China Pharmacy 2016;27(15):2065-2067
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of atorvastatin combined with valsartan on efficacy, safety and related indi-cators in patients with chronic nephritis. METHODS:86 patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into control group (43 cases)and observation group(43 cases). All patients were given low-salt,low-protein and high-quality diet with protein intake of 0.8 g/(kg·d),appropriately given Cyclophosphamide tablet,Prednisone tablet,Penicillin V potassium tablet and other conven-tional treatment. Based on it,control group was given 160 mg valsartan, once a day in early morning. Observation group was addi-tionally given 20 mg atorvastatin, once a day before bedtime. They were treated for 6 months. Clinical efficacy,24 h protein amount (24 h pro),serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),glomerular filtration rate (GFR),C-reactive protein (CRP),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG ),low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) in 2 groups were observed, and incidence of adverse reactions was followed-up for 9 months. RESULTS:The total effective rate in ob-servation group was significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in 24 h pro,Scr,BUN,GFR,CRP,TC,TG,LDL and HDL between 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment,24 h pro,Scr,BUN and CRP in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and observation group was lower than control group,GFR was significantly higher than before, and observation group was higher than control group, the differenc-es were statistically significant(P<0.05). TC and LDL in 2 groups were significantly lower than before,HDL was higher than be-fore,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);but there were no significant differences in the TG between 2 groups and before and after treatment(P>0.05). And there was no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Based on the conventional treatment, the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with valsartan is superior to valsartan alone in the treatment of chronic nephritis, and it can significantly improve renal functions, with similar short-term safety.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(11):1010-1013
OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effect of Shugan Yiyang Capsules combined with sertraline in the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE).
METHODSWe randomly assigned 192 PE patients to receive sertraline hydrochloride 50 mg qd (control group, n = 96) or sertraline hydrochloride 50 mg qd plus Shugan Yiyang Capsules at the dose of 4 capsules tid ( combination therapy group, n = 96) , both for 6 weeks. We compared the intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) and Chinese Index of Premature Ejaculation ( CIPE) scores between the two groups of patients before and after medication and at 6 weeks after drug withdrawal.
RESULTSCompared with the baseline, the IELT was significantly increased after 6 weeks of medication in the combination therapy group ([1.41 ± 0.53] vs [6.69 ± 3.56] min, P < 0.05) and the control group ([1.43 ± 0.48] vs [5.37 ± 2.91] min, P < 0.05), and so was the CIPE score in the former (9. 80 ± 2.06 vs 21.62 ± 4.76, P < 0.05) and the latter group ([9.41 ± 1.97] vs [20.85 ± 4.83] , P < 0.05). In comparison with the pre-medication indexes, the IELT ([3.77 ± 1.63] min) and CIPE score (16.92 ± 3.37) of the combined therapy group were remarkably improved at 6 weeks after drug withdrawal (P < 0.05), but not those of the control ([1.19 ± 1.34] min and 10.59 ± 2.38, P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONShugan Yiyang Capsules combined with sertraline have a definite and lasting effect on premature ejaculation.

China Occupational Medicine 2022;49(2):158-164
Objective To explore the effect of resilience in the relationship between workplace bullying (WPB) and
professional identity among nursing interns. Methods A total of 292 nursing interns from six grade A hospitals were
selected as the research subjects using convenience sampling method. The WPB,professional identity, resilience, perceived
stress and coping styles were investigated by the Negative Acts Questionnaire Revised, the Professional Identity
Questionnaire for nurse students, the Chinese version of 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, the Chinese Perceived
Stress Scale and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The scores of WPB and perceived stress were
negatively correlated with those of professional identity, resilience, and positive coping styles(PCS)[Spearman correlation
coefficients(rS
)were −0.354,−0.316,−0.388,−0.488,−0.636 and −0.478,all P<0.01]. There was a negative correlation
between negative coping styles(NCS)and professional identity(rS
=−0.117,P=0.046). The scores of resilience and professional
identity were positively correlated with that of PCS(rS were 0.539 and 0.482,both P<0.01). There was a positive correlation
between resilience and professional identity (rS
=0.567,P<0.01). The scores of WPB and perceived stress were positively
correlated with that of NCS(rS were 0.350 and 0.281,both P<0.01). There was a positive correlation between WPB and
perceived stress(rS
=0.419,P<0.01). The scores of resilience and PCS were not correlated with that of NCS(both P>0.05).
Resilience played a mediating role between WPB and professional identity. The interaction between WPB and NCS could predict
the professional identity and resilience of nursing interns(standardized regression coefficient were 0.31 and 0.17,both P<0.01).
Conclusion WPB can directly or indirectly affect nursing interns’professional identity through resilience, and NCS plays a
moderating role on the direct effect of WPB and professional identity, and the relationship between WPB and resilience.

