Objective To study on ERCP findings correlating with tumor size and staging of pancre- atic cancer(PC).Methods We selected 35 patients with PC who were identified by surgery and/or pathol- ogy and had undergone ERCP with clear imaging findings. The lengths of pancreatic duct and common bile duct stricture as well as the diameter of upstream dilated pancreatic or bile duct were measured on ERCP films. The ralationship among ERCP findings and tumor size and JPS T-stage of PC were analysed by correla- tion analysis. Results Of the 35 patients with PC,ERCP showed the pancreatic duct stricture in 25 and cut- off of pancreatic duct in 10(7 of them, the lesion lengths were revealed after a guide wire advanced beyond the obstructive site)and common bile duct stricture in 31.The correlation coefficients between tumor size and lengths of pancreatic duct or common bile duct stricture were 0.709(P=0.0001)and 0.540(P=0.0053) respectively. The correlation coefficient between JPS T-stage and lengths of pancreatic duct stricture was 0.514(P=0.0052).Conclusion The length of pancreatic duct stricture in ERCP was positively correlated with the tumor size and staging of PC.But it is not consistent when the length of stricture is rather short. The lengths of bile duct stricture also have some effects on predicting the tumor size of pancreatic head cancer.

Objective To establish a method of reverse hybridization to detect five subfamilies of low risk Human Papillomaviruses(HPV6,11,42,43 and 44)and eighteen subfamilies of high risk HPV (HPV16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,53,56,58,59,66,68,73,83 and MM4)in one reaction. Methods Special probes for twenty-three HPV subfamilies were fixed on nylon membrane bars, biotin labeled general primers mediated polymerase chain reaction(GP-PCR)were applied in HPV DNA amplification.PCR amplified DNA fragments were reversely hybridized with special probes that were fixed on the membranes. All samples(136)detected by reverse hybridization method were paralleled with the methods of Hybridization Capture Ⅱ(HC-Ⅱ)and sequencing. Results Positive rate of the 136 samples detected by reverse hybridization was 41.9%,while HC-Ⅱ 42.6% and sequencing 40.4%.Reverse hybridization detection indicated coherence with the other two methods(Kappa 0.8644 and 0.9089,respectively).While sequencing was lab standard for DNA test, the sensitivity was 96.36%,specificity was 95.06%,accuracy was 95.59%.Conclusions Method of reverse hybridization is adaptable to 23 kinds of HPV subfamilies, which can confirm the exactly subfamilies of HPV infection. This method is adaptable in clinical detection of HPV,with high sensitivity, high specificity, simply and convenient operation and the results are easily to be read.

Abstract: Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of bacteria in clinical blood culture specimens in Ningxia in recent years, and to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of bloodstream infection diseases. Methods The blood culture isolation bacteria and drug resistance of Ningxia bacterial resistance monitoring network hospitals from 2018 to 2020 were statistically analyzed by WHONET5.6 software. Results In the past three years, a total of 6 757 strains of bacteria were isolated from blood samples, including 3 697 strains (54.7%) of gram-negative bacteria and 3 060 (45.3%) of gram-positive bacteria. Among the gram-negative bacteria, Escherichia coli (2 074 strains,30.7%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (696 strains), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (139 strains), and Acinetobacter baumannii (121 strains). Among the gram-positive bacteria, coagulase-negative Staphylococcus (1 691 strains,25.0%), Staphylococcus aureus (442 strains), Streptococcus spp. (431 strains), Enterococcus spp. (379 strains). Resistance to Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae was 56.6% and 22.6% against third-generation cephalosporins, and resistance to carbapenems was 1.0% and 3.7%, respectively. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii were resistant to carbapenems at 9.0%(12/139) and 80.7%(71/121). Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) was detected at 26.8%, methicillin-resistant coagulase-negative Staphylococcus was detected at 70%, and no Staphylococcus bacteria resistant to vancomycin and linezolid were found. For three years, only 1 strain of vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecalis was detected, and no linezolid-resistant Staphylococcus and Enterococcus were detected. Conclusions Ningxia clinical blood specimen isolates of Escherichia coli, coagulase-negative Staphylococcus, and Klebsiella pneumoniae are more common. Among them, the resistance rate of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to the third generation of cephalosporins is relatively stable, and the resistance rate to carbapenems is low. Acinetobacter baumannii is highly resistant to carbapenems, and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus detection rates are on the rise and should be closely monitored.

In recent years, root rot diseases of Chinese herbal medicine have been posing grave threat to the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry. This article presents a review on the occurring situation of the root rot disease, including the occurrence of the disease, the diversity of the pathogens, the regional difference in dominant pathogens, and the complexity of symptoms and a survey of the progress in bio-control of the disease using antagonistic microorganisms. The paper also discusses the existing problems and future prospects in the research.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the relationship between degree of abnormal deeper lateral femoral notch between anterior cruciate ligament tear.
METHODSThe radiograph and MRI image material of 16 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury from January 2013 to November 2013 were reviewed including 14 males and 2 females with an average age of 28.3 years old ranging from 18 to 52 years. Eleven cases was on right side and 5 on left. Survey tool of PASC imaging system was used to measure the depth of lateral femoral notch in patients with abnormal indicated by lateral X-ray view or sagittal view of MRI in knee joint, while clinical data, physical examination, image material in arthroscopy of these patients were retrospective researched.
RESULTSFour patients had an abnormal lateral femoral notch with the depth of 2 mm on lateral X-ray and sagittal MRI, while positive anterior drawer sign and Lachman test as well as anterior cruciate ligament tears on MRI, and completed tears were comfirmed on the operation of arthroscopy. Two patients without abnomal lateral femoral notch on lateral view of X-ray while with the depth of 1 mm on sagittal view of MRI were also coupled with positive anterior drawer sign and Lachman test as well as anterior cruciate ligament tears on MRI, and one of them were comfirmed completed anterior cruciate ligament tears on the arthroscopy operation and completed tear could not comfirmed on another one because of disagreed with arthroscopy operation.
CONCLUSIONThere appears to be an association between abnormal lateral femoral notch on lateral view of knee with anterior cruciate ligament tears. An abnormal deeper lateral femoral notch is an indirect evidence for anterior cruciate ligament tears.
