To study the cellular pathophysiological change in kidney IMCD cell under respiratory acid base disorders. 3% or 10% CO 2 was used to initiate chronic respiratory alkalosis(ALG) or chronic respiratory acidosis(ACG) of cultured rabbit IMCD cell. 5% CO 2 was used in control group(CG). Fluorescent probe was used to measure H + /K + exchange function of these cells. In situ hybridization and RT PCR were used to measure cH K ATPase mRNA expression of these cells. The results showed that H + /K + exchange in ACG was significantly higher than that in CG ( P 0 05). It is suggested that chronic respiratory acidosis could induce an increase in H + /K + exchange function and cH K ATPase mRNA expression. However, chronic respiratory alkalosis could induce decreases in H + /K + exchange function and cH K ATPase mRNA expression with no statistical significance, the reason of which calls for further study.

Objective To investigate the application of computer radiography system in combination with high kV radiography technique to diagnose cardiac disease. Methods 30 patients with cardiac disease were taken chest photographs, which chest photographs by CR system and high kV radiography technique were compared with these by common high kV radiography. Results The good rate of air tube occupied is 98% in therapy group, but the rate is only 70% in common group. The discrepant comparison is significant differences. Conclusion It is more significant that CR system in combination with high kV radiography technique than common photograph to diagnose cardiac disease.

Objective To observe anomalous genotypes of 4 multi-copy RM Y-STRs in Han population in Hubei province. Methods 252 unrelated male samples were ampliifed using reported and newly designed primers, then detected and analyzed by AB 3130 genetic analyzer. Results A total of 25 anomalous multi-band patterns were observed in 20 samples corresponding to an incident rate of 7.94%. 5 anomalous genotypes were observed in DYF387S1 locus, 15 in DYF399S1, 1 in DYF403S1 and 4 in DYF404S1. Four samples showed extra alleles in more than one locus. Conclusion Anomalous genotype has high incident rates in RM Y-STR markers and requires extensive attention in forensic practice.

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)is one of the most common comorbidities of ASD.This article reviews the assessment tools and clinical research (prevalence, clinical characteristics and treat-ment)and fundamental research (iconography, genetics, neurophychology, electronerophysiology)of ASD with ADHD according to lately related articles. The findings suggested that there was lack of researches on treatment and iconography of ASD with ADHD and the conclusions were inconformity.Furthermore, most of the objects in these researches were children of normal intelligence. Thus future research should expand its objects to patients of adult and children with mental retardation and do further explore in iconography and treatment.

Objective To establish a method for determination of 2-chloroacetamide in cosmetics. Methods The gas chromatography method had been developed for determination of 2-chloroacetamide in cosmetics. Samples were solved with ethanol treated with ultrasonic homogenization centrifuge separated by HP-INNWax column determined by FID. Results The 2-chloroacetamide concentration had a better linear range in the range of 0.0-10.0 mg/ml. The minimum detection limit was below 0.01 ?g. The relative standard deviation was less than 5.6% and the recovery rates were 90%-100% respectively. Conclusion This method is simple fast and sensitive.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2011;17(25):3019-3022
Objective To research the effect of individual psychological and action factor intervention on blood pressure of resistant hypertension. Methods There are 120 resistant hypertension patients selected in the hospital, according to hospital admission number, they were graded into control group and experimental group randomly. The control group accept the a common nurse intervene, the experimental group accept the individuation nurse intervene mentality action factor, and other therapies were the same in two groups.Compare blood pressure level before and after nurse intervene and after discharge in two groups. Results Before the intervertion, the blood pressure level was no significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05 ).After the intervention and after discharge,MAP were respectively ( 108.00 ±0.8),( 106.00 ±0.7) mm Hg in experimental group, lower than in control group ( 125.33 ± 0.9),( 120.00 ± 0.8 ) mm Hg ( t =108.31,116.67 ;P <0.05) ; SBP and DBP in two groups ater the intervention and after discharge there were significant difference (P < 0.05 ).Conclusions The individuation nurse intervene mentality action factor can efficacious correct badness mentality action factor of resistant hypertension, improve control rate of high blood pressure.and help patients get well, recede rate of deformity and death in cordis and vasculardisease.

To develop a LC-MS/MS method for the determination of five kinds of trace ginkgolic acids in diterpene ginkgolides meglumine injection materials, the column was Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse plus C18 (3.0 mm x 50 mm, 1.8 µm), and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (containing 0.2% formic acid) (95:5) at a flow rate of 0.5 mL · min(-1). The multiple reaction ion monitoring (MRM) with an ESI interface in the negative ion mode was selected. The results showed that the linear ranges of five kinds of ginkgolic acids were in the range of 0.2-36.0 µg · L(-1) (r ≥ 0.999 5). The lowest limit of quantification (LOQ) of ginkgo acid C13: 0, C15:1, C17:2, C15:0 and C17:1 were 0.18, 0.18, 0.21, 0.10 and 0.20 µg · L(-1), respectively. The average recovery was between 73.28% and 87.56%, and the average content of total ginkgolic acids in three batches of samples was in the range of 0.023-0.028 µg · g(-1), which was much lower than 2 µg · g(-1) prescribed in drug registration standards. This method is simple and rapid with high sensitivity, which can be used for the determination of five kinds of trace ginkgolic acids in diterpene ginkgolides meglumine injection materials.
