The notational DSA was first proposed for the application as a managing tool of neuronradiology in the early 70's of 20th centery.Later on,three dimensional image reconstruction(3D DSA) was aquired along with the progressing development of technique and equipment devices. As a rather practical instrument,it has been utilized successfully in the diagnosis and management of head and neck vascular disorders, and abdominal parenchymal diseases during recent years. We comprehensively intoduce the application of rotational DSA for the diagnosis and management in hepatic diseases.
4.Effect of Astragaloside on Expression of Nerve Growth Factor in Myocardium with Viral Myocarditis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the effect of astragaloside, one of the active components of astragalus membranaceus,on myocardial nerve growth factor(NGF)expression in murine myocarditis model with coxsackievirus B(CVB_3).Methods One hundred Balb/c mice were randomly divided into 6 groups.Group A [n=10,treated with carboxymethylcellulose(CMC) 0.1 mL,ig,for 1 week] were served as normal controls group and group B(n=10,treated with 9% astragaloside 0.1 mL,ig,for 1 week)as high-dose control.Eighty infected mice treated with CMC and 1%,3%,9% astragaloside 0.1 mL,ig,for 1 week (n=20 in each group)were served as group C(myocarditic control group),D(low-dose intervention group),E(middle-dose intervention group),F(high-dose intervention group),respectively. The mice were killed and their hearts were removed after 14 days. The expression levels of NGF mRNA and protein in the myocardium were examined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Results The mortality was significantly reduced in 9% astragaloside treated infected mice that was 10%(2/20)vs 45%(9/20)in group C(P
5.32 sequela patients of ankle fracture treated with modulated medium frequency low frequency current hydroelectric bath
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(6):360-361
ObjectiveTo observe effects of modulated medium frequency low frequency current hydroelectric bath therapy on sequela of ankle fracture.Methods32 sequela patients of ankle fracture were treated with ZM-C type intellectual faculties intermediate frequency therapeutics instrument. Modulated medium frequency square all wave, the frequency of carry wave was 4 KHz,and the frequency of modulated wave was 100 Hz. The water temperature was 40℃. 30 minutes was a time,12 times was a course. Before and after treatment, results were contrasted themselves.ResultsAfter treatment,32 patients all got satisfactory effects, the shorter of the course, the better of the effect.ConclusionThe modulated medium frequency low frequency current hydroelectric bath therapy is a simple, safe and better effect method for sequela of ankle fracture.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(10):1240-1242
Objective To explore the establishment of peptide mapping database of Candida albicans ,laying the foundation for rapid diagnosis of Candida albicans infection .Methods 96 Candida albicans were collected clinically ,and its DNA was extracted . Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to amplify the ITS1-5 .8S-ITS2 gene fragments and restriction endonucleases were a-dopted to identify them .Surface enhanced laser desorption ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF-MS) instrument was applied to detect the Candida albicans peptide mapping ,and Ciphergen ProteinChip software was used to collect data automati-cally .The established peptide mapping database was verified by confirmed Candida .Results According to restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis ,96 strains were confirmed as Candida albicans .15 peptide peaks were captured by SELDI-TOF-MS chips .Five peptide peaks of them with stable expression were screened out ,and the similarity analysis software was used to estab-lish peptide mapping database of Candida albicans .More than 95% of similarity was found between peptide mapping of Candida albicans and established database ,while less than 50% was found between peptide mapping of other Candida species and database . Conclusion The establishment of peptide mapping database of Candida albicans provides a theoretical basis for the rapid diagnosis of Candida albicans infection .

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2005;13(6):921-923
Evidence has indicated that low doses of anti-tumor regimens can induce cell apoptosis in vitro, although different regimens induce apoptosis by different mechanism and pathway. In recent years, new tumor treatment strategy has been mainly focused on inducing tumor cell apoptosis. The present review discusses the advantages and disadvantages of inducing tumor cell apoptosis. The benefit of inducing apoptosis is not to cause inflammatory reaction, but as its disadvantage, it inhibits immune responses, and the phagocytosis of apopotic bodies may result in horizontal transfer of genes (including oncogenes and other oncogenic materials), which can be one of the causes of tumor relapse. This paper proposes that the tumor treatment strategy should be turn into promoting tumor cell necrosis and inducing anti-tumor immune responses.

OBJECTIVETo study the anti-immune inflammation efficacy and toxicity of Tripterygium wilfordii decoction, in order to provide experimental basis for studies on its "efficacy-toxicity" correlation.
METHODThe delayed hypersensitivity model was established by dinitrofluorobenzene in mice. Different doses of T. wilfordii decoction was administered for 5 consecutive days. The ear swelling inhibition ratio and the toxic action were observed. After the final administration, the biochemical indexes of PGE2, TNF-α, IL-2, ALT, AST, PA, TBA, TBIL in serum were detected, and the visceral indexes of heart, liver, spleen and kidney were measured.
RESULTThe DNFB-induced ear swelling could be notably inhibited by multiple oral administration of T. wilfordii decoction, with the ED50 and its 95% confidence limit of 0.34 (0.21-0.42) g x kg(-1). The contents of PGE2, TNF-α, IL-2 in serum decreased in a dose-dependent manner. The activities of serum AST, ALT, TBA, TBIL and the PA content reduced.
CONCLUSIONT. wilfordii decoction shows a significant anti-immune inflammation efficacy within the dosage range between 0.59 and 2.34 g x kg(-1) in a dose-dependent manner. With a certain hepatotoxicity, high dose (2.34-4.68 g x kg(-1)) of T. wilfordii decoction can cause substantial liver injury, with a dose dependence in liver function index. Therefore, the efficacy and toxicity of T. wilfordii is dose dependent, which provides reference for preventing adverse drug reactions in clinic and developing early-warning schemes and ensure the clinical medication safety of T. wilfordii.
