1.Fostering scientific and technological cooperation and speeding up innovation
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(04):-
Scientific and technological cooperation plays a key role in improving innovative capabilities and speeding up achievement transformation. Promoting self-discipline in morality, strengthening restraint by rules and regulations and enhancing legal protection of intellectual property are some of the key links in perfecting the credit system and consummating large-scale scientific and technological cooperation. Adopting the "coordinate signature system" for significant achievements through large-scale scientific and technological cooperation is the driving force behind such cooperation. Establishing information and experimental technology platforms is the basis and supplementary, means of scientific and technological cooperation while setting up a talent flow and excitation system and perfecting the system of resources integration and sharing are beneficial to the creation of a sound environment for large-scale scientific and technological cooperation.

3. Bioavailability of self-microemulsifying pellets of daidai flavones in rats
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2012;47(22):1816-1820
OBJECTIVE: To develop an HPLC method for simultaneously determining the contents of naringin and neohespiridin in rat plasma, and to investigate the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of self-microemulsifying pellets of daidai flavones in rats. METHODS: The rats were divided into two groups randomly. They were administered orally suspension of daidai flavones effective parts and its self-microemulsifying pellets, which both contained 120 mg · kg-1 of flavonoids. Blood samples were collected at 0.083, 0.167, 0.333, 0.5, 0.667, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 24 h and the concentrations of naringin and neohesperidin in rat plasma were simultaneously determined by HPLC. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS 3.0 pharmacokinetic program. RESULTS: The pharmacokintic parameters of naringin in the self-microemulsifying pellets of daidai flavones and the suspension were as follows: AUC0-24 (17.710 ± 6.588) and( 9.139 ± 1.982) mg · h · L-1, ρmax (4.816 ± 1.329) and (1.572 ± 0.324) mg · L-1, tmax (0.611 ± 0.086) and (1.575 ± 0.324)h, and t1/2 (13.078 ± 6.382) and (11.678 ± 6.919)h, respectively. And the pharmacokintic parameters of neohesperidin were as follow: AUC0-24 (18.094 ± 4.892) and (10.961 ± 2.276)mg · h · L-1, ρmax (5.657 ± 1.391) and (2.096 ± 0.512) mg · L-1, tmax(0.583 ± 0.091) and (0.806 ± 0.222) h, and t1/2 (14.606 ± 7.562) and (10.985 ± 6.963)h, respectively. The relative bioavailabilities of naringin and neohesperidin in the self-microemulsifying pellets of daidai flavones were 193.78% and 165.08%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The bioavailability of daidai flavones is increased by making them into self-microemulsifying pellets, and the biopharmaceutical property of the flavones is improved.

Objective To understand the features of lymphatic vessel, and to summarize the foundation and mechanism of the promotion and inhibition of tumor lymphangiogenesis recorded on the current studies of animal ex- periments and clinical researches. Methods The related literatures of the structural features of lymphatic vessel, lymphatic endothelial molecular markers, the origin of lymphatic tumors, the molecular mechanisms and regulatory factors were reviewed, and the relationship between tumor lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis, the treat- ment targeting at the formation of the anti-tumor lymphatic vessel and its existing problems were also analyzed.Re- suits Hyperplasia of lymphatic vessels occurred during the process of tumor formation and progression. The struc- tural features of the lymphatic vessels in the tumor were conducive to tumor lymphatic metastasis. In recent years, methods of anti-lymphangiogenesis and inhibition of tumor lymphatic metastasis had achieved considerable success in animal experiments. However, there were still a lot of problems need to be solved. Conclusion Tumor lymphangio- genesis has a significantly positive correlation between tumor lymphatic metastasis and patients'prognosis, which may indicate that treatment against the formation of tumor lymphatic vessel maybe effective.

Objective To investigate the incidence and distribution of over-weight and obesity and the relationship between the body mass index (BMI) and the chronic diseases in the elderly of community in Beijing. Methods The medical check-up data of 1513 elderly inhabitants randomly selected from the 134 communities in Beijing were analyzed. Results The proportions of old people with overweight and obesity were 48.9% and 12.8% respectively, and 36.5% of them were having normal body weight. The incidence of hypertension, coronary heart disease (CHD), diabetes mellitus (DM), hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia and fatty liver were significantly higher in the over-weight and obese people than that of people with normal BMI. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that BMI was positively correlated highly with hyperlipidemia and fatty liver (P

Objective To investigate the expression of Fas/FasL in children with aplastic anemia(AA) and its clinical significance. To explore the pathogenesis of AA.Methods CD34+ cell counts and the expression of Fas/FasL in 12 children with severe AA(SAA),18 with chronic AA(CAA)and 10 normal children were detected by flow cytometry combining monocolon antibody. Results The expression of Fas in children with AA were significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusions Fas/FasL systeam take part in inducing CD34+ cell apoptosis. This may contribute to understanding the decrease number of stem cells and bone marrow failure.

OBJECTIVETo discuss the results and significance of the detection of the CFTR gene mutation in azoospermia patients with congenital unilateral absence of the vas deferens (CUAVD).
METHODSWe collected peripheral blood samples from 6 azoospermia patients with CUAVD for detection of the CFTR gene mutations and single nucleotide polymorphisms. We analyzed the genome sequences of the CFTR gene in comparison with the website of the UCSC Genome Browser on Human Dec. 2013 Assembly.
RESULTSMissense mutation of c. 592G > C in exon 6 was found in 1 of the 6 azoospermia patients with CUAVD and splicing mutation of c. 1210-12T[5] was observed in the noncoding region before exon 10 in 2 of the patients, both with the V470 haplotype in exon 11.
CONCLUSIONMutations of the CFTR gene can be detected in azoospermia patients with CUAVD and the detection of the CFTR gene mutation is necessary for these patients.

This article was aimed to study pretreatment method of styrene type macroporous resin and its application in the industrial production. The organic residues and heavy metals of styrene type macroporous resin were detected respectively by gas chromatography and atomic absorption spectrophotometry before and after pretreatment to optimize the pretreatment process. The results showed that contents of organic residues and heavy metals of styrene type macroporous resin with the preferred method of pretreatment are in line with relevant regulations. It was concluded that this pretreatment method was simple and feasible, which is suitable to be applied in the industrial production.
