extraction time. The extraction of total flavonoids in health food was the highest under the situations of ethanol concentration 60%,solid-to-liquid ratio 1:20 and ultrasonic time 20 min.The average value was 5.370 mg.The linear range of total flavonoids was between 1.0-40 ?g/ml while the regression equation is y=0.003 3x-0.010 9,correlation coefficient was 0.999 5 and detection limit was 1.0 ?g/ml.The standard addition recovery rates of this method were 95%-104%(n=3),RSD was 1.717%(n=5).Conclusion Under the optimum situation, this method has high precision and accuracy while the blank is low and stable as well.It is applicable to the detection of total flavonoids in health food and some other foods.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(2):130-133
Because of spine structure and location importantance, spine artificial surgery is not only high-risk but also require proficiency of doctors. Image navigation system for spinal surgery could reduce risk and postoperative complications, and spinal image segmentation and registration methods are the key steps. This paper summarized spinal image segmentation and registration methods. Based on analysis of existing methods, we pointed out the shortcoming in the field, thus forecasts future development.

Currently praziquantel is one of the major drugs used in treatment of schistosomiasis and other trematode infections.Recent experimental studies indicate that a new anthelmintic, tribendimidine,is used in the treatment of intestinal nematodes, also possesses effect against several species of trematodes including Clonorchis sinensis,Opisthorchis viverrini and Echinostoma caproni.Tribendimidine is even more effective against C.sinensis in rats that a single 300 mg/kg oral dose cures almost all of the animals treated,a lower cure dose than praziquantel(375-500 mg/kg).The anti-malarial drugs artemether and artesunate are not only effective in the prevention of schistosomiasis, but also effective against several species of trematodes, especially C.sinensis.The single oral dose of both drugs to cure or achieve high efficacy in infected rats is 75 mg/kg.This review summarized research progress on tribendimidine, artesunate, and artemether in experimental animals infected with C.sinensis and other species of trematodes.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;(2):156-158
The measurement of pressure between tongue and the hard palate during swallowing is an evaluation method which is noninvasive and accurately quantitative. This article reviewed the measurement of tongue pressure, the changes of pressure in different poses, bolus types and people, as well as the prediction of dysphagia according to tongue pressure.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2014;34(12):1413-1416
Acupuncture clinical trials are designed to provide reliable evidence of clinical efficacy, and SCI papers is one of the high-quality clinical efficacy of acupuncture research. To analyze these papers published in high impact factor journals on acupuncture clinical trials, we can study clinical trials from design to implementation, the efficacy of prevention and cure, combined with international standard practices to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture. That is the core of acupuncture clinical trials, as well as a prerequisite for outstanding academic output. A scientific and complete acupuncture clinical trial should be topically novel, designed innovative, logically clear, linguistically refining, and the most important point lies in a great discovery and solving the pragmatic problem. All of these are critical points of papers to be published in high impact factor journal, and directly affect international evaluation and promotion of acupuncture.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(2):58-60
Recurrent low back pain and reflex sciatica of lower limbs are the two leading symptoms of prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc, which can be confirmed in the history, symptoms, signs and imaging examination such as CT scan and MRI. It should be differentiated from those conditions characterized by lumbago and/or possible sciatica. Tuina was performed mostly on the Bladder Meridian,Gallbladder Meridian and Governor Vessel, as well as their acupoints such as Jiaji (Ex-B 2) points,Shenshu (BL 23), Dachangshu (BL 25), Yaoyangguan (GV 3), Huantiao (GB 30), Weizhong (BL 40),Chengshan (BL 57), Yanglingquan (GB 34) and Ashi points. Thumb-massaging manipulation, rolling manipulation, pulling manipulation, pressing manipulation, kneading manipulation and grasping manipulation are often performed.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(29):-
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the drug use in outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital.METHODS: A total of 12 000 prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments in 2006 were randomly sampled for the analysis of drug use.RESULTS: 43% of the drugs were used singly and 13% were combined use of 4 or more than 4 drugs.Oral administration and intravenous injection were the leading routes of administration.3.10% of the prescriptions were irrational in dosage, repeated drug use, dosage regimen, use of dissolvants, drug combination, and drug choice etc.CONCLUSION: The drug use in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital were rational basically, yet there are still some problems remains to be tackled.Great importance should be attached to the prescription check.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(21):3090-3091
Objective To investigate the serum and urine levels of neutrophil gelatinase‐associated lipocalin(NGAL) in patients with primary hypertension and related clinical significance .Methods A total of 107 patients with primary hypertension and 100 healthy subjects were enrolled ,and detected for serum and urine levels of NGAL and urinary micro‐albumin .Results Serum and u‐rine levels of NGAL in hypertension patients were (1 .98 ± 1 .49) and (1 .29 ± 0 .54)μg/L ,higher than the (0 .69 ± 1 .02) and (0 .55 ± 0 .35)μg/L in healthy subjects(P< 0 .05) .Urinary micro‐albumin level in hypertension patients was also higher than healthy subjects (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Serum and urine levels of NGAL in patients with primary hypertension could be signifi‐cantly increased ,which might be with important clinical significance in diagnosis ,treatment and prognosis of hypertensive nephropa‐thy .
