Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)is one of the most common comorbidities of ASD.This article reviews the assessment tools and clinical research (prevalence, clinical characteristics and treat-ment)and fundamental research (iconography, genetics, neurophychology, electronerophysiology)of ASD with ADHD according to lately related articles. The findings suggested that there was lack of researches on treatment and iconography of ASD with ADHD and the conclusions were inconformity.Furthermore, most of the objects in these researches were children of normal intelligence. Thus future research should expand its objects to patients of adult and children with mental retardation and do further explore in iconography and treatment.

Objective To investigate the surgical strategy of recurrent rectuvaginal fistula. Methods Retrospectivly analyzed the clinical data of 13 patients with recurrent rectovaginal fistula from December 2001 to December 2008. The etiopathogenisis and the ways of treatment were analyzed. Results All the 13 patients with a transverse colostomy surgical repaired with Mason operation in the secondary intention, and recepted closure of colostomy in the third intention for treatment, all patients were cured. No recurrent fistula was identified with postoperative follow-up 4 - 84 months. Conclusions After recurrent rectovaginal fistula with multiple surgical treatment, the blood supply of local tissue is poor, the scar is serious. Selecting the appropriate timing of operation, adequate preoperative preparation, the application of transverse colostomy and Mason operation in different period could significantly enhance the successful operation rate.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA-HOTAIR in prostate cancer cells and its effects on the growth and metastasis of the cells.
METHODSUsing quantitative reverse-transcription PCR (qRT-PCR), we determined the relative expression of HOTAIR in the normal human prostate epithelial cell line RWPE-I and prostate cancer cell lines PC-3 and DU145. We detected the effects of HOTAIR on the cell cycle and invasiveness of prostate cancer cells by RNA interference, flow cytometry, and Transwell mitration assay.
RESULTSThe expressions of HOTAIR in the PC3 and DU145 cells were increased 3.2 and 5.7 times, respectively, as compared with that in the normal RWPE-1 cells. After si-HOTAIR interference, the prostate cancer cells were arrested in the G2 phase and downregulated in the G1 phase. The invasive ability of the prostate cancer cells was evidently inhibited, with the inhibition rates of 32% and 44% of the PC3 cells and 43% and 34% of the DU145 cells for si-HOTAIR1 and si-HOTAIR2, respectively.
CONCLUSIONIncRNA HOTAIR is highly expressed in prostate cancer, which is associated with the growth and invasiveness of prostate cancer cells. HOTAIR is potentially a novel marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of prostate cancer.

Identiifcation of tissues/body lfuids in forensic science is important for criminal cases investigation such as crime scene reconstruction, conclude the character of crime. Recently, many researches of Epigenetic shows that tissue speciifc differentially methylated regions(tDMRs) have the ability to as a biomarker for identiifcation of tissues/body lfuids. In this paper, we reviewed the study progress and summarized the probability, advantage and disadvantage as well as application value and the development direction of the application of DNA methylation in the aspect of identifying the tissues/ body lfuids source, aiming at providing a reference for the related research and application.

Objective To summarize the causes of patients with fever of unknown origin (FUO) and to analyze the relationship between infectious diseases and FUO,in order to provide envidence for experiential therapy. Methods Clinical data of 374 FUO inpatients at He'nan Provincial People's Hospital from June 1,2009 to May 31,2013,including gender, age, diagnosis and department were analyzed retrospectively. Results Three hundred and twenty-seven cases among the overall 374 FUO patients (87.4%) were eventually etiological diagnosed based on supplementary examinations or diagnostic treatment. As for the causes of fever,209 were infection, accounting for 55.9%,among which 78 cases (20.9%) were diagnosed with tuberculosis,23 cases (6.1%) brucellic diseases,19 cases (5.1%) rickettsia infection.Meanwhile, the noninfectious diseases, such as connective tissue diseases (47,12.6%),hematonosis (37,9.9%) as well as the solid tumors (13,3.5%) also constituted considerable shares of the causes for FUO.However, the causes of 47 cases (12.6%) were not identified before discharge. Conclusions Infectious diseases are the main cause of FUO,in which tuberculosis accounts for the majority.Brucellosis and rickettsia infection also account for a considerable proportion. The causes of most FUO cases could be identified through detailed analysis of clinical data and supplemental examinations.

Objective To investigate the effects of penehyclidine hydrochloric(PHC)pretreatment on the expression of β-arrestin-2 in the lung tissue in sepsis-induced acute lung injury in mice. Methods Thirty female Ktmming mice, aged 6 weeks, weighing 18-20 g,were randomly divided into 3 groups(n =10 each):sham operation group(group S); sepsis group(group CLP)and penehyclidine hydrochloric pretreatment group(group PHC).Sepsis was induced by cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)in groups CLP and PHC.Penehyclidine hydrochloric 0.45 mg/kg was injected intraperitoneally at 1 h before CLP in group PHC.While the equal volume of normal saline was given instead of penehyclidine hydrochloric in groups S and CLP.At 12 h of CLP,the animals were sacrificed, and the lung tissues were removed for determination of MPO activity(by colorimetry),IL-6 content(by ELISA),β-arrestin-2 mRNA and protein expression(by RT-PCR and Western blot respectively).Blood samples and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were collected to calculate pulmonary vascular permeability index(PV PI).Results Compared with group S,PVPI,IL-6 content and MPO activity were significantly increased, the expression of β-arrcstin-2 protein was significantly down-regulaled while the expression of β-arrestin-2 mRNA was up-regulated in group CLP,and PVPI,IL-6 content and MPO activity were significantly incrcased, the expression of β-arrestin-2 protein was significantly up-regulated,while the expression of β-arrestin-2 mRNA was down-regulated in group PHC(P < 0.05).Compared with group CLP,PVPI,IL-6 content, and MPO activity were significantly decreased, the expression of β-arrestin-2 protein was significantly up-regulated,while the expression of β-arrestin-2 mRNA was dow n-regulated in group PHC(P < 0.05).Conclusion PHC pretreatment can attenuate the lung injury induced by sepsis in mice through up-regulating the expression of β-arrestin-2 protein.
