Through the questionnaire survey of community residents,the paper studies the factors influencing users' acquisition of health information from libraries in medical universities and colleges and provides reference and suggestions for socialized services of these libraries.As indicated by the results,the influencing factors include the distance,motivation,environment,limitation and time.On this basis,it proposes solutions,including the improvement of the service mechanism,the utilization of advantages of medical library resources and the establishment of the service system for community residents centering on medical libraries.

Objective:To explore the best bathing posture in neo nates.Methods:Normal mature neonates 664 total were randomly seperated into two groups .The bathing posture was the traditional upwards from face to back in the control group,but upwards from back to face in the experimental group .The noise and comfort levels of the neonates were observed.Results:Uncomfortableness in the experimental gr oup was markedly lowerthan in the control group(χ2=45.78，P<0.0001).Bathing style,i.e.in basin or in shower,did not have an effect on the postures (P> 0.05).Conc lusion:The bathing posture of upwards from back to face is better than upwards from face to back.In this position,the neonates feel safer and more comfortable,and can be stroked while being bathed by the neonates' parents.

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of repairing facial scar with tubed pattern skin flap from the cervical cutaneous branch of transverse cervical artery.Methods Firstly,a skin flap in the cervical cutaneous branch of transverse cervical artery was designed at chest according to the size of facial scar.The chest skin would be expanded if it was not large enough.Secondly,a skin flap was cut,and the proximal end was rolled and sutured as a tube,whereas the remote end was formed an interface.Thirdly,the scar was removed from the facial scar area and the wound was covered with the tubed pattern skin flap interface.After a blood circulation was established between the face skin and the flap,the flap was trained so that it had plentiful blood supply.Lastly,the tubed pattern skin flap was cut off and open,the remaining facial scar was removed,and the wound was covered and sewed up with the sectioned tubed pattern skin flap.Results The facial scar 35 patients were repaired with tubed pattern skin flap from the cervical cutaneous branch of transverse cervical artery.The survival rate of flap was 100％.Twenty patients received thinning and shaping on flaps in 0.5 to 1 year after surgery.All patients were satisfied with this repair within 1 ～ 5 year follow-up.Conclusions The tubed pattern skin flap in the cervical cutaneous branch of transverse cervical artery is of highly similar to the facial skin.In addition,the supply of the skin is enough.Therefore,it is an ideal flap to repair large facial skin defects.

After a brief description of the background and present situation of knowledge service in domestic college and university libraries,the knowledge service model,knowledge service team framework and main knowledge service contents were analyzed with the practice and experiences of knowledge service in our library introduced.

Objective To study the role of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) in the prognosis of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in mice. Methods One hundred and twenty clean male Kunming mice were randomly ( random number) divided into normal saline control group (n =15),MODS model control group (n =15) and MODS + rhEGF treatment group (n =90).The MODS models were made by using Caballero ME method with thioacetamide (TAA) 2000 mg/kg injected intraperitoneally to establish monophasic rapid onset pattern of MODS model in mice.MODS + rhEGF treatment group was further randomly divided into two subgroups,namely intraperitoneal injection group (n =45 ) and subcutaneous injection group (n =45 ).Each subgroup was divided again into three small subgroups (n =15) as per different doses of rhEGF used,namely 10 μg/kg,30 μg/kg and 50 μg/kg.Within 24 hours after modeling,the respiration,body weight,food eaten and general physical changes were observed.Mortality was calculated 24 hours after modeling.After the animals sacrificed,the tissues of viscus including liver,kidney,heart,brain,lung,spleen,pancreas,intestine and stomach were collected immediately.The histological changes of visceral tissues were studied by using hematoxylin -eosin staining under the light microscope.All the experimental data were presented in,and body weight changes were compared using t-test,and after different routes of administration with different doses of rhEGF used in MODS,the mice body weight changes were analysed by using the Dunnett method,and the mortalities of mice were compared by using Fisher exact test,and P ＜ 0.05 was considered statistically significant difference. Results There was no significant difference in mortality betweeu mice in rhEGF subcutaneous administration group and MODS model control group (P ＞ 0.05 ),but the total mortality of hrEGF MODS intraperitoneal administration group (6.7％ in dose of 50 μg/kg and 20％ in dose of 30 μg/kg) was significantly lower than that of MODS model control group (73.3％) ( P ＜ 0.05 ) and the mortality of mice treated with intraperitoneal 50μg/kg rhEGF (6.7％ ) was lower than that treated with 10μg/kg rhEGF (P=0.014).The mortality of mice in rhEGF MODS (50 μg/kg ) intraperitoneal administration group was significantly lower than that in subcutaneous administration group (40％) (P =0.031 ), The histopathological changes in rhEGF MODS treatment group were not as remarkable as seen in mice of control group.The histopathological changes were dose - dependent.The higher doses of rhEGF,the lesser hepatic congestion,liver cell apoptosis,hepatic cell cloudy swelling and cell vacuolization.Similarly,as RhEGF dosage increased,pulmonary interstitial congestion,inflammatory cells and apoptotic bodies reduced,and bronchial ciliated columnar epithelium less shed.Conclusions RhEGF plays a positive role in repairement of tissue damage in TAA - induced MODS murine model.The rhEGF given by intraperitoneal route of administration is more effective to reduce the 24 h mortality of MODS mice than that by subcutaneous route.

