To discuss the distribution of patents' holders for Chinese herbal compounds in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, the patents' holders for Chinese herbal compounds in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular were cluster analyzed by means of simple statistics and cluster analysis. Clustering variables were composed of patent applications, patent maintained number, related papers' quantity, etc. Chinese herbal compound patents' holders were divided into four categories according to their different scientific research and patent strength. It is the magic weapon for Chinese herbal compound patents' holders that have scientific research patents' transforming and make coordination of patent protection and scientific innovation.

In recent years, preoperative therapy has become the standard procedure to improve radical resection rate and local control for advanced rectal cancer. Tumor responses to chemoradiotherapy, however, vary considerably, thus increasing the demand for both functional and morphologic radiologic evaluation of response to chemoradiotherapy to distinguish responders from nonresponders. MR imaging is considered the most accurate tool for the primary staging of tumor extent, and can be used to evaluate the efficacy of chemoradiotherapy. Functional imaging modalities including DW-MRI and PET-CT have shown promising prospect in the early evaluation of the response of rectal cancer to preoperative chemoradiotherapy. However, wide clinical application will take some time.

Objective To preliminary investigate the cytoactive of HELA cell after PUMA gene promoting HELA cell apoptosis and whether or not the protein of cyt-c,AIF in the chondrosome have participated in the process of PUMA gene inducing HELA cell.Methods we Used AO/EB dyeing to detect the Morphologic change of cell induces by PUMA gene and Western Blot to detect whether or not the position of cyt-c,AIF in the chondrosome have transferred after PUMA gene induces HELA cell apoptosis.Result ①Fluorescence microscope and inverted phase contrast microscope display HELA cell have a series of apoptosis Morphologic change after transfecting PUMA into HELA cell,and this Morphologic change of cell is more obviously after transfecting 48h than after 24h.;②Western Blot display the protein cyt-c and AIF transferred toward to kytoplasm after HELE cell took place apoptosis,the mount of transfecting protein is more obviously after transfecting 48h than after 24h.Conclusion ① PUMA gene have the effect of promoting HELA cell apoptosis;②cyt-c and AIF take part in the process of promoting HELA cell apoptosis,but during this process if the membrane potential of chondrosome was changing need to do some more study to confirm it.

Objective: To compare the value of monoexponential model with single b-factor and biexponential model with extended b-factor range (based on the theory of intravoxel incoherent motion) of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of primary bone tumors. Methods: A total of 29 patients with primary bone tumors underwent DWI based on single b-factor (b values of 0 and 800 s/mm2) and multi-b-factor (b values of 0, 30, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800 s/mm 2). The subjects were divided into 2 groups according to the pathological results. Benign lesions were found in 13 cases (benign group), while malignant lesions were 16 (maglinant group). The contralateral normal bone marrow of the same patient was used as a control (contral group). Paired comparison of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), ADCslow, ADC fast and ffast values among the 3 groups were separately performed. The best thresholds of ADC, ADCslow, ADCfast and ffast were calculated by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The diagnostic efficiencies of parameters in the monoexponential model and the biexponential model were compared. Results: The ADC values were (1.97 ± 0.52) × 10-3 mm2/s and (1.28 ± 0.39) × 10-3 mm2/s in the benign group and the malignant group, respectively; there was a significant difference between the benign group and the malignant group (P < 0.05). The ADCslow value of the benign group was also higher than that of the malignant group [(1.82 ± 0.63) × 10-3 mm2/s vs (0.75 ± 0.34) × 10-3 mm2/s, P < 0.05]. There were no significant differences in ADCfast and ffast values among the benign group, malignant group and the control group (P > 0.05). The areas under the ROC curves of ADC, ADCslow, ADCfast and f fast were 0.85, 0.92, 0.69 and 0.44, respectively. For distinguishing the benign and malignant bone tumors, the specificities of ADC, ADC slow, ADCfast and ffast were 87.5%, 93.7%, 57.1% and 37.5%, respectively, and the sensitivities were 76.9%, 84.6%, 46.2% and 84.6%, respectively. Conclusion: The ADC value of monoexponential model and the ADCslow value of biexponential model can provide a certain value for differential diagnosis between benign and malignant lesions of primary bone tumors. Objective To evaluate the colon cleaning efficacy and safety of prucalopride combined with polyethylene glycol electrollytes powder in bowel preparation for colonoscopy examination and treatment under colonoscopy in elderly patients.Methods Elderly patients who prepared for colonoscopy were enrolled from October 2014 to January 2015.They were divided into group A,B and C.Patients of group A only took polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder (137.12 g dissolved in 2 000 mL warm water,stired until completely dissolved),patients of group B took polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder (same usage as group A) combined with prucalopride 2 mg/d for one day,patients of group C took polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder (same usage as group A) combined with prucalopride 2 mg/d for three days.The bowel preparation effects,especially ascending colon and ileocecal junction and cardiovascular adverse effects in all the patients and constipation patients of three groups were compared.Student t test,chisquare test and analysis of variance were performed for statistical analysis.Results A total of 124 elderly patients were divided into group A (64 cases),group B (23 cases) and group C (37 cases).Bowel preparation scores of total colon and ascending colon-ileocecal junction of group A,B,C were 8.34±0.90 and 2.56±0.56,8.96±0.21 and 2.96±0.21,8.86±0.35 and 2.86±0.35,respectively.The cleaning effects in total colon and ascending colon-ileocecal junction of group B were better than those of group A (t=5.52 and 5.15,both P＜0.05).The cleaning effects in total colon and ascending colon-ileocecal junction of groupCwere better than those of group A (t=4.69,3.65,both P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between group B and group C in cleaning effects in total colon and ascending colon-ileocecal junction (both P＞0.05).There were 33,11 and 29 constipation cases in group A,B and C,respectively.The bowel preparation scores for total colon and ascending colon and ileocecal junction of group A,B,C were 7.85±0.94 and 2.24±0.56,8.91±0.30 and 2.91±0.30,8.83±0.38 and 2.83 ± 0.38,respectively.The cleaning effects in total colon and ascending colon-ileocecal junction of group B were better than those of group A (t=6.72 and 5.49,both P＜0.05).The cleaning effects in total colon and ascending colon-ileocecal junction of group C were better than those of group A (t=104.04 and 59.65,both P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group C in cleaning effects in total colon and ascending colon ileocecal junction (both P＞ 0.05).No obvious cardiovascular adverse events were observed in the patients of three groups.Conclusions The cleaning effects of prucalopride combined with polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder are good for colonoscopy examination in elderly patients,including elderly patients with constipation,especially in ascending colon and ilecocecal junction.No obvious cardiovascular adverse events are observed.

