Objective To study the morphological structure and the hemodynamics of peribiliary vascular plexus(PVP) of hepatic portal bile duct in rat in vivo,so as to provide an experimental method and accumulate data for further study on the bile duct complications occuring after liver transplantation, operations for bile duct stenosis and other hepatobiliary diseases. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups: the control group and the ink-injection group(n=20),microcirculation laser scan confocal microscopy was used to observe the morphological structure and the hemodynamic features of PVP on rat′s hepatic portal bile duct after the bile duct was stained with indocyanine green and the hepatic artery was perfused with ink. Results Morphologically it was showed that PVP were comprised of three layers: the spatial structure of PVP appeared dentriform from outer layer to intermediate layer, and then transformed into a network from intermediate layer to inner layer. The outer layer vessels seemed to be dendritic and located within the ductal wall at 0-60?m scanning from the adventitia, and the branches appeared sparse and straight. The diameter of artery and vein was very different. The vessels of intermediate layer showed as an intricate network and located within the ductal wall in the depth of 40-80?m,and the ranification was rich and tortuous.Inner layer vessels adjacent to the intima appeared to be a plenus in hexagons with 120? intersect angles and uniform diameter.Hemodynamics showed that the flow rate in the artery was higher than that in the vein of PVP.Conclusion The technique, employing microcirculation laser scan confocalmicroscopy,to observe the morphological structure and the hemodynamic features of PVP,may reveal the morphological structure and hemodynamic features limpidly, both macroscopically and dynamically. It can be used as an important tool for the study of bile duct complications after liver transplantation, bile duct stenosis or other hepatobiliary diseases.

Objective To study the effect of autonomic nerve activity on emotion experience. Methods 71 healthy males were asked to see a neutral film STICK and conduct a computer game, then evaluated emotion experience. All participants were recorded skip temperature, skin conduction, heart rate,LF and HF during baseline and game periods. Results (1) There was significant difference in fear experience among high, middle and low synchronous groups (2.64 ± 2.05,2.50 ± 2.01,4.46 ± 2.41; P< 0.01),and low synchronous group was significantly higher than high synchronous group (P < 0.01).The main effects of three periods were significant in basis of three response types of autonomic nerve activity(skin conduction:F(2.68) =76.083,P<0.01; heart rate:F(2.68) =71.692,P < 0.01),and skip temperature, skin conduction and heart rate were no significant difference among three response types.Types and periods had no significant interaction.(2) Different response modes of autonomic nervous system has different distributions in high fear and low fear groups (x2 =9.763,P < 0.01).Skip temperature, skin conduction and heart rate were no significant difference between high fear group and low fear group. Conclusion The modes of autonomic nervous system have an effect on intensity of fear experience, but not the same in skip temperature, skin conduction and heart rate.

50 years). The values of ADC,FA,?_1,?_2 and ?_3 in putamen and globus pallidus were calculated after diffusion tensor scanning, and then analyzed the differences between the two tissues. The differences of ADC,FA,?_1,?_2 and ?_3 values among age groups were analyzed by using analysis of variance(ANOVA),and their relationship with age were accessed by using Pearson correlation. Results Between the correspondent age groups, the ADC value was higher in the putamen[(6.68?0.40)?10~(-4),(6.47?0.36)?10~(-4),(6.44?0.34)?10~(-4)mm~2/s]than that in the golbus pallidus[(6.13?0.50)?10~(-4),(6.05?0.33?10~(-4),(6.05?0.52)?10~(-4)mm~2/s],and the value of FA in the putamen(0.20?0.03,0.23?0.03,0.25?0.03)was lower than that in the globus pallidus(0.35?0.03,0.36?0.03,0.37?0.04).ANOVA analysis of the FA value among age groups revealed there were significant differences in the putamen(F=10.082,P=0.000),and the same analysis of eigenvalue ?_3 in the putamen also showed significant differences(F=5.675,P=0.005).The FA value in the putamen was significantly elevated with aging(r=0.555,P

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the relationship between the expression changes of cytokines, interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), and the wound time following explosive injury to rabbit's chest.
METHODS:
The rabbit's model of explosive injury was established. The expression levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-alpha in the plasma were detected by ELISA method at different wound time (0.5-12h).
RESULTS:
The level of IL-6 increased at 3h after wounding and reached peak at 6 h. The level of IL-8 increased at 1 h and reached peak at 6 h. The level of TNF-alpha increased at 0.5 h and reached peak at 3 h.
CONCLUSION
IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-alpha have a time-related expression after explosive injury.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2010;16(2):125-128
Objective To compare the cognitive function of type 2 diabetic cases with diabetic microangiopathy and that of type 2 diabetic cases without diabetic micro- angiopathy, to provide evidence for clinical instruction. Methods There were 20 type 2 diabetic cases with diabetic micro-angiopathy and 23 type 2 diabetic cases without diabetic micro-angiopathy. The cognitive function were evaluated by the scores of MMSE, vocabulary learning, vocabulary memory, vocabulary recognition, visual memory, thought judgment, spatial skill, verbal fluency, construction speed and spatial executive function. Results The scores of MMSE and thought judgment ability in type 2 diabetic cases with diabetic micro-angiopathy were significantly lower than that in normal control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusions There was cognitive functions impair in type 2 diabetic cases with diabetic micro-angiopathy group, The corresponsive nursing strategy must be carried out.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the screening for consecutive patient population with suspected Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAD) by noninvasive 64-slice computed tomographic coronary angiography.
METHODS2082 consecutive symptomatic subjects (1218 males, 868 female, with, mean age of 58.2 years old) with suspected CAD underwent MSCT studies. And 218 patients underwent coronary angiography within 7 days. Invasive coronary angiography was taken as golden standard for calculations of diagnostic accuracy.
RESULTSOf 2082 subjects, 2063 (99.1%) were assessable, the mean examination duration was 4 minutes. Compared with CAG, the sensitivity of CTA to diagnose significant stenosis was 97.4%, specificity 90.1%, positive predictive value (PPV) 91.8% and negative predictive value (NPV) 96.8%.
CONCLUSIONSixty-four-MSCT is accurate, convenient, noninvasive, safe means to coronary angiography with economic benefit. Thus, it can be considered as a valuable noninvasive screening technique.
