Objective To discuss the advance and experience of postoperative management in multivisceral transplantation(MVT).Methods Five patients with abdominal multiple organs malig- nances were subjected to multivisceral transplantation. The excised specimens included the liver,pan- creas, duodenum, stomach, spleen, mesentery and all of the involved lymph nodes. The transplanted organs were liver, pancreas, duodenum and parts of intestine.Patients were monitored and sustained stably in breath, hemodynamics and homoeostasis. The coagulation was also monitored and kept in balance. The intensive immunosuppressive protocol, including steroid, tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil and Zenapax, was used to prevent the acute rejection. The endocrine and exocrine of pancreas were tested, color Doppler examination was done every day,and Somatostatin was used to prevent pancreatitis.Drugs to bacteria, fungus and virus infection were prophylactically used. Results All patients waked up with 4-6 h after operation and began recovering with 3-7 days.Dynamic examina- tions revealed that the functions of grafted liver, pancreas and duodenum were satisfactory. No com- plications of acute rejection, pancreatitis, bleeding and thrombosis occurred. Conclusion Many ques- tions in postoperative management related to multivisceral transplantation are devoted to study.Nice experience of management to organ transplantation, detailed monitoring and prophylactically medica- tions are safeguards to steady recovering and further prognosis.

Autophagy is a crucial biological process in eukaryotes, which is involved in cell growth, survival and energy metabolism. It has been confirmed that autophagy mediates toxicity of anticancer drugs, especially in heart, liver and neuron. It is important to understand the function and mechanism of autophagy in anticancer drugs-induced toxicity. Given that autophagy is a double-edged sword in the maintenance of the function of heart, liver and neuron, the autophagy-mediated toxicity are very complicated in the body. We provide a review on the concept of autophagy and current status about autophagy-mediated toxicity of anticancer drugs. The knowledge is crucial in the basic study of anticancer drugs-induced toxicity, and provides some strategies for the development of alleviating the toxicity of anticancer drugs.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 2000;0(05):-
Objective To determine the content of gentiopicroside and to evaluate the quality of Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Gansu province. Methods The HPLC method was performed on Waters C18 column.Methanol-water(3 ∶7) were used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was at 1.0 mL?min-1 with the detection wavelength being 254 nm.Results For gentiopicroside, the linear range was 1.7352~17.3520 ?g and the average recovery was 97.06 %with RSD=2.5 %.Conclusion The content of gentiopicroside in all of the samples produced in Gansu province is higher than or approach to the standard for Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Objective To observe the effect of sling exercise therapy combined with acupuncture at Jiaji acupoints on balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods From October, 2013 to October, 2015, 40 hemiplegic stroke patients with balance dysfunction were randomized to control group and treatment group equally. Both groups accepted routine rehabilitation, while the treatment group com-bined with sling exercise therapy and acupuncture at Jiaji acupoints. They were assessed with Berg Balance Scale (BBS), 10-metre maxi-mum walking speed (10MWS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment of lower limbs (FMA-L) and modified Barthel Index (MBI) before and four weeks after treatment. Results The scores of BBS, FMA-L and MBI, and 10MWS improved in both groups (t>2.249, P<0.05), and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (t>2.954, P<0.01). Conclusion Sling exercise therapy combined with acupuncture at Jiaji acupoints can further improve the function of balance, walking and activities of daily living in stroke patients with hemiplegia.

Objective To investigate the expression of paired box2(Pax2),proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and cell apoptosis in steroid-sensitive and steroid-resistant groups with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS) and to find out the action of Pax2 expression in PNS with steroid-resistance.Method The expressions of Pax2,PCNA were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and cell apoptosis by fluorescence micoscope. Results Pax2 expression in renal tubule had a positive correlation with PCNA expression in steroid-sensitive group. In steroid-resistant group,Pax2 expression had no correlation with PCNA.Pax2 had a negative correlation with cell apoptosis. Conclusions Pax2 proper expression facilitate PCNA expression and repair tubulointerstitial lesions in steroid-sensitive group.Renal tubular epithelial cell proliferation coordinated with cell apoptosis.Pax2 overexpression in steroid-resistant group lead to the decrease of cell proliferation and cell apoptosis and lead to the severe tubule lesions, which made to glucocorticoid resistance.

[Objective]: To study the in-vitro anti-HBV activity of Bushen Jianpi Formula (BJF). [Methods] 2.2.15 cell strain was cultured in vitro to observe the effect of BJF on its secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg. [Results] After the addition of BJF for ten days, median toxic concentration of BJF was 37.80g/L, median inhibitory concentrations of HBsAg and HBeAg were 19.05g/L and 9.55g/L, and the therapeutic index was 1.98and 3.96. [Conclusion] It is suggested that BJF has an in-vitro inhibitory effect on the secretion of HBeAg.

OBJECTIVETo explore causes of shoulder pain and propose prevention measures in treating acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
METHODSFrom January 2005 to January 2013, 86 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation (Tossy III) were treated with hook plate fixation, and were divided into two groups. Bsaed on recovery of shoulder function mostly, the patients who suffered from rest pain, motion pain were named as shoulder pain group, while the patients without pain were named as painless group. In shoulder pain group, there were 21 cases including 15 males and and 6 females ranging the age from 22 to 62 years old with an average of (40.6±11.2) years old. There were 8 cases were on the left side and 13 cases were on the right side. In painless group, there were 65 cases including 36 males and and 29 females ranging the age from 19 to 65 years old with an average of (40.0±11.3) years old. There were 33 cases were on the left side and 32 cases were on the right side. The time from injury to operation ranged from 3 h to 8 d with an average of 34.6 h. Shoulder function of all patients were normal before injuried. Postoperative pain, activity of daily living (ADL), range of motion, deltoid muscle strength were compared. Anteflexion, rear protraction, abduction and upthrow of shoulder joint were also compared. Postoperative complications between two groups were observed and compared.
RESULTSAll patients were followed up from 12 to 48 months with an average of 18.5 months. Constant-Murley score were used to evaluate clinical efficacy at the least following up, and 13 cases got an excellent results, 5 moderate, 2 good and 1 poor in shoulder pain group ; while 61 cases were obtained excellent results, 3 moderate and 1 good in painless group. There were significantly differences between two groups in Constant-Murley score and activity of shoulder joint (P<0.05). In shoulder pain group, 3 cases were disconnected, 1 case occurred stress fracture, 9 cases were subacromial impingement syndrome, 5 cases occurred subluxation, 1 case occurred plate breakage and 11 cases were acromioclavicular arthritis.
CONCLUSIONChosing individual clavicular hook plate, fulfilling anatomic reset, paying attention to the repair of articular capsule ligament, and reducing hook and bone antagonism between stress is the key point of preventing and decreasing postoperative shoulder pain.