Objective To investigate the effect of meisoindigo inducing primary K562 cell apoptosis and its influence on the expression of conduction signal STAT5.Methods K562 cell was treated with meisoindigo for 12 h、24 h、48 h respectively.Flow cytometry was used to detect cell apoptosis and cell cycle,and Western blot was employed to examine the alteration of the expression of STAT5.Results ①The rate of K562 cell apoptosis treated with meisoindigo for 12 h、24 h、and 48 h was 12.5 ± 0.69,19.4± 1.07 and 42.5 ± 3.22,showing statistical significance compared with the control group (P＜0.05).②Meisoindigo could block K562 cell at the S stage,the ratio of S stage cell was increased to 70.48±6.34 with the decrease of cells at G0/G1 and G2/M stage.③Gradually reduced expression of STAT5 showed after K562 cells treated with meisoindigo from 12h to 48h.Conclusion Meisoindigo accelerrates the apoptosis of K562 cell and the mechanism may relevant to the decreased expression of STAT5.

Objective To investigate the effect of vascular tortuosity and bending radius on the new type knitting stents (LVIS stent ) releasing on the cavernous sinus segment of internal carotid artery. Methods From December 2015 to January 2016,31 consecutive patients with wide-neckedaneurysm treated with LVIS stents and the proximal end of the stent released in the cavernous segment at the Department of Neurosurgery,Changhai Hospital,the Second Military Medical University were enrolled. According to whether the stents completely adhered to the walls or not after the first release,they were divided into two groups:a satisfactorily release group (n =23 )or an unsatisfactorily release group (n =8 ). The differences of vascular tortuosity and bending radius of the 2 groups were compared.Results Thevascular tortuosities of the satisfactorily release group and the unsatisfactorily release group were 118° ± 23° and 147° ± 19° respectively. There was significant difference (P=0. 028). The vascular bending radii were 3. 4 ± 0. 7 mm and 2. 8 ± 0. 7 mm respectively. There was significant difference (P=0. 042). The mean vascular tortuosity was larger and the mean vascular bending radius was smaller in the unsatisfactorily release group. Conclusions The greater the vascular tortuosity,the smaller the vascular bending radius may be connected with the unsatisfactorily release in the LVIS stent. The evaluation of vascular tortuosity is conductive to the guidance of the stent release technique before stent implantation.

Objective To explore the analgesic effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in epidural anesthesia on walk on painless labor.Methods 134 cases of maternal pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into two groups.61 cases were treated with conventional delivery,73 cases in the experiment group were treated with walk on painless labor.The visual analogue scale and improved Bromage classification score were compared at the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor.Results Compared with the control group,the rate of cesarean section was higher(P<0.05),The visual analogue scale was higher at the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor,the duration of labor were lower at the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the motor nerve block.Conclusion Ambulatory labor analgesia on maternal effect significantly,can significantly reduce the pain degree of maternal birth process and deliverry time,postpartum less complications.

Objective Re Du Ning Injection (RDN), a Chinese materia medica injection, is made from the extracts of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, Gardeniae Fructus, and Artemisiae Annuae Herba. Since last decade, RDN has been widely used in China for the treatment of viral infection, fever, and inflammation. To assess the potential interacting of RDN with co-administered drugs, the inhibitory effects of RDN on the enzyme activities (CYP1A1, CYP1A2, CYP2C11, CYP2D1, and CYP3A1/2) of rat liver microsomes were investigated by a cocktail method. Methods A sensitive and specific LC-MS method capable of simultaneous quantification of five metabolites in rat liver microsomes was developed and validated. Then RDN (0.625%–1.0%) was incubated with rat liver microsomes and specific substrates. The enzyme activities were expressed as the formation rate of the specific metabolites of the substrates (pmol · mg · protein−1 · min−1). Results RDN competitively inhibited the activities of CYP1A2 and CYP2C11, with inhibition constant (Ki) values determined to be 0.18% and 0.63%, respectively. RDN exhibited the mixed inhibition on the activity of CYP2D1, with a Ki value of 0.15%. The activities of CYP1A1 and CYP3A1/2 were not markedly inhibited even by 1.0% RDN. Conclusion RDN could inhibit the rat enzyme activities of CYP1A2, 2C11, and 2D1 in vitro with different inhibition modes, which is worthy of promoting safety and efficacy of RDN.

Objective To assess the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound guided puncture in peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). Methods Thirty-two patients needed long-term intravenous infusion underwent PICC. Color Doppler ultrasound was used to select the puncture vascular,the best puncture point and angle, and the entire process was monitored and guided dynamically, and the initial position of the catheter tip was located. Results Color Doppler ultrasound-guided puncture was successful in all 32 patients, and the successful rate was 100%. The guided puncture time was 22 s to 19 min, and the first puncture succeeded in 30 patients (93.75%). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound-guided puncture in PICC can obviously raise the success rate of puncture, shorten puncture time and reduce the complications. It is an easy, safe and certain method.
