Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
Epilepsy is a common nervous system disease, with a morbidity of 4.8‰-11.2‰,so there has been about 50 million patients globally.Drug treatment is a major mean to treat epileptic patients.Recently, researches illustrated that cellular immunity disorder and humoral immunity disorder were coexist in epleptic patients, but there was no consensus on whether it was induced by anti-epileptic drugs(AEDs) or epilepsy itself up to now. This article is aimed to explain the impact of AEDs on immunity through review recent literature internal and abroad.

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine of replenishing the liver and kidney on the concentration of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in hippocampus and the expression of tryptophan hydroxylase 2 (TPH2)in median raphe nuclei in perimenopausal depression model rats and to explore its mechanism. Methods The animal model was established by resecting the ovaries of female rats, then giving isolation-housing in combination with 21 days of chronic unexpected mild stress(CUMS).High performance liquid chromatogram-electrochemical detection(HPLC-ECD)were employed to measure 5-HT in hippocampus, the hemi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and fluorescence immunohistochemistry were employed to detect the relative expression of TPH2 mRNA and number of TPH2 immunoreactive neurons in median raphe nuclei. Results The concentration of 5-HT in hippocampus was increased in rats of the medicine group compared with that in the model group((2543.06±859.59)ng/g tissue,(1845.81±233.55)ng/g tissue,F=9.617,P>0.05).RT-PCR showed that the relative expression of TPH2 mRNA in medicine group was much higher than that in model group ((1.282±0.158),(0.985±0.120),F=3.552,P<0.05).Immunofluorescence showed that the number of TPH2 immunoreaetive neurons in raphe nuclei had statistical significance between medicine group and model group ((152.74±68.52),(74.12±38.01),F=7.939,P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese medicine replenishing liver and kidney have effects of improving perimenopausal depression, increasing the expression of TPH2 in median raphe nuclei, which leads to enhance the synthesis of 5-HT in hippocampus might be one of its mechanisms.

Objective To explore the traits of error-related negativity (ERN) in generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) patients. Methods Thirty GAD patients and thirty normal controls were enrolled in this study. Use the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory to assess the severity of symptoms. Error-related negativity was elicited by the modified Eriksen Flanker task, recorded by Brain Products' EEG/ERP recording system, and the EEG signals were analyzed off line by Brain Analyzer software. Results There were no significant differences between two groups at age, gender composition, handedness and education (P > 0.05 ), the scores of HAMA, SAI and TAI were significantly higher in GAD group than NC group( t = 8.225, P < 0.001; t = 4.093, P <0.001; t = 6.742, P < 0.001 ) ,there were no significant difference in behavioral reactions between two groups (P >0.05) except for non-response rate(GAD:(15.29 ± 18.18)% ,NC:(7.23 ±7.99)%; t=2.184, P=0.035).The ERN amplitudes of GAD group were larger than these of NC group( FCz: GAD: ( -8.76 ±5.74) μV,NC:( -6.91 ± 3.07 )μV, F = 6.924, P = 0.012), yet the ERN latency did not show any significant group difference. There were no significant correlations between HAMA scores and ERN amplitudes/latencies. Conclusion The increased amplitudes of ERN possibly reflect the abnormally activated internal error monitoring process in GAD patients.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(12):-
With the constant deepening of the reform in the health system and the further development of community healthcare services in China, the status and functions of outpatient emergency treatment in hospitals have been put under challenge. Judging from the actual conditions of current China, outpatient emergency treatment in hospitals still occupies a decisive position. It is imperative to transform its functions, enhance pre hospital emergency treatment, supervision of critical cases and healthcare of the general population, broaden programs of medical services, expand channels of economic benefits, and actively adapt to the development in the reform of community healthcare services.

Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
A highly phytase-producing strain B.licheniformis LL8 was obtained by several mutagenesis of UV with B.licheniformis as starting strain. The new strain produced about two folds of phytase activity as compared with the starting strain. The production performance of the strain was stable. The cultivation conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment. When the mutant B.licheniformis LL8 was cultivated at 55℃, initial pH 7.5 with the inoculation size of 10% for 30h in WBE medUm, the phytase activity was up to 2268.4U/mL.

Objective To establish a convenient, fast, economic and hypersensitive low-density DNA array method to detect the genotypes of human papillomavirus (HPV) and evaluate its application in clinic services. Methods HPV in cervical swab samples from 355 suspected female patients collected in gynaecology and obstetrics clinic were genotyped by hybrid capture (HC) II method and low-density DNA array simultaneously. HPV in 730 clinic samples from the area of Pearl River delta were genotyped by low-density DNA array. Results Among 355 suspected samples positive HPV-DNA were detectable in 211 (59.4%) samples by DNA array and 222 (62.5%) samples by HCII method. The concordance rate between the two assays was 94.1%. In the HPV genotypes 15 high-risk type and 5 low-risk type were detected by low-density DNA array. The most common high-risk types were HPV-16, 52, 58 and 56. The peak age of HPV infection was 26-30 years. The distribution of genotypes was different from various degree of cervical changes. Conclusion Either single type or multiple type of HPV infection can be detected by low-density DNA array. The combination of HPV detection with cytology detection will provide instruction for cervical cancer screening.

ObjectiveTo observe the influence of rehabilitation training on heart rate of stroke patients in the early stage.MethodsThe heart rate (HR) of 30 patients within one week after the onset of stroke was evaluated by FUKUDA DS 880A teleelectrocardiograph and the rating of perceived exertion (RPE) was collected during practicing bridging, rolling and moving the arms.ResultsThe HR of 30 patients was only increased 7.57, 6.23 and 6.57 beats per minute during practicing bridging, rolling and moving the arms. RPE of all patients was less than 11.ConclusionAppropriate rehabilitation training is safety and unable to increase the loading of heart in the early stage after the onset of stroke.