Objective To explore the effect of high-fat diet(HFD) on redox states of duodenum and calcium absorption in mice,and to analyze the relation between them.Method Fifty C57BL/6 male mice were randomly assigned to five groups.The control group consumed an ordinary diet(0.6% Ca,w/w),and other four groups were fed with HFD(19.64%lard,0.6% Ca),HFD plus 0.1% lipoid acid(LA),HFD with calcium supplement(1.6%Ca) and HFD with 1.6% Ca and 0.1% LA supplement.Calcium apparent absorption was measured by mineral balance study after feeding for 8 w.Plasma and duodenum levels of ROS,SOD,CAT,MDA,GSH/GSSG,and T-AOC were measured to evaluate the antioxidant status.Results HFD induced oxidative stress of duodenum and decrease of intestinal calcium absorption in mice.There were positive correlations between calcium apparent absorption with GSH/GSSG(r=0.801,P

Objective To investigate the changes in femoral gene expression profiles in C57BL/6 mice fed high-fat diet (HFD) via clustering analysis of DNA microarray.Method Sixteen male C57BL/6 mice (4w old) were randomly assigned to two groups,8 in each,after 4-d ordinary diet for adaptation.The control group was fed with an ordinary diet,and the HFD group with HFD(19.5% lard).All mice were sacrificed at the end of 12w and the femoral gene expression was detected by oligonucleotide microarray analysis with Affymetrix Gene Chip Mouse U430A.DAVID,an online tool,was used for clustering analysis on femoral gene expression.Results Longtime administration of HFD caused femoral gene expressed differences related to cation ion channel,transcription regulation and signal transduction,bone mineralization,phosphate metabolic process regulation,and collagen synthesis.Conclusion Longtime intake of HFD will change the expression of numerous bone metabolism-related genes in bone of mice,and then inhibit bone formation.

Objective:To explore the effect of lipoic acid (LA) on chronic oxidative stress,cytokines and inflammatory gene expression with mice fed with high fat diet (HFD) and whether LA supplementation could prevent development of chronic inflammation.Methods:C57BL/6 mice were randomly assigned to three groups.The control group were administrated with an ordinary diet.The two experimental groups were fed with a high fat diet or high fat plus 0.1% LA.Antioxidants defense index such as SOD,CAT,GSH-Px and MDA were examined after 10 week.Cytokines such as IFN-?,IL-4,IL-6,TNF-? and IL-10 were examined after 10 week,respectively.Gene expression related to oxidative stress and inflammation were confirmed by QRT-PCR.Results:HFD led to potently weaken antioxidant defenses in mice.HFD significantly increased levels of IFN-?,IL-6 and TNF-?,and decreased levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in mice plasma.QRT-PCR results showed an up-regulation of inflammation related genes and a down-regulation antioxidant-related genes.Conclusion:LA is a possibly effective supplementation with HFD,both to prevent from the development of long-term oxidative stress and to attenuate chronic inflammation.