The notational DSA was first proposed for the application as a managing tool of neuronradiology in the early 70's of 20th centery.Later on,three dimensional image reconstruction(3D DSA) was aquired along with the progressing development of technique and equipment devices. As a rather practical instrument,it has been utilized successfully in the diagnosis and management of head and neck vascular disorders, and abdominal parenchymal diseases during recent years. We comprehensively intoduce the application of rotational DSA for the diagnosis and management in hepatic diseases.
5.Clinical observation on the effect of resection of eyelid tumor and stageⅠ recovery
International Eye Science 2014;(8):1535-1536
AIM: To investigate clinical effects of local resection of eyelid tumors and pathological examination or frozen section examination as well as the stage I recovery.
METHODS: For all 92 cases 92 eyes of eyelid tumor patients who underwent local resection, reconstruction in stage Ⅰ and routine pathological examination ( 37 cases of suspected malignant tumors using frozen section examination. If it was malignant, excision by Moths surgery) . Using free palate mucosa autograft in stage I or reconstruction by Hughes surgery combined with eye flaps repaired eyelid defects.
RESULTS: The postoperative pathological diagnosis:52 cases were benign tumors, and 40 cases malignant tumors. All cases of eye flaps and hard palate mucosa grafts were survived. Followed up for more than 6mo, no tumor were recurred. The appearance and function of eyelid were satisfactory.
CONCLUSION: In this group of cases, nearly half of eyelid tumors are malignant tumors. It should be treated and operated as early as possible. For suspected malignant tumors, we use frozen section examination to confirm its properties in order to excision cleanly in stageⅠ, reducing the recurrence and metastasis. According to the eyelid defect after resection, we could do repair operation in stage Ⅰ. The inner larger defect is repaired by using hard palate mucosa transplantation or Hughes surgery. The outer layer of the eyelid defect is repaired by using eye flap glide, the free flap, the kite flap, the simple suture, etc. It should be careful when using the hard palate mucosa transplantation in the upper eyelid defect.

Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2021;41(1):69-73
Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) are fibrous structures released by neutrophils and the formation process is called NETosis. NETs participate in the host innate immunity. Recent research has found that NETs is a double-edged sword. Under normal conditions, the formation of NETs can play a role in clearing pathogens and maintain the host homeostasis. However, when NETs are overproduced or not cleared in time, they can take part in the pathogenesis of many diseases. This article reviewed the formation of NETs, the mechanisms involved in NETosis and the role of NETs in the secretion of multiple cytokines in different diseases.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(2):164-167
High-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HRMRI) is a safe, non-invasive, inexpensive, accurate and reproducible clini-cal imaging modality, and the results can acutely reflect the extent of atherosclerotic disease and have high predictive values for future clini-cal events. It uses black blood imaging techniques and can obtain sufficient sensitivity for submillimetre imaging. HRMRI has been used widely to visualize the vessel wall and differentiate the components of atherosclerotic plaques. It is of important clinical meaning to evaluate plaque vulnerability with HRMRI, which is related to the remodeling pattern, plaque burden, intraplaque hemorrhage and contrast enhance-ment, and plaque distribution, etc.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2017;37(4):427-431
Objective·To explore the biologic effect and mechanism of adenanthin (Aden) on multiple myeloma (MM) cells. Methods·MM cells, H929 and U266 were treated with various dose of Aden for different time, and the density and viability of MM cells were detected by trypan blue exclusion assay. After H929 and U266 cells were treated with various dose of Aden for 24 hours, cell growth inhibition was examined by CCK8 assay, and cell apoptosis was examined by AnnexinV-APC/PI staining assay. Apoptosis related proteins, NF-κB signaling pathway associated proteins and the NF-κB regulated proteins were detected by Western blotting. The effect of Aden on the thermal stability of IKKβ protein was determined by CETSA assay. Results·Trypan blue exclusion results showed that Aden inhibited cell growth and reduced cell viability in concentration and time dependent manners. U266 was more sensitive than H929 when exposed to the same concentration of Aden. The CCK8 results showed that Aden inhibited the growth of H929 and U266 cells in a concentration dependent manner. Flow cytometry results suggested that Aden induced a low apoptosis rate of MM cells. Moreover, cleavage of caspase3 and PARP were detected in U266 cells but not in H929 cells. CETSA assay indicated that Aden decreased the thermal stability of IKKβ. Expression of p-p65 and p-IκBα proteins decreased in MM cells treated with Aden. Conclusion·Aden significantly inhibits MM cell proliferation by inhibiting NF-κB activation through interacting with IKKβ. Aden has little effect on apoptosis of MM cells.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2011;32(3):192-195
Objective To evaluate the clinical features and treatment of pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction (PUJO) in a duplex kidney. Methods From 1993 to 2010, 752 patients were diagnosed as PUJO in our hospital and 18 patients (2.4%) with PUJO in duplex kidneys. Three patients had obstruction in the complete duplicated systems and 15 in the incomplete duplicated systems. Five patients had obstruction of the upper moiety and 13 of the lower moiety. All of the 18 patients underwent B-ultrasonography, with 15 enhanced CT scan, 11 intravenous urography and 10 retrograde pyelography. All patients had serum creatinine test after admission and during the follow-up. Results Sixteen patients underwent operations and 2 patients were treated conservatively. Nine patients underwent pyeloplasty and 7 patients underwent heminephroureterectomy. Pathology shows derangement of the lamina muscularis at pelvi-ureteric junction and infiltration of inflammatory cells in mesenchymal. They were followed up from 6 months to 3 years with a mean of 24 months. The clinical symptoms of patients who underwent surgery were cured in all cases. B-ultrasound and IVU showed that hydronephrosis was obviously relieved and the levels of serum creatinine remained the same or decreased. The hydronephrosis and serum creatinine of patients who underwent conservative treatment remained stabilized. Conclusions PUJO in duplicated system is a rare condition. Careful preoperative evaluation is needed to reach the final diagnosis and retrograde pyelography has high specificity. Treatment should be individualized according to split and partial renal function.
