,faecalibacterium and bacteroides were the dominant flora in feces,whereas pseudomonas,lactococcus,acinetobacter,and flavobacterium were the most common flora in sigmoid colon mucosa.The amounts of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus were low in both two groups.Conclusion The distribution of bacterial flora remarkably differ in stools and sigmoid colon mucosa.

A new flavonoid glycoside, (-)-2S-8-methyl-5,7,4'-trihydroxyflavanone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), along with five known ones, quercetin-3-O-(2"-galloyl)-α-L-arabinoside (2), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinoside (3), guaijaverin (4), trifolin (5) and hyperin (6), was isolated from the leaves of Eucalyptus robusta. Their structures with absolute configurations were elucidated by NMR, HR-ESI-MS, CD spectra data and physicochemical methods. In addition, 2-6 were isolated from E. robusta for the first time.

Objective　 To investigated the possible roles of IL-18 in HBV infection, and the expression of IL-18 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 　In 15 cases of asymptomatic carriers, 30 cases of active and remissive phases of chronic hepatitis and 10 healthy individuals (as normal controls), IL-18 expression in PBMC were quantitatively analyzed with flow cytometric immunological method. The PBMC were separated routinely and stimulated with LPS (SIGMA) and Monensin (SIGMA) for 6 hours. Then the cells were harvested and fixed by PBS/4% paraformaldehyde. The treated cells were stored in liquid nitrogen for detection later. After immunologic stain, the expression of IL-18 in PBMC were examined by flow cytometry. Results　 ① IL-18 was the lowest in asymptomatic carriers. It was fewer in remissive phase than in normal controls (P＜0.01).There was no difference between active phase and normal controls(P=0.25).②Within the group of active phase, IL-18 was significantly different between each grade of inflammatory activity(P＜0.01),and correlated with serum ALT positively(r=0.63,P＜0.01). Conclusion　 IL-18 may relate to disease activity and the inflammation of liver.

Purpose To investigate the value of MRI T2 mapping imaging in diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disc degenerative (IVDD).Materials and Methods A prospective study was performed on 100 patients who underwent 1.5T MRI examination because of lumbar and back pain from October 2013 to December 2015 at the Fifth People's Hospital of Shanghai,Fudan University.The MRI examinations included conventional sagittal T1WI and T2WI,axial T2WI and median sagittal T2 mapping imaging.According to Pfirrmann standard,475 lumbar intervertebral discs were graded.T2 values of nucleus pulposus (NP) and annulus fibrosus (AF) of anteriority and posterior with different grades were measured and compared.The correlations between T2 value,age and grade were further analyzed.30 patients were selected and underwent a second MR examination after half a year,and the difference of T2 values between the two MR examinations were compared.Results Except for grade Ⅳ and grade Ⅴ,the differences of T2 values of NP between the other grades of lumbar intervertebral discs were statistically significant (P＜0.05).T2 values of NP were negatively correlated with the grades (r=-0.77).There were no significant differences in T2 values of NP and AF of anteriority and posterior in 30 patients with back pain between the two MR measurements of half year interval (P＞0.05).Conclusion T2 mapping imaging can quantitatively assess the degree of IVDD,especially T2 values of NP can reflect the differences of IVDD with grade Ⅰ-Ⅳ,so it can provide the imaging evidence for the diagnosis of IVDD.
