Objective: To analyze the features and patterns of acupoint selection in acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) by data mining technique. Methods:Relevant clinical studies published before 25 June, 2017 were searched in databases including PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane library, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China National Knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), and Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database (Wanfang). Results:A total of 122 papers were included, involving 69 points. It was found that the top three points on the frequency list were Zusanli (ST 36), Zhongwan (CV 12) and Weishu (BL 21). The points selected were distributed in 11 meridians, in which the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming, Conception Vessel, and Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang ranked the top and accounted for 74.0% of the total frequency. Of the involved specific points, Five Shu-Transmitting points, crossing points and Back-Shu points ranked the top, accounting for 47.1%. The analysis of association pattern has shown that Zusanli (ST 36) and Zhongwan (CV 12) won the highest support rate in the paired groups; Zusanli (ST 36), Weishu (BL 21) and Zhongwan (CV 12) had the highest support rate among the point groups. The Five Shu-Transmitting points and the Lower He-Sea points had the highest support rate among the specific point groups. Conclusion: The data mining results of the studies on acupuncture-moxibustion for CAG are substantially in line with the acupuncture-moxibustion treatment theories in traditional Chinese medicine. The results can reflect the acupoint selection patterns in treatment of CAG and provide reference for acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of CAG in clinic.

Objective To explore the influence of establishing health assistant system on the nursing quality management. Methods Health assistant system was established and a special office to unified management was set up,the main responsibility was to assist ward nurses in accomplishing essential care of patients, called out to check up,specimen transfer, medical supplies collection and distribution.Comparations were conducted before and after the health assistant system was established of these aspects in patients' satisfaction of care, nurses' satisfaction of job, doctors' satisfaction of nursing, patients' essential care quality and hospital labor cost. Results After the health assistant system was established, the patients' essential care quality score was (98.04±8.62) higher than (95.35±8.77) that before it established, the different was statistically significant (t=5.1766,P<0.01),and the patients' satisfaction of care (85.3±1.2) and the health assistant (25.6±1.3),and doctors' satisfaction of nursing( 22.6±1.2) were significantly higher than that without the aids of health assistant system [( 83.2±1.7),(24.8±1.5),(21.9±1.6),t =33.7741,13.4881,11.7132; P <0.01].And the average monthly costs of hospital management was (1050.21±20.45),and that of social management was (1250.27±23.58),and the difference was statistically significant (t=59.0937,P<0.01).Conclusions The establishment of health assistant system can ensure the patients' safety, effectively improve the quality of care, and significantly reduce the cost of hospital expenses.

Objective To measure the extracerebral space width of normal infants with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and observe the variation tendency with age for quantitative diagnosis of hydrocephalus. Methods We measured the distance of interhemispheric fissure and bilateral frontal subarachnoid space on MRI images of 213 normal infants. The width of extracerebral space was expressed as mean ± standard deviation. The gender and bilateral differences were compared by rank sum test, and the variation trend of extracerebral space with age was observed by the scatterplots fitting regression curve. Results The width of infant extracerebral space had two milestones,4-month-old extracerebral space was the widest, and the amplitude of variation tended to be mild after 1 year of age. There was no significant difference between the genders in gap of extracerebral space(P> 0.05). However, bilateral frontal subarachnoid space differed significantly between genders(P<0.05).Conclusion The width of extracerebral space,a dynamic process with age in infants,is most pronounced under 10 months old.The accurate diagnosis of pathological external hydrocephalus should be based on the reference value of the extracerebral space at different months, and it is very important to combine it closely with clinical history.

Chronic lumbar and back pain caused by degenerative vertebral endplates presents a challenging issue for pa-tients and clinicians. As a new minimally invasive spinal treatment method, radiofrequency ablation of vertebral basal nerve in bone can denature the corresponding vertebral basal nerve through radiofrequency ablation of degenerative vertebral endplate. It blocks the nociceptive signal transmission of the vertebral base nerve, thereby alleviating the symptoms of low back pain caused by the degenerative vertebral endplate. At present, many foreign articles have reported the operation principle,opera-tion method, clinical efficacy and related complications of radiofrequency ablation of the vertebral basal nerve. The main pur-pose of this paper is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current relevant research, and provide a reference for the follow-up clinical research.

Objective To obtain recombinant human epidermal growth factor(hEGF) that can be used in animal experiments and clinical trial. Method Chemically synthesized hEGF gene was expressed in Yeast Pichia pastoris and the secretory hEGF was purified by Phenysepharose 6 Fast Flow(high sub), Q-sepharose High Performance, and Superdex 30 chromatography, and its characters were studied by respective methods. Results The purified hEGF doesn' t contain pyrogen, endotoxin, or yeast chromosome DNA and the purity reached 98%. The recombinant human EGF has correct molecular weight, pI, N-terminal amino acids se quences, peptide map, ultraviolet spectrum and well-biological activity. Conclusion The purified hEGF is in accord with the requirements for animal experiments and clinical trial which provids the basis of prepar ing EGF agents for clinical test.
